Life is short

About this episode

Lindsay Johnson is the founder and CEO of Fitpros, an incredibly successful corporate wellness delivery service that had to do a 180 degree turn-around to negotiate and succeed as a result of COVID-19. Now she and her business are settling into the hybrid life left after COVID ended.

As we discussed in episode #4, Lindsay has not had it easy, by any stretch of the imagination. Overcoming an addiction to alcohol in her twenties was followed by the tragic death of her 28 year old brother in a car accident. These challenges led her through a powerful grieving and healing process to help her reach a level of health, happiness and success that most strive for.

Having negotiated many of these challenges, including having babies, Lindsay now has two beautiful boys. In this podcast we discuss the new challenges that she has faced coming to terms with motherhood, business ownership, and finding a healthy balance in her life. It wasn't until she hit rock-bottom that she realised that life was short, and since has been living a life focused on what is most important for her. Enjoy my captivating conversation with Lindsay Johnson.
