Lilly Wave Mind Control Technology

Several government patents have proven the ability (and desire) to control the brain through electronic mind control techniques. While old fashioned techniques, such as electrodes, are no longer necessary and the target can be targeted via electronic frequencies that manipulate the brain’s water molecules essentially changing the way a person feels or reacts.

The Lilly Wave was developed by a Dr John C Lilly during his time at the US National Institutes of health. In the course of his work, Lilly discovered that a certain form of wavelength could manipulate the water molecules within a subject’s brain which could essentially change the way that they think and feel. According to Patrick Flanagan, the US government had immediately decided to weaponize the technology as soon as it came to light.

Other patents have revealed startling experiments using electromagnetic frequencies for manipulation through television monitors. An invention by Hendricus G. Loos, called Nervous System Manipulation by Electromagnetic Fields from Monitors (patent 6506148 B2), is capable of this. The patent states that the invention can alter a human’s emotional state by altering the electromagnetic fields around them via devices such as television screens and computer monitors.

Loos wrote, “It is therefore possible to manipulate the nervous system of a subject by pulling images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or TV set.” Perhaps the most sinister aspect of this invention is that it can be used without the subject of the mind control ever being aware of what has happened.

What if some devious agency decided to use this technology on citizens? What would the result be? Perhaps we are already victims. The government wouldn't allow it you say? This is the same government that used subliminal messages, planned Operation Northwoods to stage a false flag killing against innocent Americans for propaganda, and also developed MKUltra trauma-based mind control techniques.
