Months after an alleged assault, at a tire business he managed in the Perth suburb of Kelmscott, where police say he fell and hit his head. Massipow faces additional charges including aggravated burglary with assault using a weapon, reckless driving and driving without authority to all of, which he also pleaded not guilty in Sterling Gardens Magistrates Court this week. Urban's death has drawn attention due to his political background, and Massipow's pass includes a conviction for forging records and lying to, parliament for which he served half of a three-year sentence back in 2021.
