It's six eastern. It's three o'clock Pacific. The U.S. military has struck more than 50 ISIS targets in the past two hours. Coast to coast and around the world from the America out loud talk radio studios following the president's order to quote hit them hard after the killing of three Americans Saturday. It's time for the truth be told with Booker Scott. We have to start this Monday night, unfortunately, with the deaths of three United States service members. Another five were injured seriously in what some people are calling a war. It is time for America to go after Iran after 47 years of killing Americans. I'm Booker Scott. And this is the truth be told on America out loud talk radio. Thank you for joining us. And as always, on Monday night, we bring Matt Palumbo in for Mondays with Matt. Welcome into this Monday night. And boy, what a busy, busy weekend. So good to be

back. And yeah, I think it's going to be a very productive segment. Yeah, it should be. And unfortunately, we have to do this. But you and I have spoken about the negotiations for some type of deal for the last six or seven weeks. And neither one of us could really figure out why they were even negotiating. I mentioned this Friday night. There was probably two reasons. Number one, you want to give the international community the appearance that you're doing everything you can diplomatically to solve this before you do what you did. And the other part was they had to get the military assets in place, which they have been doing for weeks and weeks, moving the carrier group Gerald Ford. They moved the jets into the area two weeks ago and 150 cargo planes. And then we wake up Saturday morning and we saw that it had happened. Donald Trump had already it seemed to have put a timeline of about two weeks on it a couple of weeks ago. So everybody kind of looked to March first. And then Thursday, it appears that the negotiations completely broke down. Iran never moved from

where they were. They always said that we're going to be able to produce uranium so that we can use it. And nobody's going to tell Iran what they can do. Well, they fooled around a little bit too long and they have found out now. Let's get fool around and find out the PG version. It is amazing though. This guy has been calling for depth to America for almost 50 years straight on a daily basis. And he died on day one of the conflict. So that's just a hilarious turn of events. I mean, it was the inevitable result. The only reason they accepted Barack Obama's nuclear deal is because it was a garbage deal that I don't really think prevented anything. I mean, if it did work, I think Trump would have kept it despite not liking Obama very much. It was a piece of it. It was a piece of everything they did. They were never, yeah, but they were never going to act as an negotiating. They've, you know, there's a lot of people arguing like, this is not America first. But if this was a random

country and we did this, I would agree. It's not America first. But when the official policy of the foreign government is death to America, I think, you know, greatly handicapping their abilities to attack us is America first. Then there's also the other angle of, oh, well, we're doing the bidding of Israel. Well, even if that's true, we have a shared interest with Israel on this. I mean, so what? It benefits us as well. So it just, I think it's kind of a relevant. Well, and it's not just Israel either in the region. We have military bases all over the place. And the reason why is because of Iran and the way they are with everybody around them. And I've seen a lot of things on social media where people are saying, it's not America first. This is not what Donald Trump said he was going to do. He's not going to get us in any more wars. And the use of the word war is very interesting to me, which gets into the war power's act, which we're going to talk about here in a few minutes. But you know, I just don't think people understand or maybe they don't remember. Maybe they aren't old enough to know the

entire history. But this started in 1979. You go back 47 years ago when they came into power. The Ayatollah came into power and they took all those American hostages and then the Beirut bombing of 241 Marines in 1983. That was Iran. You can go through 47 years of Iran killing Americans by the thousands. And yet we don't think this is America first. I just don't think people understand the entire history, Matt. No, the other angle, and this is, you kind of see this online in response to any major event that it's automatically either a style or it's a distract from some other event in the news. So that that's what I'm seeing as well. People are arguing that this is all to distract from the Epstein files. And I'm like, no, this has been going far longer than before ever anyone even knew who Jeffrey Epstein was. Yeah, I've seen the same thing. It makes no sense. Yeah, it makes no sense. Let's go to Donald Trump. This is what we woke up to Saturday morning.

This is the beginning of his announcement that we were doing this in Iran. And here he is, Donald for short time ago, the United States military began major combat operations in Iran. Our objective is to defend the American people by eliminating eminent threats from the Iranian regime, a vicious group of very hard, terrible people. It's menacing activities directly in danger. The United States are troops are bases overseas and are allies throughout the world. For 47 years, the Iranian regime has chanted death to America and waged an unending campaign of bloodshed and mass murder targeting the United States are troops of the innocent people in many, many countries. Matt, sometimes I don't think people realize that we do have allies in the

