Hi everyone, I'm Greg and I host a weekly Lego podcast called London Calling over on my YouTube channel London Bridge Brits. Now you're listening to the audio version of the podcast which is essentially the same minus the Lego Pictures segment. So without further ado, let's dive in and find out what's been happening in the Wimmy Bobbi World of Lego this Friday. We made it. We made it. Whew, what a week, wowsers. This has been a proper full on week. This kind of week felt like 2026 really got into gear which is kind of weird because we're kind of at the last week of March but yeah, God, work was so full on. Do you know what, I actually filmed a video on Tuesday and the video is about my experience with using joy by for the first time, some great discounts over there. There's discounts everywhere at the moment, there really is but I just thought I'll buy
a couple of good sets, or say a couple of good sets, two sets that I've been after for a little while. One that's been on my radar for like about two years I think. I just never got around to buying it and the other one that's the recent one that's come out from Jago is it has been quite a hard one to get. Anyway, there you had it. I bought these two sets now retail wise, these two sets should have been around 220 quid and I managed to buy both for just a smidge in over 125. So anyway, that video will probably come out Sunday tomorrow, no, I won't do tomorrow. I've got some jobbies I need to do tomorrow and also tomorrow I'll be doing a live stream. I'm pretty excited. I don't know about you right out there, but this week the new HBO Harry Potter teaser trailer dropped and I'm sold, I think it was bloody excellent. I really, really do. I'm really interested to know what you boys and girls out there think about it.
I've seen, I've seen a little bit of hate for it out there. I'm going to say hate that he's quite a strong word, a few people got questions about it and a lot of people are a bit like, eh, I think it's overall really good, but there's a few things I don't like about it, you're always going to get that. For me though, it's an opportunity to actually see it and go and live it for the first time, at least for a TV series anyway, I never really went to see the films or anything like that and I'm enjoying them and I'm enjoying listening to the audibles as well and I'm on the second book at the moment and they are really good. All the balls recently just kind of upgraded their Harry Potter ones, obviously they knew that this new HBO series was coming out. And they've done a jolly good job of it as well. I'm on book two and it is really, really good Chamber of Secrets. I was like, I've started to learn my HP movies, but anyway, I thought with that, I was so excited. I was like, I need to do something HP, I need to do a HP. So anyway, so I knocked up a sticker, I said, I had that in the, so that kind of went
out. I haven't even had time to put it on YouTube yet. No, that's a big big deal anyway, but it's just a little bit of content. Anyway, I thought I'd do a live stream tomorrow, so I'm going to be building this set 76447 Hogwarts Castle. So it goes with all that lot over there, excited for that. And it is the flying lessons and it's kind of kind of a bit of an iconic scene, really. So yeah, we've been building that tomorrow from a four-page UK time. That is exactly noon, eastern time. Now talkative time, don't forget this weekend. The clock change here in UK, and I think probably across Europe as well. So America goes, East Coast America is being four hours away from us to being five hours away from us. So kind of back to normal, really. It's been the last two weeks, it's been super intense. I think it's down to the clock changes, but anyway, it kind of changes back next week. But anyway, how the hell are you lot out there? This week, I kind of thought it was going to be a fairly quiet week, but we are coming
up to month end. So in a few days from now, we're going to be finding out what's going to be hitting us in May. That's exciting. So expect a lot of Star Wars stuff to be coming your way during April times. But anyway, this week, we're going to be looking at new Marvel. We're going to be looking at a new creator set as well, a kind of special one that only the likes of Lady MacBrick, A.K. Nicole will be able to tell us a little bit in depth about. We've got some new Star Wars sets as well before we those new bus, Vader, and Yoda. Check out the survey, folks. We'll be doing the new scores on the floors, of course, with the BODs. We've got the new mock the week this week from Gaz. We've got the latest soap box, Tastic Grid action from Martin. And I'll be bringing to you lovely peeps out there this week's Brick Bix, of which we've got some really cool ones this week, in particular, I've got a couple from Chris Chalice from in Warsaw, which he loves to go to, and some Brick centric ones as well,
which was kind of like one of the latest, there's probably the newest Lego convention on the calendar. That took place last weekend in LA. Certainly we'll be showing you, rather I should say, some pictures of those a little bit later. Of course, if you are listening to this back via Apple Podcasts or Amazon or Spotify, whatever you listen to your podcast on, you won't have a Brick Bix section. Why would you? I take it out because it's such a visual part of it. However though, if you do want to see that section, let me know, and, in case you interested, there is a link to the live stream, this part of the live stream, that you can go from your podcast, if you so ever want to see it, normally speaking, it would happen straight after soapbox testing, but as you've got boys and girls out there, we'll be listening back, straight after soapbox testing grid, we'll be saying our farewells. It's anyway, that's where it all kind of gets chopped out, which is kind of cool.
