Unfortunately, financial literacy education is not a required part of the high school curriculum in all states. In this episode I discuss the states that are requiring financial literacy courses be completed before leaving high school, the benefits of it and some of the push back that is received from some who are reluctant to make it mandatory in all 50 states.