Middle East. You have the Abraham Accords, which you and I have talked about in the past. And now this could possibly even strengthen that more, which helps us. And it also enables us to pull away from Israel and a reliance on Israel and their intelligence there in the Middle East when we have other friends. And so I don't think that people are clearly thinking this through when they start talking about this isn't America first. No, you pretty much didn't know they had there. They are, you know, they say, I don't know, like they seem to be thinking that America first means you don't do anything foreign policy related ever, which obviously is not just going to, I mean, I totally agree this kind of stuff should be extremely, you use extremely rarely. We wanted to be a sort of last case resort, but we have to remember that not every foreign policy conflict is a rack in Afghanistan. The people behind that basically were in favor ideologically

at endless war. They had connections to defense contractors. They wanted to enrich and they were incentivized to behave that way. The ideology, the Trump administration is pretty much the opposite. And every single time we've had a conflict, and the most recent one being Dennis Whale, but then the year before that when we went like Star Wars on their own, Iran's nuclear sites, every single time, like the Tucker Carlson sort of wing was basically the predictions of, well, this is a world of the worth three, just going to have ripple effects. And if all you know, but foreign policy was a rack in Afghanistan, I would say that's a totally fine interpretation of what's going to happen, but it just hasn't. So, you know, with Trump when he says this is going to be a very short term thing so far, that is how it's been. And I don't think it's going to be easy, and I don't know exactly what short term is. It's going to take some time to clean it up, but I don't think it's going to take too long. So that's always relative, that short term comment. I don't know if you saw this, but Pakistan has now declared war against Afghanistan last week.

They have been going back and forth with each other for a while, and Pakistan finally came out Thursday morning and said we declare war against Afghanistan. So that's going on also. But let's go to this second clip here of Donald Trump. By the way, his speech or this announcement was about eight and a half minutes. I'm not going to play all of it for you. I just have a few clips to play about 30 or 40 seconds each one of them. It's been mass terror, and we're not going to put up with it any longer. From Lebanon to Yemen and Syria to Iraq, the regime has armed trained and funded terrorist militias that have soaked the earth with blood and guts. And it was a Iran's proxy Hamas that launched the monstrous October 7th attacks on Israel, slotering more than 1,000 innocent people, including 46 Americans while taking 12 of our citizens hostage. It was brutal. Something like the world has never seen before.

Something like the world has never seen before. And you know, that's Donald Trump and that's kind of hyperbolic. But he makes the good points there. Kind of what I was saying that, you know, we have bases all over the place. And you saw Saturday, or I guess maybe it was Sunday. I'm not sure what day it was. One day this weekend, Iran started bombing all those different countries. And you know, that was a dangerous move by Iran. They're bombing our bases is what they were doing. But you know, you don't want the whole world against you if you're Iran. But I think that's where things are right now, don't you? Yeah, I think I kind of realized the jig is up. I, um, I mean, what can they realistically do at this point? Yeah, I mean, I guess, you know, allies like Russia, I think are a bit preoccupied right now. Canally obviously over my child there. But the whole reason Syria fell was because Russia had a poll support there. You know, who else is against the rest of it? I don't think North Korea is going to be as much of you. So, no, the jig is up. It's been five decades in the making. And, uh, I also love too. We didn't

address this that they all we also just killed. I could get a job for the hell of it. That was a great, uh, strong edit. Yeah. Well, you know, we have killed Ayatollah. He is gone. Ayatollah, home, a knee no longer exists. They killed his daughter, his son-in-law, and they also killed about 40 generals. But that doesn't seem to have stopped him like it did last June. If you remember, they decapitated the generals then. And it seems like the missile script flying from Iran. I hear they have about 2000 missiles. So I don't know how long they can fight back. But there have been about nine people killed in Israel so far. That is unfortunate. And there have been other deaths as well. But that is what happens. And we heard Donald Trump use the word war there. I think he is using that in the term of a battle or engagement, not in a declared war. And we're going to get to that here in a few minutes. But let's finish up here with Donald Trump's words in his announcement

on Saturday morning. And we will ensure that Iran does not obtain a nuclear weapon. It's a very simple message. They will never have a nuclear weapon. This regime will soon learn that no one should challenge the strength and might of the United States armed forces. I built and rebuilt our military and my first administration. And there is no military on earth even close to its power, strength or sophistication. My administration has taken every possible step to minimize the risk to U.S. personnel in the region. Even so, and I do not make this statement lightly, the Iranian regime seeks to kill. The lives of courageous American heroes may be lost and we may have casualties that often happens in war. But we're doing this not for now. We're doing this for the future. And Donald Trump mentions there the way I started this hour. Unfortunately,

three Americans have died. Five more are seriously injured. There were more injured, but they are getting them back to the battlefield. And I'm not sure where this has happened. I also saw that Donald, where I'm not sure where they were killed. I don't know if it was on a military base in the middle of Iraq or Oman or wherever. I don't think they have announced that or had announced it over the weekend. And then Donald Trump also confirmed that the Navy ship has been sunk one of the Iranian Navy ships. So it has been sunk. And there is some concern there when it comes to the prices of oil. When the straight of the Hormuz is being shut down, which it appears to be pretty well shut down right now. Most of the traffic going through there is no longer going through there. Twenty percent of the world's oil travels through that straight. But I think that there's enough navy over there that we can probably take care of any problems that the Iranian Navy gives us because I think they're nothing but a couple of John Boats with the outboard on the back of them.