The magic of editing, it's pretty cool, I like it. Anyway, that goes out live at 730 on Saturday, that's exactly 24 hours, straight after the actual live stream itself. So, I've got quite a lot to do tomorrow morning, I've got a prep for the live stream, and I've got a prep for the audio podcast as well. So anyway, hope you're all well, hope you've had a lovely week. I'm looking forward to a weekend of a little bit of Lego building, to be honest. I've been sitting out a lot of Lego as well this week, early part of this week, I was spending a lot of time down here, just tidying up and stuff, you would think of it to look at it, but there's a lot been going on and my work, is it me? Lego sorting, how long does it take to do Lego sorting? It never ends, it never ends, I won't mind, but I even ordered a load more Lego as well this week. Loose, of course. Anyway, one thing I will say, because I want to say hello to everybody who's out there, we've got Brandon out there, Brandon sent me some pictures of you on us, well, could see Brandon, hope he's good with you. We've got one brick stud, now he's the man, I'm going to be streaming my Harry Potter
set with him tomorrow, so he's going to be building the cauldron as you all know, he is an absolute potterhead, he really is, and I think, do you know what, I don't actually have a member's video, which I should get one really, but anyway, I see what I do have, something very fitting for young Chris, and it goes something like this. Oh my god, it's just my acceptance to Hogwarts! Cool, I've got a lad, that last piece was, anyway, let's say hello to a few other peeps that were out there. Anyway, Christopher, thank you so much, might as well get that, he's in Hygris, we've got Polaroops out there, so hello, in his usual kind of, do I, in my head, I'm saying that like a sort of a polo bear would say that Andy, am I right in that, or is that, or should I be thinking of doing an Andy's voice, I'm like hello, I don't know, he doesn't quite talk like that, he does a bit.
We've got, I love a bit of snite out there, saying hello there, good to see you, my friend, as well, and it was fun as well last week, seeing you in the staff, live with Madlib as well last week, oh my word, last weekend, last weekend, I thought I was broken last weekend to be honest, folks, I did so much gardening, it was unbelievable, it really was, I was pretty pleased though, we've had it all turned out, so let's keep it out there as well, let's keep it, thank you so much for the count down, I super appreciate that, TJ's been a member for 34 weeks, that's amazing, thank you so much, Polar Bricks has said you've been a member for 31 weeks, had a wee live yet, yes we are, we are definitely alive, my friend, Saliscape as well, he's asking that is a very same question, but of course he gave me the count down, seeing those these things, remember for 50 months, Nicol, lady, break, that is incredible, yo, says get coot, get coot, we've got a lot of football stuff coming now, it feels like in the future, it really does, this week especially, my word, it's been a lot of football going on, there's a lot of football happening this weekend, of course
with the internationals and stuff, we've got some Heskit new market out there as well, good to see, I hope you've had a lovely, lovely week, are you watching this back on a train or are you actually at home, are you feet up watching this, Heskit, Bricks face 9 is out there, saying hello there, who else we've got out there as well, we've got Martins hello to everybody as well, Bricks face 9 saying hello to everybody, slam BKM dude, how are you doing, good to see, did everyone see the UCS, how do you carry it, we did, I watched a bit of it actually, it was practically the first thing, I looked at this morning when I woke up, I was like, oh baby, I just look at it, I was like, that's weird, some geysers just sort of flying around with it, asking for everyone to give the washing sounds, of course everyone, everyone did everything back, it was like, oh, this sort of thing, this is the kind of a bit of a wushie sound, those boots, I guess course you all did, who else we did, it's going to be, it could be top of the agenda tonight, who knows, got a few things that we're going to be looking at, the creators, Star Wars and of course the Marvel sets as well,
