Lori is a retired homeschool mom, and recently went back to school to become a nurse.
In December of 2018, Lori read an article about lowering glucose in order to access stored body fat using intermittent fasting. At this point in her life, she was desperate to lose weight.
She followed OMAD, (One Meal A Day) using a glucose monitor. Lori also read Delay, Don't Deny and Fast Feast Repeat, and learned about the power of the clean fast. Lori has lost more than 20 pounds, going from 160 to 136 She says, "IF is nutrition and health, not just weight loss."
Lori's advice to new IFers: "Enjoy the seesaw of fasting and feasting. IF is freeing. You don't have to eat every 2-3 hours, and you don't have to follow any particular diet. IF saves you money, time, and you enjoy food so much more! FAST, FEAST REPEAT!"
