Manchester Council's $41M Moston Lane Revamp

The partnership led by Aviva and Place Capital Group with Holmes England support will deliver nearly 150 new homes, including 36% affordable options like social rent and shared ownership. Holmes also feature a new NHS General Practitioner Health Center, commercial shop spaces, and a long awaited public square.
