Life Is Too Short

About this episode

Have you ever heard the term "Mortality Motivation"? It's a term I first heard from one of my favorite online coaches is Brendon Burchard. Essentially, it's using death as a means to motivate you to do the things you know you should do.

Yes, we all get caught up in the procrastination loop sometimes, where we keep putting off that "thing" that we know is in our hearts to do, waiting for the perfect time, the ideal circumstances to come along and then we'll do it.

Look, the time is going to pass anyway. So, start the business, go back to school, create a ditch day for your kids and make some memories on purpose. It's not too late and it's also not a moment too soon. Today is all you have, so go be, do and have all that you can today!

Feel free to send me a note letting me know how you plan stop procrastinating and start doing the thing you know you should be doing. Life is TOO short to keep putting it off.
