Hr: Proljeće je stiglo u šumu oko Lučina grada.
En: Spring arrived in the forest around Lučin town.

Hr: Lišće na drveću svjetlilo je novim, svježim zelenilom, a zrak je mirisao na vlažnu zemlju i pupoljke cvijeća.
En: The leaves on the trees glowed with fresh, new greenery, and the air smelled of damp earth and budding flowers.

Hr: Luka je volio šumu.
En: Luka loved the forest.

Hr: Ona mu je bila bijeg od gradske buke i stresa.
En: It was his escape from the city's noise and stress.

Hr: Ovoga puta, međutim, osjetio je da su mu koraci postali lagani i neoprezni, izgubljeni u mislima.
En: This time, however, he felt his steps becoming light and careless, lost in thought.

Hr: Bilo je Uskršnje jutro.
En: It was Easter morning.