good to have you here, slam, it really is, Body Bricks is out there as well, she's the latest, she's the latest one, to be on Nick's podcast as well, which is full of brick, I've got to be honest, like most people, I don't know what filter they use, but it's really hard to kind of see people on there, who's that, is that Martin, this is up, I don't know, I don't know what filter they use, but it's, I mean, I look like I'm about 20 years old in my one, Body looks just different, everyone does, guys, look at guys these ones, it's really, really different, why not, I do need to watch actually, there's the brick buds, they've been on it recently, they just need to be hammering the UKers at the moment, but anyway, looking forward to listening back to that tomorrow, Saliscape is saying hi to everybody, Pappu's out there as well, we've got Manly's mini adventures, she's in the house, Mandy, how are you doing? I'm pretty sure that you was at Brick's entry last week, I think you are, I think you're based in there, with young Christopher
and Chad of course, well, I'd need to go to the bottom of this now, Urban Lego Space Man, there's a high Saliscape, much of the ages A3, Bonnie Bricks, and Mandy's adventures as well, ULS, I don't know what that means, I don't know what that means, it's Lego, UCS, I don't know, I don't know what you're saying, it must be something to do with Disney, who knows, anyway, springy dogs, maybe I don't know, just theorising that, I might as well prove it for my haggard face, your haggard, geez, what can I say, you avoid mirrors at my age, she goes, I was, good stuff, Mandy, send me some pictures, if I don't show them off this week, I can always show them off next week, if anyone wants to send me pictures at any time of the day, anytime of the week, send them to me at Londonbridgebricks at gmail.com, that big shout as well, because the people that never actually see them or hear them, more to the point, is those listening back on Apple Podcasts,
I always appreciate that, last week, 150 downloads, super appreciate that, that is just around the average, that is 250 being the most, but that's really, really well, and 100 being probably the lowest, but yeah, it fluctuates, I think it obviously all depends what the news is, maybe it depends on the thumbnail, I'm not really sure how important that is when it comes to podcasts, but anyway, all the world versions, anyway, but anyway, I super appreciate, it's like a second life, it really is, I always, always appreciate it. Blimey, the book of tears out there as well, says, I hope everyone's well, love to you all, I'll be listening, just busy packing, you off anyway, exotic, you always seem to go to really interesting places, actually really do, so anyway, good to see you at my friend, and hope all is well with you, Good and Arvand says, actual play, 90, 80, could you have you here, my friend, right, let's start getting some peeps on, shall we? I wish we go first, I tell you what we do, we'll go, this is the Manny with the Fanny, it is of course, Martani, and I make sure
how you do, I'm trying to bring you in a bit quicker there, but I always think, I know I make Martin sounds like Manny and Fanny, and it's like, oh, Martani, I kind of squeeze it in a little bit, you know what I mean? That's what she said, yeah, I mean, yeah, well what can I say, I've been watching Bridgerton this week, I thought he was kind of like, I thought, wow, I didn't know, I didn't realise he's so raunchy, it kind of bulls on being a bit silly, almost like, it's some murders kind of Mrs. Marple's, and then you'll get these odd episodes where it's just raunchiness and raunchiness, they literally come up for air, say, all right, and then you know, get back to it again, it's all very raunchy, isn't it? It is, and that's where it's a great show, and I love it, he's as long as it pumps, that's all I can say, a lot of the bottoms, bottoms up, maybe that's where the phrase came from, I don't know, maybe, but anyway, it is exciting, but he says Greg's getting a short mention in the full of Bricks podcast coming up,
am I now, now that's a way to make me watch it, it really is, but yeah, I love what they do with the filters, Martani, I was like, we're all de-aged on there, we really are. Yeah, I don't know, I think I think I'd do better as a cartoon, to be honest. Yeah, I was like, oh, guys, it's like he should be like a speedster or something like that, I'm Billy Whiz. We've got Lego Team B out there, we've got some pictures from them. Yeah, it's from Brick Tastic. What can I say, Greg getting a short mention, that was a short mention, thank you guys, LTV, Lego Team B, there we go. Right, I think we've got brands out there as well. We've got actually got, we've got a picture of what Brandon actually looks like tonight, albeit he says he's here, but anyway, he says it's me with us as a, I'm assuming that's Brandon, who knows, never seen him, so he's just some talk user with a Lego master, what can I say?
