About this episode
Greg Walsh is a writer, martial artist, critical thinker, and teacher, and is responsible for the Wolf Brigade brand of training and maces. Over the past twenty years, he has focused on building the most capable and provable ‘Expert Generalist’ athletes possible, and is just getting started. Greg has long been the preeminent engineer of detail-driven, heavy, and gimmick-free kettlebell and mace lifting, and integrates the concepts and movements into some of the most effective programs and processes in the entire strength industry. He has worked with the UFC Performance Institute, Special Operations units of the military, branches of Law Enforcement on both coasts, and SWAT teams throughout New York State, as well as teaching at and consulting with several D1 universities. Greg works with both professional athletes and many nice, normal people on a daily basis, and all are provided the same level of detail, direction, and respect. Wolf Brigade is headquartered in Rochester, New York with a Chapter in Toronto, Ontario, and dedicated, progress-minded Agents around the world.