That's what you see yet. He had only had much power anymore. No, we had enough oil for minutes of oil that were covered. And that's another good point. I did see that made over the weekend that, well, you know, Donald Trump, he has the Venezuelan oil. So whatever happens in the straight of Hormuz, maybe we can take care of it with that oil and make money for Venezuela and give the money back to the people there in Venezuela. Wouldn't that be something? I was going to say, we're going to be better at socialism than that. That would be a door over. Maybe so. I don't know. That's one way to look at it. Let's listen to Marco Rubio. He was on with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday morning. But if what they want is a secret program buried in the mountain where no one can see it and inspectors can only come when they say they can come. If that's what they want, then they're going to have big problems because this is a dangerous, violent, radical regime. Not the Iranian people. We have no problem. We didn't hit Iranian people last night. We hit nuclear facilities. And if what they want is some secret program that looks nothing like the civil nuclear programs around the world that looks a lot like you're trying to build a bomb,

they're going to continue to have problems not just with us, but with many other countries in the world. Problems like what? What do you mean? Like the problems are facing right now. Listen, why do we have bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and Qatar and UAE? All of those bases are there to help protect those countries from Iran. Why did Hezbollah exist? Because of Iran, what does Hamas exist? Because of Iran. How do the Houthis exist? Because of Iran. Who built the IEDs that maimed and killed American soldiers in Iraq? Iran. They're behind every problem in this region. Every day are the source, the sole source of instability in the entire Middle East. And the world's been paying a price for this for 40-something years. Imagine those people having a nuclear weapon, just one, just one nuclear weapon, or even the capability to being on the threshold of having a nuclear weapon. That's what the world was facing. That is unacceptable. President Trump did the world a favor last night. And now Iran should sort of wake up, the Iranian regime should wake up and say, okay, if we really want nuclear energy in our country, there's a way to do it. That offer's still there. We're prepared to talk to them tomorrow

and start working on that. Steve Woodcock has traveled extensively around the world trying to reach that deal with them. But they play too many games. They play way too many games. And now they found out. I think Marco Rubio has been doing a great job as Secretary of State. Yeah, maybe one of the best. I would say the best in my lifetime. I go back to Henry Kissinger, who, you know, my dad always thought that he was great back then. But I don't think that that's the history really of Henry Kissinger now. I think Rubio is fantastic. And he kind of broke it down right there. All the things that this regime has done for 47 years, the killing that they have done, they are terrorists. And terrorists don't really have the capability to actually win wars. What they do is, you know, they just try to scare you and put fear in you. That's what terror is. And that's what they try to do. He brought up the regime change. And obviously, that's what this is about. On January 26th, when the revolt was happening, people were in the streets across the country of Iran. Donald Trump said, I've got your back. Go after it. And then some people got

frustrated with him because nothing was happening. But as I mentioned earlier, you have to have some time to get the military assets in place. And now he sort of said the same thing in that eight and a half minute announcement on Saturday morning. He said, let's bring some freedom to the Iranian people. Now we have a new Ayatollah that is in place on his way to being in place, 67 years old. His father was a friend and a member of the original Ayatollah's regime. And you know, this is not going to work. It's not going to, you know, if I were him, I would be living like a groundhog. I would be deep. No, I would not take that job. I would be deep in the ground. And I don't know that I would stick my head up for air at all because he's got it coming soon. He is a dead man walking because he's definitely sort of a dead man walking. Yeah, no, no, it's you could not pay me any amount of money to take that job, I don't think. None, none. We have much more to talk about when it comes to Iran, we're going to continue this conversation

right after the break. More truth be told with Booker Scott in minutes on America out loud. Let's get real. Let's get loud on America out loud. Talk news. It is Mondays with Matt and what are we watching in Iran in the Middle East right now? Is this a war? Because as soon as this happened, you have the libertarians in the Senate and the House and the Democrats saying, well, Donald Trump has to declare a war and it's up to Congress to do that. I don't know if you saw all of that

conversation going on on social media, but you had Thomas Massey, Rand Paul, the libertarians on the Republican side and then almost every Democrat with the exception of John Fetterman, a Pennsylvania. Well, I mean, listen, for better or for worse and I mean, probably for worse to be fair, we don't really, I mean, you don't need a declaration of war for these types of attacks and we can go through a list of times and Obama did similar things. So I don't recall any of these people caring back then. I put a post out Saturday. I don't know if you saw it or not, Matt. When all of this argument was started between Thomas Massey and everybody else about this war power's act and the war power's act was started in 1973 as a result of Korea and then also in Vietnam. The last time a war was declared in America, even with the war power's act was in 1941. You know, that was Pearl Harbor. It was World War II. That was the last time that it was declared since then all the skirmishes, all the 20 years in Iraq and Afghanistan, that was not a war.

It was not a declared war and every president since 73 has said the war power's act is unconstitutional anyway. The Constitution splits the power between the executive branch and Congress, both of them. And the president has a lot of leeway to do things like this when it comes to the war power act. Here is what it happens. Donald Trump does what he did over the weekend. He has 48 hours to notify the gang of eight and Congress, which is the gang of eight is Congress. And he has already done that. That part has been done. He then has 60 days to do what it is he needs to do. And then there is a possibility for an extension and he has 30 days to remove the troops from the area. And so I don't know what these people in Congress, people like Thomas Massey and Rand Paul, I don't know what they want. How could this ever happen the way that it did if you had to go get approval to do this? It just couldn't happen. Yeah, I mean, it's pretty much just why you need some degree of leeway.

