Man Charged in Cumbria Boy's Fatal Shooting

Allen Thursby, who lives in Cleeter Moore, appeared in Carlisle Magistrate's Court this week on account of Gross Negligence manslaughter. He did not enter a plea during the hearing. District Judge Philip Holden granted Thursby bail, with strict conditions, including no contact with Jay's parents. His next court date is at Carlisle Crown Court next month.