Right, talking to Lego masters, this is time to get a couple more on the show, we wish I go, who did I connect, who did I connect on someone who's really, really hairy, it looks like he's munching on the McVity, always like someone munching on nuts that's almost opaque, excuse me so. Well, I've already, I've got some nuts to munch on, so we'll leave, we'll leave, we'll want to be too nutty, so we'll go with McVity's. Oh, we're going to go with McVity's, I'd say there's so many nuts that Martin can take, one to note. How can I describe these two? Well, one's like super hairy and one's slightly less hairy, and she's determined, she tells me, absolutely determined to stay awake, it is of course, carry and in and otherwise knowing as munching McVity's bots, and here they are. Hello, you too. Hello. Hello. The people, the people, the people, the people, come, say,
name is June. Oh, it sounds right, we've got that. Because I saw the way that would have blocked. Me and Squatty! You know, you know What was it? I think it's called the fumps the flumps the flumps They know exactly what I'm talking about I don't think they're like those marshmallow things I don't think they're marshmallows flumps. Does anyone remember the flumps was was that a thing? I'm not making it up. I promise I think Honestly, people we think I just like spend my life on the dark web or something like that I don't to look at things back that I was kind of grew up watching you have to but I didn't honestly Went around in there Are you looking up the flumps? 1976 it says We go
That's before I have to see what's the real run. I watched the real Is that mean that goes around people asking me what year was you were born? They say oh 2000 years in 2009 And since someone says 19 they're like you know resting peace. Yeah, come on Stroll on anyway, yeah, what can I say? Oh Lego team these out there saying K.O. Looking cool buzz buzz There we go What's this was that was that way and Greg was it was was black and white I can't say what I'm gonna say about that Socially unacceptable. I don't think well. I was thinking that But anyway, I know I can't do that Oh Should we get gas on let's get gas on because there he is. All right guys. How's it going? Oh
Yeah, yeah, good good. I know it is definitely Friday now. It's definitely Friday Not any other day Yeah, guys this morning like we're one of these like peculiar looks in the gym I Got to do some arm work as well. Oh Introduce us so those listening back This is Cosbo this is my little white little white boy. Putting them in them on the end of our nose. You'll do it Stretch stretch stretch and then you'll do it I didn't have that on my bingo cards You have to do your stretches first though carrixy could in. Yeah Don't know I would just stretch your tongue I did do it What should episode of Bridgerton Ian, can you touch the end of your nose, but I just pretend there's a other p on it or something like that or I'll make a nose I tell you what I tell you what folks you tune in you think you're just going to get let go
We don't like any one else to say beyond the brick. I mean as this is we'll end the time and Gonna say right Seeing as you were such a good sport carry where would you like to go next? Oh, I was good I was gonna say someone in particular But she seems to have got she's disappeared for a moment. Uh, so Well, that was someone's chair Otherwise though Would you want to introduce do you want to introduce our next guest? Let me do instructions. I'm no good at them. You are So I have no idea who who because I can't see anyone anymore. So I don't actually know who's on my mind Let me give you a little clue. Right. Let me give you a little clue. It's this geezer here. All right Everyone pretend they've not seen him, right? Okay We'll get rid of him in post-pop. Don't worry So Carrie come on give us a give us
Okay, so the next guest He looks like He's a big ninja go ban. Oh, I don't know and he is famous for having Hoodies of green and red and maybe even a blue in there. I've not seen a blue one. No, we're talking that. I don't know Blue one the blue one's my favorite one. That's I don't know if we've got the fleece in the house with us today I think we might have I think I can't really quite tell but anyway Let's bring your mom is to for the first time in this Everything that Ian just described him as TJ hello TJ. Hi everyone Hi for the first time today definitely not the second time Yeah, it's dark blue. I've entered my my dark hoodie era. I dark green dark red dark blue