And the president, you know, his job is that of commander-in-chief. So, I don't know, unless they just don't think the president should be able to do anything in that regard. Well, every other president has, Matt, Obama did, Biden did. It's not the executive branch they have a problem with. It's Donald Trump. They have a problem. That's what I was even saying. With, with Massey, there's nothing he's not complaining about. It's really all he is. The silly purpose he serves right now was just to be a perpetual complainer on anything Trump does. And, you know, whenever there's a vote on literally anything and it's one Republican dissenting, we automatically know who's responsible. So he says he can control opposition parties, paling up with Rokana and all that. It's a disgrace. The former Congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene, she was vocal about it very upset this weekend over it. And who cares? She is working her way into complete insignificance soon. It's going to happen. Let's go to John

Federman. He was on CNN. He was talking about the War Powers Act. Federman, a Democrat from the state of Pennsylvania. People ever read the War Powers Act, you know, what's what's required of the president is to provide 48 hours of notification. And then he or she have 60 days up to 90 days to withdraw those troops, you know, before Congress approves that. Neither of those have been activated. He did provide that to the gate of the gang of eight. And there are no American troops on the ground now. This was an incredibly, incredibly precise and successful strikes. And they eliminated most of the leadership. So here we are. So yes, I do support that. You know, why can't the entire world celebrate that he's dead for what he's done to the world? Excellent question. Why can't everybody celebrate that this guy who has killed thousands and thousands of lives for all of these years? Why can't we just celebrate that? John Federman,

I think he may be the only Democrat. But what I am seeing and hearing is that the Senate came back on Monday that they're going to try to force a vote on the War Powers Act. And you know, it's interesting to me that when it comes to Congress's power that they can go in 48 hours and bring something to the floor and have a vote. Meanwhile, the Save Act has been sitting there for a year and a half and the Senate won't bring it for a vote. If it does come for a vote, it really doesn't matter what they say. I know Senator Tim Tom Cotton of Arkansas has already said, yeah, bring it. We don't care. There are enough Republicans that it would not pass anyway. So we'll have to keep an eye on that. And we also need to keep an eye on people like Elizabeth Warren. Here she is talking about this. Donald Trump is taking the United States into war on his own with no authorization from Congress. He is willing to sacrifice American lives for what,

for regime change, for a war that the president's own top military advisor has warned will be incredibly dangerous for a war built on lies, for a war that won't make us safer. I want to be clear, the United States had a deal that could have presented Iran from getting a nuclear weapon. That was Obama's nuclear deal with Iran and Trump blew that deal up and got nothing, nothing in return. And now he's starting another war in the Middle East instead of doing the hard work of diplomacy to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon. It is reckless and it is dangerous. It is a betrayal of the president's duty to uphold the Constitution and a betrayal of the American people. That shouldn't surprise anyone that that's the way the Democrats think. And one reason why I brought up the fact that Donald Trump used that word war, I wish she hadn't

used that particular word there in that announcement, that eight and a half minute announcement, because that's what everybody's running to and with now. If he had used, you know, in battles like anything other than war because now there, but I think that's how he meant it, don't you? Yeah, this is not going to be a boot from the ground full on conflict. He's basically outsourcing it to the student protestors or not student protestors. The protestors who have been getting folded by the regime have passed two months. So, you know, I think he was in the clip you played telling them that especially in their hands, you have a generational opportunity to disease power. So, you know, he's not pushing for anyone specifically, but it's really significant of a joy. I also think it's still going to be really hard for the people of Iran to have a revolution. I think, you know, you have that regime that's in there tight. So, it's going to be interesting to watch how this works. And I have seen some Democrat strategists on

television over the weekend that we're talking about. Well, we've done this for 20, 30 years. We were in Afghanistan or Iraq. And nothing seems to change. Well, I would, you know, push back a little bit. Iraq seems to be pretty steady right now. Syria is doing much better. And maybe Gaza with the Palestinians will finally have a place that will be left alone. If you can clear all of these proxies of Iran out that are paid by Iran, Hezbollah and Lebanon, Moss there in Gaza and the Houthis there in Yemen. If you can clear all that out, which is what Donald Trump talked about in that announcement, then there's a real chance that these states, these countries in the Middle East, they can police things without us, which then it becomes about America first. And for some reason, a lot of people can't see that. Yeah, everyone's just kind of thinking you make stage one, you know, thinking or then I don't know. It was really getting a lot of terror on this, unfortunately, but I don't know. I mean, overall, it seems to have gone well in that Iran's counter-attack seems to

have accomplished nothing. Although, you know, as we were saying earlier, we don't know if those three casualties were from that or from the initial attack. Yeah. But either way, I mean, I don't, this doesn't seem to be some great obvious consequence, at least in the state itself lurking around the corner. That being said, I think the greatest threat we do face is, you know, from the fact that we've had open borders for God knows how long in this country and a lot of people have come into this country to do a sympathies to Iran's regime, where I think we're probably going to talk a little bit about the shooting in Texas and how that seems to have been Islamist motivated shooting and it did come right after we took out the Ayatollah. So, you know, there is the domestic terrorist, but that was entirely enabled by the people like Joe Biden. That's right. Well, let's let's start talking about it because I think it's something that every American right now should be aware of and pay attention to. I think there's a possibility of cells,

