On March 6th, Manchester City Council has hit a big milestone in its most an investment program with a selection of a key partner for a 41 million pound mixed use development on Boston Lane. The partnership led by Aviva and Place Capital Group with Holmes England support will deliver nearly 150 new homes, including 36% affordable options like social rent and shared ownership. Holmes also feature a new NHS General Practitioner Health Center, commercial shop spaces, and a long awaited public square.
