Happy Summer ladies! In this episode I continue to welcome you all into my healing journey of discovery. I am discussing Dr.  Nicole LePera's therapeutic analysis on those who grew up in homes with family that felt like "familiar strangers" ultimately being love-starved. 

She then explains why emotional childhood neglect can lead many people into habitual cycles of moving fast in relationships and accepting breadcrumbs for love. It is only once one is willing to accept and acknowledge deep self awareness, shadow work and healing, that they can truly understand how certain patterns in their adult lives may be stemming from the past. 

Walk with me through this episode as I share my own experiences with love bombing and accepting the bare minimum vs my experience dating a man of God who is spiritually accountable and aligns with my personal values. This is my best advice to to anyone that feels like they will never find the love God has intended for them. Be encouraged, learn to look at self and adopt healthy change in your dating life. Do the shadow work and see if your past could be whats negatively effective your love life and most importantly, have faith and enjoy the divine timing of life. You deserve love and abundance always.
