Let's Dive in with ElixSea!

On this episode of the Hungarian Heritage podcast  we will be talking with Geri Borbely,  a Hungarian who grew up on his family’s winery in Hungary learning and working on the family’s vineyard in all of the stages of  wine making from the grape on the vine to the wine in the bottle, and then using his experience to attain his degree in wines and spirits.   We will also be talking with Geri’s wife and business partner Mariona Alabau who grew up in the mountains of the Pyrenees in Spain and has degrees in Enviromental Science and  Biodiversity.  We will talk about their story, how they met, their experiences and expertise with wine and diving, and how they married all of these things together and created Elix Sea Underwater winery in Costa Brava Spain. And when I usually say are you looking to dive a little deeper, on this episode I mean that literally.
