Learning to Manage This One Thing is Critical

#326: It may be one of the hardest things to do as a leader. I'm becoming increasingly convinced that managing emotion is a critical skillset to scaling our ability to lead large groups. If you're passionate about what you do then this is likely not going to be easy. In this episode I share how I try to approach keeping emotion out of my thought process at work.
