Welcome back for another solo LTP ep! 

Today's solo episode is all about endometriosis and self confidence and self-esteem! With it being endo awareness month currently, I would it would be a great opportunity to share all about endo and the associated impacts of the condition, and I think one that is often under the radar is the impact on the self esteem and self confidence of people with endo! 

I share all about my own personal experience with low confidence and self esteem, things that have helped me and my top tips and strategies for re-building that confidence!
