About this episode
What is self-love, and why is it so difficult for all of us?
That term can be triggering, and many of us really struggle with the concept of self-love. Often we speak to ourselves in ways we would never speak to anyone else, so why do we do it?
In this episode we are going to explore self-love, and why it is so important that you heal the relationship with yourself first, because it will make you happier, more confident, and more capable of being the best version of yourself.
I also share with you my own personal experiences of dealing with a close family member, whose years of substance abuse stemmed from a complete lack of self-appreciation. It was the worst experience of my life, and I am here for you if you to experience this, you are not alone.
