For the past 30 years, I've changed my phone message EVERY SINGLE DAY! It's a daily activity, as automatic as brushing my teeth. I actually do 2 unique messages daily: one on my cell phone and one on my landline. The time has come to share them. (Perhaps the time has come to get rid of my landline? 🙂

Hi, it's Monday, April 6th. On this date in 1980, Post-It notes were first sold. Now one of my favorite clients, Alden White, in Jacksonville, Florida, they use Post-It notes as part of their organizational scheme when they build a building. It really works for them, their clients love it. Do you use Post-It notes? You gotta do something to get organized. You have to get all those tasks out there where you can see them and then start getting through them. The problem in Post-It notes is they're not a very attractive wall hanging. You've got to take them down. So get to work today. Post the notes and then feel good as you take them down. That's your assignment. Make the list, get the tasks done, finish them, and by the end of the whole day, you'll have a clean wall.
