She reminds us to ask ourselves: "What do I need to feel sustainable and abundant?"
Also, to know that’s going to change over time. It’s not set in stone so it's worth revisiting every so often. 

And, she encourages us to remember that "money is fluid. It flows like water." If it is just sitting there (not doing anything) it can get stagnant and diseased. 

Money is powerful when it moves, especially when it's helping create the kind of world you want to live in and pass on to future generations.
