And while there's a lot of things in it that are worth noting, the most glaring aspect is that Trump is actually making the voting process less secure and maybe even easier for his political opposition to potentially influence the election. Only Trump could mess up this badly. To start off with, let's go over the broad strokes from Senator Blumenthal. No matter the chaos they may create. The whistleblower's allegations also provide disturbing information, suggesting that USPS may have violated a court order by continuing to implement the EO despite being ordered to cease all such work. We urge you to abandon this ill-conceived, unconscionable plan and ensure that all Americans can exercise their constitutional right to vote, including by mail, without interference by USPS. While there isn't mandated reporting of political affiliation within the post office, pretty much all surveys that can be looked at or supporting trends, suggest that postal employees lean heavily democratic. So, Trump's executive order to secure the elections based on his unfounded claim of problems actually creates a situation where the mistakes of employees who lean democratic could cause his party votes. About one in five registered Republicans voted by mail in 2024. Yeah, contrary to the virtue signaling online so they can echo Trump's weird claims. They use it almost as much as Democrats. The scanning system that Trump wants to implement would create a situation where thousands of Republicans could not get their ballots.

3:08The thing is that he knows there isn't widespread vote by mail fraud. That's just something he made up to tell his base, so he wouldn't have to admit he lost to sleepy Joe. So he doesn't really care. That's why he's trying to enact a plan that would hand an organization that is heavily democratic, control of all of those Republican ballots. And one boo-boo could make thousands of Republican ballots not go to where they're supposed to. Only Trump could screw up something this badly. Only think about it. Manufacturing issue. Create a solution. The solution is out of step with the Constitution and actually creates a situation where Republicans are more likely to be hurt by a bad actor. Trump launched an election security scheme that managed to make elections less secure in a way that hurts Republicans. This whole thing needs to get scrapped and not implement it.

4:09Not just is it violation of the separation of powers. It's just as shoddly done as the reflecting pool that failed. The Kennedy Center that he's destroying. His trade war that's stifling trade. His war on inflation that's raising prices. His war on Iran over a nuclear weapons program that his own intel chief said didn't exist that has made Iran more likely to pursue a nuke. Seeing this man does backfires. I say we scrap his post-o-plan and instead find a way to get him to promise to create more homeless people. Destroy the environment completely. Deny everyone healthcare and create more poverty. Given his current track record, if he tries to do that, he'll end homelessness, poverty, and climate change and push through universal healthcare in just a couple of months.
