Preparing all students to graduate career ready and college prepared requires that there is ample access to high-level learning for ALL students. • What groups of students may be over- or underrepresented in particular career technical programs (i.e. STEM related, business, entrepreneurship, etc.)?

• How can districts address these differences with regard to procedures, policies, and goals?
• What factors may be preventing students of different ethnicities, income levels, or ability levels from actively participating and finding success in these programs?