Now because the the other hoodie we're gonna do I don't have gray yet. I do it black, but I don't have gray Yeah, hi Doing good doing good working on dismantling stuff Yeah, I'm dismantling a bat will be able that I picked up at a bricks and many things not too long ago Let's have a look. Let's see if we can guess what the batma bear is Uh arrow I'll give you I'll give you a hint with the fake because most of it's just like this is what I have left So you I don't think Everyone in the chat come on someone in the chat must know here. I'll give you a hint with it has this figure in it Oh, that's someone that came out a couple of years ago the night night night night batma bill But it was just yeah, yeah, the small one. Yeah, say similar bill to the one that's in the shutter box. Yeah Yeah, yeah, that's that That's seven six two two fours the set number Yeah, I picked up it's a little it's gonna need a clean. It's gonna need
It's a it's a little bit dirty. Okay, and now it's open to that. What's going on with your hair? It's that's not dirty. It's just That what kind of cool that is now in America Not getting a haircut for two months. That's what they call it Maybe very much. No, but that that is not even my best pick up. Can you tie it back? Oh, it's not your best pick I like the way he changes the subject. Yeah, it's like carry on Your here is my best pick up. Oh Bravo One of the last ones that I wanted to get from Ninjago You should hold that in one hand and the flex tape in the other hand Good The first ever second hand set I ever bought was that set and to this day I'll still not be aware But it does look good. Yeah, yeah, it's great. I got it on a I got it on a good deal From my friend Brooks minifigs and then I saw it at a different Brooks minifigs for a slightly less good deal
Okay, so I I couldn't get to you couldn't Would you want to even I've got a counter offer and eBay. I'm just looking at my eBay and someone's giving me a counter offer I'm trying to buy the hourly because they buy it last year and now I'm getting a counter offer on something Oh, and also by the way, I was gonna work on a video this week where me and Martin live last week I bought two buses and then I was gonna put like you know a few moments Uh, and then show the show on deck that will be coming folks is a bit What can I say? It's well life is busy at the moment tj Tell it tell it's about the bricks and minifigs then that you got out there in America. How many of you got is it saturated in your area or something we There's going to be like I think there's like in North America total there's like several hundred now and wasn't that long ago that we had a hundred bricks and minifigs stores Now there I think I think there's over 300 now. Yeah, we've got
six in the Chicago area Uh, you if you want to like stretch the Chicago air and go to like The the border over in Indiana and the border up into Wisconsin. You could say eight But that's that's stretching it a little bit, but you could Okay, yeah, there's a lot A lot of options a lot of shopping opportunities. Okay. Is that is that good thing in your eyes? I think for the consumer, but not probably not necessarily so good for them it It doesn't give some variety there's Chicago's a big enough city. It does give a lot of variety We're uh for what we have for the consumer some some of the bricks minifigs do operate a little bit differently than others I don't know if there's necessarily like Enough for like competition per se Because each of the bams will price things differently according to what's on the market and yeah Give you different trade-in values while I found that out trading in some different things some will give you better values than others for your trade-ins and uh
Yeah, but it's is a nice to have like a nice variety of different stories Cheat this is switch coming from a Scottish person Do you face he's just in the border to the UK? I would probably I thought you like that. There won't referendums left right and sent over the time I said well the Scottish independence But no I always want the UK to stay the UK. I don't know what's gotten the breakaway It's good fun. Anyway, they said they they had three recently closed due to oversaturation near me Yeah, that's that's the only thing I'm worried about there's so many of them and Even in the UK these days like we get we get more of these Third-party shops opening up now. We've got retired sets Uh, we've got retired sets have actually opened to tap up one in Glasgow Um, oh, which bunny bricks was kind of like the The star the star person there as well, which is lovely to see and Do as we got we've got retired sets in Ausbury and We've got brick traders as well over in St Albans with M in her team and that which is brilliant
