But days after cashing in, he's back in cuffs for breaking into a woman's house in Lexington and swiping $12,000 in cash. Farthing's got a long rap sheet, in and out of jail, most his life, even before the lotto luck. Right after winning, he caught heat and forerter for punching a hotel guest, kicking a deputy, and skipping state without parole. Okay pleaded guilty, paid $1,000 fine, dodged more time. Then February brought intimidation charges here in Kentucky, where he allegedly pressured a woman into eating a weed edible, and cops found guns, and more pot at the scene.
