Cory mentioned that he was a victim and survivor of the Kids For Cash Scandal involving Judge Mark Ciavarella who was already NOTORIOUS among kids in Luzerne County. He also described how his lawyer was treated by Ciavarella and told to, "SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"
Cory also discussed how false allegations began with his mother-in-law who hates him. The unfair treatment by Office of Children and Youth was described in detail by Cory to the point where he has filed a Federal Lawsuit against the players in early August, 2025.