So that's really good Yeah, we could do with a couple more in the Midlands. Trevor used to be around the near Lincolnshire Uh, but yeah, that was um, I think so too. Well, maybe one in central London would be great But blind me they'd have to do some serious amounts of Traded there because the events are unbelievable there rent Yeah, but easy. It's a joke. That's why you know people struggle with that with it because of the rents and stuff like that and just generally the economy You know, I mean, but anyway, what can I say? Oh, we're not here to talk about economies at the moment But I wouldn't even do Lego If you I look at I looked at my America Express from last month my words. What was bricktastic? Whoo Anyway, it's all good fun. What can I say? Uh, anyway, um, otherwise You're as your week being okay then tj you've been out splashing some serious dollar Uh, that's the sets are only part of it I've been going back and getting old ninchaga figs a bit and uh, that's that's been more responsive on the sets
It's all the same Yeah, some of the some of the DX ninja those are those are up there and Two of the other variants. Yeah, but are you getting are you getting influenced by anyone but to buy those things because I've got to be honest I've been totally influenced by a Harry recently. He was on a couple of weeks ago um, and there was a couple of ones I got and then we of course we had Luke on a couple of weeks ago as well who's got the Toys RS Uh, limited edition ones Uh, he was like, oh yeah, I'm taking them to brick traders tomorrow, and I'm like, no, you're not. I'm gonna buy them off Yeah, uh, so it kind of got a better deal around really So I'll be picking those up in a couple of weeks when I'm coming Uh, to the black country uh, brick show, which is gonna be jolly excited now Just so everybody knows next week. We was thinking about next week being a bit of a build stream What being April the third and then gas would mind me, so no he can't do that. I was like, why is that gas? Because uh, we've got a poll coming on from the black country brick show
So uh, so that's gonna be jolly good exciting. So we're looking forward to that So we will be a build stream coming at some point uh boys and girls, uh, just not yet That's all I'm just trying to break things up a little bit Well, I say a little bit. I mean, maybe like three or four a year. That's all Uh, but yeah, all here KK saying Bonnie. Did you know it was waffle day this week? Okay, okay, he can't let waffles go. Kenny. He's got a bit of an addiction to waffles. I think Uh, he's not so much a waffler Uh, that's that's more him Uh, that's about to be Steph Well, yes, Steph does that she could talk. Can't she? I mean uh, say my name High legs of getting holes, uh, come to mine Uh, but yeah, it's uh, yeah, that was good fun. It's that way. Anyway, it's got a mining nice takeaway to mine Mine tell us about your streams that you did last week and uh, newsflash as well by the way folks. I've just purchased The Harry Potter gallery For a pretty reasonable price actually. You're welcome over to you mine
Yeah, um, well, yeah, we were building the um, brickley designer program sets Majority of them were from the last wave But there was a couple from the previous waves that a couple people built um luckily it was good timing on my behalf And oh for no for no reason of the dumb luck because they did the series 10 releases the day before so that's really good Um, so we had some at the talk about yeah, I had um Just a dealer my car. We had Steph and Steph be on We had the two pollers polar ricks and Helen's little gifts We had mav join us. We had Emily brickmaid in join us um Yeah, we told doing us um Yeah, it was just a lot of fun just to fit And I think it was six hours on saturday and five hours on sunday We just sat and built and Just chatted a lot to be honest. I mean, there was a lot of chat
Like could you actually get up and walk after you like finished your string because sometimes I get up Firstly, I've got a pill myself off the chair Uh, uh, like it's like being velcroed on you sit down for like five hours and it's like And then you're like, yeah, my hips are locked up. I can't move them Um, yeah, how was you? Was you okay? Yeah, um Definitely a little bit um A bit stiff like I got a few more cracks and what I got on the bricks so you know, yeah, so yeah But it was good. It was it was a lot of fun and Majority people got their stuff finished And it was great just have people stream for the first time. I mean Stefan's uh Stefan Phil hadn't streamed live streamed for six years That's uh Phil had together. They hand done it together. Oh, because yeah Yeah, they hand yeah, they haven't been on like a build stream or done a stream for like six years um I can't want to know that I was like, who's that geyser and uh, yeah, he's missing. I was like oh, yeah
