Leytonstone Police Hunt Suspect in Boxing Day Assault

0:00On April 2nd, police and Layton Stone are hunting a man after a brutal assault on a security guard at a Tesco store on Boxing Day. It went down around 4.22 p.m. on December 26th, 2025, on Gainesboro Road in the E-11 area. The guard, who's in his 60s, got a serious eye injury that needed hospital care and left him with lasting vision problems. Two others jumped in to help, a second guard and a shopper, and they ended up with minor injuries too. Jobs have CCTV footage and just released an image of the suspect they want to question. The lead investigator called it a straight-up violent attack on a guy just doing his job. Witnesses have already talked to police, but they're pushing for more details from anyone who saw it go down.
