Man Stalks Radio Presenters, Given Hospital Order

The items included an air pistol, handcuffs, but noculars, a police uniform, and even guides on riding a wheel, along with dozens of letters. Some packages went to one presenter, others to both, causing them serious alarm and distress. The women, who work at Classic FM, describe the ordeal as deeply unsettling during the trial at Birmingham Crown Court. Windsor, who has schizophrenia, denied the two stalking charges but a jury found him guilty by unanimous verdicts last October. Now, instead of prison, a judge has ordered him into hospital treatment due to his mental health condition. This decision aims to address the root causes while protecting the public.
