About this episode
Hiya, Conscious Awesome tribe.
This was a tough one for me, Dani, to watch and edit, because - while I was choosing to play angel's advocate - I was also animated by a lot of shadow energy, and wrestling with whatever energies and entities were wanting me to speak to/empower the matrix construct (hello, mind control - and yes, we are all susceptible).
While I wish I'd shown up in a more present, grounded, calm and receptive fashion, I learned a lot from this episode - especially in how verbal tics tie in to mind control, and where a low vibrational state opens us up to foreign energies.
Anyhoo, despite feeling supremely mortified about my first half of show behavior, we decided that there is far too much value in this show and this topic to ditch it altogether.
The Conscious Awesome ethos welcomes us all in our complicated, and sometimes unseemly totality, while holding space and offering permission for our every aspect to express, even when we wish we'd vibed higher, and said "like" way less, and held ourselves with more dignity, tolerance, compassion and kindness.
