Lenten Mission Sermon: How to Carry Your Cross

About this episode

In this sermon Father discusses the necessity of carrying one’s cross in union with Christ through silent patience, generous love, and filial abandonment to God. Suffering is a gift permitted by God for the sanctification of souls and must be embraced with humility, trust, and perseverance through grace. Let us rediscover that the path to true holiness requires sacrifice, fidelity to daily duties, and a deep love of God expressed through accepting all trials.
