All of us have lost beloved animals. Our best friends, our greatest teachers - when they pass away, the sadness and grief can feel overwhelming. And yet, when we work with that grief, we can find gold. It may take a while but in allowing the sadness to appear, many times, we can land in a place of deeper insight, a tighter bond and so much more than we expected.
