Man's Violent Rampage in Nottingham City Centre

It kicked off around 5.29 pm on a tram near the theater royal, where he smashed a bottle and punched a guy, then spilled over to spots, like Fire Lane, Canal Street, and Carrington Street. Police tracked him down quick in Meadows Way by 5.50 pm, hauling him in for questioning on heavy charges like a fray, intent to cause serious, harm, racially aggravated assault, criminal damage, and plain old beating. Cops say he rolled in from Grimsby, hammered from too much booze, and his wild actions won't fly in their town, victims and witnesses can breathe. Easier now. He's out on Strik Bale, while they dig deeper, locking down the area to keep things calm as the probe rolls on.
