Luke Sayers, the former PWC Australia Chief and ex-president of the Carlton Football Club, is fighting a defamation lawsuit from his estranged wife. Kate, in court documents, he says he truly believed she posted a private medical photo of his penis on social media back in January last year. The image stayed online for just 13 minutes and tagged the female executive from sponsor Bupa. A day later, Kate allegedly told him words to the effect of challenging him to get out of the mess. Luke points out they were the only ones who knew about the photo and his business ties to that executive. This all happened while the family was vacationing in Italy, though Kate was staying separately. The dispute links to a sworn statement, Luke gave the Australian Football League during their investigation into the photo leak. Kate claims it painted her as unstable and risky, breaching her privacy. Luke made the statement to protect his reputation and his family's well-being