Iranian cells, or Muslim sympathizers that are here in this country right now. And I don't think that that can be debated actually, Matt, when you look at that number a million to two million Godaways that came into this country, we sometimes forget about them. Well, they got away for a reason because they didn't want to be found out. And we don't know who they are. We know that people from over 160 countries tried to come into this country under the Biden regime. And let's keep our head on a swivel. Let's pay attention out there with even if it's a lone wolf, which is, by the way, what happened over the weekend. It was a Iranian sympathizer. This guy is from Senegal, which Senegal is West Africa, a complete Muslim country. I had an nephew that spent two years there in a mission. And he was, it was very secure. He would not allow any pictures from him by email because he didn't want to be killed because he's a Christian. They kill Christians there. But let's go to the FBI and

what they had to say about what happened in Austin. There was a mass shooting Austin. If you have not seen the videos yet, Matt, have you seen the videos of the gun fire that was happening? It had to be an AR 15, I guess, because it was rapid fire inside a nightclub where it killed four people injured. I think 13 or 14 was the number. But here is the FBI talking about this. This is the special agent in charge out of San Antonio. Again, this happened in Austin 130 in the morning on Sunday morning. The FBI is working in lockstep with our partners with Austin Police Department. We have members from our evidence response team as well as our many other specialty teams, including our digital forensics folks that are on scene, helping to address the scene and gather additional evidence. Obviously, it's still way too early in the process to determine an exact motivation. But there were indicators that on the subject and in his vehicle that indicate potential

nexus to terrorism. Again, it's still too early to make a determination on that. That's why we are investigating it very closely with our partners with Austin Police Department. I just want to say conclusion. We are committed to seeing this process through to the very end and we will continue to work very closely with our partners with Austin Police Department. The indicators that he was talking about was a caran that was in his vehicle. That was there. He is Muslim. There's no doubt about it. He is from Senegal and he is a sympathizer with Iran. Matt, I think we have to be careful right now. This is something more like will happen than the possibility of Iran doing anything with their army anywhere because that's not going to happen. Their army sucks. But these people, these crazy people with guns and explosive devices in our country, they could cause a problem. Yeah, this guy too on his social media accounts. It was, I mean, pretty obvious. He was, it is the mess who was not right in the head and was clearly someone who risked committing

acts of violence. So a lot of these people too, like all you really have to do is, yeah, all the idea has to do is look for them as they are out in the open saying what they're going to do. Well, and they are. We have seen that they have ratcheted up that part of surveillance of people that they know that are known to them. We also have embassies around the world that are sheltering in place, especially there in the Middle East. You have to be careful right now if you're an American. And there is a price to pay, whether it's the three US service members that died over the weekend. If it was one of those in a nightclub in Austin, there's a price to pay for strength. And in this strength that we are exhibiting as a country right now, we will bring a lasting peace. That has to be the hope and the prayer in everything that we're watching right now in Iran. I agree 100%. Well, let's talk about the Clintons. Let's segue over to the Clintons because they testified about the Epstein files. You brought up the Epstein files. Some people are saying,

well, he bombed Iran so that we would quit talking about the Epstein files. We're so talking about who we are still talking about them. So if that was the case, that didn't work because Hillary Clinton went before the oversight committee Thursday and then Bill Clinton followed her up on Friday. What were your thoughts on the things that were said after both of them testified? Well, the part that you wouldn't see in the literal video is that Bill Clinton basically said that, you know, it's sort of fact that Donald Trump did absolutely nothing wrong and appropriate involved in Jeffrey Epstein. So I mean, the number one takeaway was that the Clintons basically completely exonerated Donald Trump, although they're going to, of course, ignore that if pretend it never happened. But to me, that was a big takeaway. You also can't find a victim that will say anything about Donald Trump either. What you do see our memes and social media posts about Donald Trump's name being in the Epstein files more than anyone. And what people don't understand is you can make an allegation of anything. And it's up to the FBI or law enforcement to investigate it

when they do an investigation. They put it in a report. All of those reports are now in the Epstein list or files. Yeah. And also, it needs to be clarified what someone means when they say in the Epstein files because the Epstein files is basically just an entire web personal footprint, you know, over his entire life. Yeah. And that everyone, you know, he's sharing news article that you and I wrote, technically, in the Epstein files. But there's obviously a big difference between being in the Epstein files, being someone he mentioned at any point ever, and taking part in sinister illegal, you know, those kind of acts. So the fact that Donald Trump was mentioned is irrelevant. And there's every Epstein that there is a liberal made a meme out of this quote from Epstein saying that he thought Donald Trump was one of the most evil people he ever met. And I'm thinking, well, isn't that good for Trump? Like, Epstein is this guy who we're talking about,

