Leaving the Safety Net and Dealing with Expectations of others

Aisha Winfield, worked for over 19 years in the Music Industry with Epic Records and Rockstar Entertainment leading from high management positions as she worked with a host of music artists and celebrities developing marketing campaigns and promotional work as well as concert production, managing tours around the country with artists, bands, crews and staff.

It was during this time when her passion began to shift from working with recording artists and music executives to creating opportunities for youth to develop their talents and pursue their dreams.
