Leadership Modeling is when you have a mentor or respected leader in mind and you ask yourself "What would ______ do in this situation?"  This can be during a negative situation, or after you have made a mistake. When you think about how a respected leader of yours would respond, you can emulate their behavior. Listen for more info around this topic of Leadership Modeling.

Please listen daily (Mon – Friday) as Paul focuses on not only giving tips about how to be a great leader, but also a leader who is respected, a leader who people want to follow, a leader who can confidently navigate their way through both personal and professional challenges, a leader who is not afraid to share their faith while living it out, a leader who knows his/her purpose and lives to fulfill that purpose every day, and a leader who has no regrets!
