In 2017, he founded Rob Campbell Leadership, a leadership coaching, and speaking business helping organizations grow leaders and increase employee engagement. Rob is a 30-year practitioner and student of leadership. He is a John Maxwell certified executive leadership coach and speaker. Colonel Rob Campbell began his service in the Army as an infantry officer in 1990. In a career spanning 27 years, Rob served as the Commander or CEO of an infantry brigade of nearly 5,000 men and women in the 101st Airborne Division. He is an Army Ranger, Parachutist, and combat veteran of our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rob is decorated with the Combat Infantryman's Badge and three Bronze Star medals. He served during recovery efforts following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Rob has written two best-selling books, one on leadership and the other on military transition. Rob also serves as the Executive Director for VETtoCEO, a veteran entrepreneurship program.
