Man Killed in Portadown House Fight

0:00On March 27, police in Portedown have opened a murder investigation after a man in his 40s died from injuries during a fight at a house in the Axis. Ranferly rode area of Brownstown Estate. It happened around 11 p.m. on Thursday, March 26. Two men in their 50s were arrested on suspicion of murder and remaining custody. The victim and the two suspects are all foreign nationals. Neighbors had called police several times in recent months about problems at that property. Local residents, many of them elderly folks living alone in flats near a primary school, feel scared this could happen again. Counselors from both sides say the community is in shock, and they're working with police to ease worries through house visits. Officers and ambulance crews rush to the scene where the man was pronounced dead shortly after.
