Let's get drunk on tips

In this episode of Bring the Pain, I decided to cover a local controversy that was blown a little out of proportion. That incident made me think of all the times I saw this go down in the food industry. The subject I'm talking about is tips. The first question is, how much do I tip, and what are the factors. I cover many of those factors, but one factor I do cover is employers sticking their nose into tips. Hear some stories where multiple owners of other businesses, as well as my business relationships with different levels of people, helped me reward my teammates. However, what happens when an employee feels jaded for their work by a company rule that they think is unfair.