like, he's a demon. And the demon hates Donald Trump. I'd go, all right, I want to see Trump's, uh, that's pretty good for Trump. But they they somehow miss that connection. Well, let's go to Hillary Clinton and her comments after her testimony on Thursday. We had agreed upon rules based on the fact it was going to be a closed hearing at their demand. And one of the members violated that rule, which was very upsetting because it suggested that they might violate other of our agreements. So we had to cease the hearing for a period of time until we could get assurances that to no rules would be broken going forward. And we returned to answer questions repetitively, literally over and over again. I don't know how many times I had to say I did not know Jeffrey Epstein. I never went to his island. I never went

to his homes. I never went to his offices. Uh, so it's on the record. Epstein was at the Chelsea's Chelsea Clinton. Is it Chelsea or Chelsea? I don't even remember anymore. But I is it Chelsea? Okay. Um, Hillary Clinton's voice. It just does something to me. I cannot stand the woman. Oh my goodness. What a mess that woman is. And then Bill Clinton, you know, Donald Trump said he wish Bill Clinton had not been subpoenaed. He was sad that that happened. And now the Democrats are calling for Donald Trump to come and testify. Here is what Bill Clinton had to say about his testimony that took place on Friday. I just finished testifying in front of the House Oversight Committee. I did it for two reasons. First, I love my country, including our Constitution. And America was built on the idea that no person is a ball of law, even presidents, especially presidents. And that we should all live under the same set of rules.

This kind of democracy requires every person to play their part. And I hope that by being there today, we can bring ourselves just a little further away from the brink and back to being a country where we can disagree civilly. And we can search for truth and justice. And that it outweighs the partisan urge to score points and create spectacle. I think Bill Clinton is out of touch. That is not going to happen because he testified in the Epstein file. So what do you make of that comment there? Um, I mean, I actually, I mean, I kind of believe in Hillary. That chief calling on him and this is given, you know, who it was and Jeffrey Epstein was catering to. With Bill Clinton, the guy is a ladies man to put it mildly. If he was sleeping with girls who were of age through Jeffrey Epstein, I think that probably has close to a 100% likelihood, you know, underage the whole other thing. But yeah, I just, I know he's probably shooting a

Hillary 10,000 times. I'm sure some percentage of them were through Jeffrey Epstein. And I know, I don't promote infinity, but I will say in this one case, I kind of see where he was coming from. He said it relieved anxiety is what he said. Yeah, he said, okay, the number one reason he went to testify is because he loves his country and the constitution. The second reason is because of the victims. And here, I'll let him tell you about that. The second reason I was there is that the girls and women whose lives Jeffrey Epstein destroyed deserve not just justice, but healing. They've been waiting too long for both. Though my brief acquaintance with Epstein ended years before his crimes came to light. And though I never witnessed during our limited interactions, any indication was what was truly going on. I offered the little I do know in the hope that it would help prevent anything like this from ever happening again. I also have to say something personal.

Republicans made a Hillary testify yesterday. And she had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein, nothing. She has no memory of ever even meeting him. She neither traveled with him nor visited any of his properties. So whether 10 people or 10,000 people were subpoenaed, including her was simply not right. Well, it's about the truth that it's about loving the country and the constitution. Is it Bill Clinton? Because that's what you just said. Whether Hillary did something or not, she needs to be on the record that she isn't. And another thing that Hillary Clinton said they asked her about was Pizzagate. I don't know. Did you see that? Some Republican asked her about Pizzagate. And I have one more from Bill Clinton. Here it is. So here's what I told the committee. First, I had no idea of the crimes Epstein was committed. No matter how many photos they show of me, I have two things that at the end of the day matter far more than any interpretation of 20-year-old

photos. I know what I saw and more importantly what I didn't see. And I know what I did. And more importantly, what I didn't do. I saw nothing and I did nothing wrong. If someone who grew up in a home with domestic violence, not only would I not have flown on his plane if I had any inkling of what he was doing. I would have turned him in myself and let the call for justice for his crimes, not the sweetheart deal we got. Which is what Donald Trump did by the way. He did turn Jeffrey Epstein in when he found out. Bill Clinton flew on Lolita Express Epstein's plane. I believe 27 times was how many times he did. Yeah, there's a photo of him getting the stars from one of the F.C. victims. And do we believe Bill Clinton, the one that said I did not have sexual relations with that woman? That's the first thing I've offered to my head. I'm like, is this a repeat of that? You know, have you got to teach the last time you had to make

this denial? Yeah, I don't really care what Bill Clinton says about this. No one's going to believe him. I can't understand why he thinks he has any credibility about that. Well, we're running long tonight. We're up against a break. We're going to get back into more of the conversation. You wouldn't go a day without brushing your teeth or washing your hands. By the United States, a sunny, wind centennial is upon us. The American experiment was a stroke of genius and a world of oppressors. July 4, 2026 marks 250 years since the sign-in of the Declaration of Independence. America out loud dot news is that place to awaken your heart, soul and mind to the offload. You know, Matt, normally on this night because the state of the union address was last

week, I would probably start this hour asking your opinion on the state of the union. We didn't do that because of Iran. But look, me ask you, what was your opinion of the state of the union address? Oh, I was epic. I loved it. It was funny. They were saying on the news that broke the record for the longest state of the union ever. I was thinking, I wonder who was the second longest state of the union ever? It was probably Trump. It was Trump breaking his own record. Yeah. I was like, who else would it have been? It was very good. I like how he kind of made the left or put them to a test where they could have made him look foolish. All they did was stand up and agree. We should put a legal alien criminals in jail. Like, from what I, my friend Ryan Gerrowski said, he had to entail that. That was not in Trump's speech. He just came up with it spontaneously and then delivered that line of, you know, stand if you agree. Would you put Americans before legal aliens?

And Democrats, all they had to do was stand up, even if they didn't believe it and Trump would have looked dumb. And instead they stuck to their guns and made themselves look as evil as they are. So I don't think the Democrats can help it really. I was watching it. When I was watching it, I was like, well, when he did the Congressional Medal of Honor to the guy they got shut up, going to get Maduro. I mean, that was an incredible story. I was, well, who's not going to, are they all going to sit down for this one? And then they had the 100-year-old guy that was a Korean war and Air Force guy. That was really an incredible story. And I thought they weren't going to stand for that. But if you did, and then they all complained about it when it was over. And that's all you really have. And then you had a spam burger giving the response. And she is full-blown socialist communist there in Virginia. She's turning that state upside down quickly. And I'm sure Cheryl's going to do the same thing in New Jersey. Overall, I gave my opinion on it last week. I felt the state of the union was great. But in the end, it really doesn't matter

because, and I think I said this last week by 48 hours, 72 hours, something's going to happen, and nobody's going to talk about it. And then Iran happened. So I was dead on that prediction. And it really didn't matter whether it was Iran or anything else. There is always something else that's going to come up because it seems like on social media, maybe in life in general, everything blows up into this huge thing for 24 to 48 hours. Yeah. And there is no staying power with it. Nobody goes back to correct it. You look at things like Candace Owens and what she does. She is totally gone, man. Yeah. It's bad. And this Iran thing, you know, I think it's going to put her in a rubber room before it's over with. She has completely lost it. Where is her husband? What is that? Why is he not like, hey, honey, maybe we should stop analyzing Erica Kirk's facial expressions on a frame by frame basis because she's making money.

She's making money on this. That's what it's all about. And it goes huge. It's just wild that you know, the death of Charlie Kirk could have been a, you know, a huge mobilizing moment where I mean, I know we designated it an anti-futurist organization, but we haven't really cracked out any of these left-wing networks since. And it's been like the crazy people on our own side who have clearly derailed Charlie Kirk's death where it's simultaneously a sigh up from his wife, slash Israel slash everyone except the transgender communists who actually did it. No, you got to throw in. Don't forget the Egyptian planes because the Egyptian plane and the tail number from the Egyptian plane, it ties in with the macrones. And yeah, yeah, you have to watch on it. She is nuts. And people just end it up. And if you say anything about Candace Owens, her followers come and attack you. And they don't want the fact that their hero is

being run because they want to believe it. You know, those people want to believe what it is. She's selling and they're buying it. And it's sad to see. And I watched the one of our Eric Kirk videos is to see like how, like how did she come up with these arguments? And a lot of it is just that thing where you ask a ton of questions and claim you're just asking questions. And then whatever you actually get the answer, then you're like, oh, that's what you think? Sure. Well, you're the one who asks, but say it starts with a freaking question over here. But no, she just asks a ton of questions and goes that don't really necessarily make any sense or are not relevant. And it's just like, like whenever she's arguing against Eric at Kirk, we're just supposed to take apart how a grieving widow acts. And it's just really how someone would act if they're grieving. And it's like, I honestly have no ideas. I'm not in that situation. Neither is she. Yeah. Like, how could you possibly know? And everyone acts differently. So it's just bizarre that they're choosing to attack the person running his

organization that has been extremely beneficial to us. And meanwhile, she's going to the bank. That's what she's doing. That's all she's doing and causing problems on this side. Which is what they're trying to claim Eric Kirk is doing. That's trying to. Yeah, is it it? But did you hear about the three in South Alabama that were indicted for election fraud? We were told it doesn't happen, but three people were indicted. Did you see this story? No, it was it never happened. Yeah, well, it did happen in South Alabama. I've got some sound on it. Let's listen to it. And we'll talk about three people arrested accused of filling out bogus absentee ballots. That's a story we've broken all of our digital platforms this afternoon. Our Natalie Williamson has your late reporting from frisco city in Monroe County. Natalie, the accusations are related to last year's municipal election there. The three women were arrested today for voter fraud in connection to the frisco city municipal election last August. This big development follows a lawsuit that was filed, which also alleges wrongdoing in the

August election. Tonight election cheating allegations in small town, Alabama. Three women accused of rigging a bunch of absentee ballots. Court documents filed today in Monroe County. Reveal a grand jury and dotted 67 year old Sharon Dinson, 46 year old Samantha Kyle's and 59 year old Sarah Bennett for illegally filling out and submitting ballots during the frisco city municipal election in August of 2025. Those same record show Dinson changed seven people's ballots. Kyle's altered four people's ballots and Bennett changed nine people's ballots. The criminal charges follow a civil lawsuit that was filed last September by former frisco city mayor Alan Lang who lost the August election in it. Lang is challenging the vote count saying 131 legal absentee ballots were counted, which changed the results. Only because it was a close election

like that, do we find out about it? And you have to consider that this is probably done everywhere. By the way, all three of those ladies, they happen to be registered Democrats if that no way. No, yeah, it happened. It was you just heard it happened and they are Democrats. So there is election fraud after all after five years of being told that there is none. We have found out that there is. And maybe it will change the election. I don't know. It doesn't seem like that was enough votes yet, but I don't know that they're finished counting. Maybe it would flip the election. Who knows? Well, that's the thing is we just don't know the scope of it. And you know, the left will always point out the number of documented cases, especially in national elections is very small. But if that's the case, I just don't get why they're so resistant to any attempt to reduce it to zero. If it's so small to begin with, and we all know it's because it's got to be worse, than they think, even if we don't know exactly about it. Yeah. Did you happen to see Senator

Mark Wayne Mullin of Oklahoma talking to Bernie Sanders in a hearing last week? Did you see that? No, did it? Okay. Do you always begin with growl? Well, no, because Mark Wayne Mullin does have a tendency to do that. I don't know if people listening remember that, but Mark Wayne Mullin tried to challenge a witness in a hearing to fight. And they had had words. Yeah, he got up. Yeah, it was two years later. It was the, I can't remember which union it had if it was like AFL CIO. It was a union. It was more of a team service, but he ended up having him on his podcast a few years later. He said he ran into it in public once and was like, all right, maybe I should make up with this guy or something. Well, here he is again. And now he is going after Bernie Sanders. Anyways, I ran into long. Let's talk about some. Yes, you did. I'm sorry. I didn't ask your opinion on that. And if I cared about you, I would ask you, but I don't care about your opinion. You're part of the system. You're part of the problem.

You've been sitting here longer than I've even been alive. This is your problem. You should have fixed this a long time ago. You've been rel on it so long. I decided not to run for surgeon general. You're the nominee. I've decided to accept that nominee. That is definitely something we would never accept. Did you hear Bernie Sanders there when he said, yeah, dude, he sounded like yogi bear. They're a little bit yogi bearer, not the bearer yogi bearer. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm sorry. I didn't ask your opinion on this. And if I cared about you, I would ask you, but I don't care about your opinion. You're part of the system. You're part of the problem. You've been sitting here longer than I've even been alive. This is your problem. You should have fixed this a long time ago. You've been rel on it. I missed it. I'm going to go back a little bit. Yes, you did. There. There. What do you think? Let's talk about some. Yes, you did. Let's talk about some. Yes, you did. I think there's a similarity there. Anyway, Matt, we have come to the end of our hour. And I want to ask you, what do we look for this week? I know

we're going to be looking at a rant. I don't think I ever asked you. How long do you think this lasts in the Middle East? Oh, hard question. It's total speculation. I mean, Trump put out before week timeline. So we'll see how he sticks to that. That's what I'm looking for this week. I mean, I think just more I ran and maybe we'll just take out Cuba for the love of the game, who knows who knows if the Senate will get into the save act. And by the way, we have been through this entire hour. We have not mentioned the government shutdown. And I'm not seeing many people talk about it, but the government is shut down. Federal employees missed their paycheck for the first time Friday. And you know, nothing's happening. It's not moving. The Senate isn't working on it. And it needs to be worked on this has to do with ice. Ice is funded by the way. So in reality, it has to do with TSA, the Coast Guard. There's one more, but this is DHS is the only agency in the government that has not been funded of the 12 appropriations. And nobody is talking about this

government shutdown because there's no big terms coming up. So there's no way they can twist into their favor. Yeah, I hope the Republicans are already working on the 2027 fiscal budget, which is due at the end of September, which is now what nine months away, eight months away, we're eight months away from needing this again. And they're going to have to do it in a reconciliation. And they're going to have to do it before the end of September. That is what the Republicans should do because you're going into the midterm in November just about four or five weeks. They cannot afford to have a government shutdown. And the Democrats will do that to them coming up in September. If the Republicans don't have their their plan together right now to make sure they have another reconciliation like a big beautiful bill that only takes 51 senators. Well, Matt, thank you very much for always coming and joining us on a Monday night. It's Mondays with Matt. His name is Matt Palumbo. He's written 11 books. Go to Amazon, put his name in there and find one of the books that he's written, grab it, read it, enjoy it. Matt, thank you so much.

We'll do it again next week. My pleasure. You'll see that. And don't forget you were told 2,000 years ago that you are the salt of the earth and salt without flavor. It has no value. So whatever you do, keep being salty. Have a great night. There is only one truth. You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America Out Loud.