I was so Stefan's not the snot and stuff Uh, this is quite giggle. She's quite giggle. She's fun. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah um Jules hadn't done a build stream before so it was his first build stream So that was nice to have Jules on as well Um, so Jules, you need he should do a build stream. Yeah, it was a lot of fun. Do a build stream I always thought he's gonna do his first one with me, but you beat me to it Can you sit on the street guys? Oh, I've only got one camera. I said my bad. Just hold it up. That's what you do Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean none of us had build cams a couple people had their angles Fire away so they could see the table they were building on there. Yeah A good portion of us just kept showing off what we were building as bits and pieces were coming together And did it? Did it? Did it have a detrimental effect on the speed in which he was building that as well Because you're normally like you come on a stream. Yeah. Oh look at me. Have everybody done it? And all this you know, larded are uh, and then uh, so when you hosted it was it did it Did it kind of slow your progress? It does slow you down, of course
Um, yeah, this slowed down a little bit, you know Because even though I was like I didn't pull up every comment. There was still a few comments She had to pull up and say hi and you know and react to and stuff. So yeah But it was it was just fun. Yeah, but there was no pressure. There was no speed it There was no like have to be finished by this time or anything You won't say cannot stay or like that Yeah, yeah, it's uh very chilled very chill very chill build and um, yeah We just had fun and it was great to see people in the chat as well Like people build along and as Alex out there building his art factory as well Um, yeah, and definitely I actually go down because I'm really excited to build my wise. I just I just do I know I'm trying not to build stuff at the moment like I am and I'm not if you know what I mean Uh BDP or stuff. I'm like I'm gagging to build but equally I'm on myself back for that What did what did people build and what was their general kind of feelings about what they built? Well, um, Stefan Phil built the art factory along with Jules and Nicole
Nicole was uh just finished hers in the week on her own stream But they all seem to really enjoy it and looks amazing the building looks fantastic when it's finished um some really nice um technique shoes in there They loved the basement where you've got the storage parts as well for the art that you don't want to put on display That was really cool A few of people said they're going to be slightly changing that though because they're going to integrate it into the city so it doesn't really um It doesn't work if you want to mills plate it unless you're going to raise the whole building up and give it like a stepped up entrance or something um But for the most part people love the art factory. What's the what's a stepped up entrance? Step up step up step up step up. Yes, I was like no now stepped up She's some sort of architect. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, Steph's got the her own entryway made up and uh And Phil's got his own most plates. It's called Phil's Mills Yeah, Phil's Mills. Yeah But they did say there was there is something with the elevator
That there is a slight thing. It's a bit dodge. Yeah, don't quite go to the top floor apparently So you need to put in an extra brick or a plate or something And there was um a couple of technique pins that they said they could have covered in the design um again something to do with the elevator on the top floor so But yes, it's a little bit of modification done. I'm just interested to know the people that got that set early I'm talking about the real early ones. I wonder if they've mentioned anything like that because Yeah, yeah, be interested to know I love to look back at some of the reviews But I do know the set itself. I mean, it's not like you kind of do it all the time Anyway, you know, using the elevator was like I do that set. I think it's got some nice stickers in it Yeah, yeah. Oh, uh, Steph's stickers got all scrunched up in the backs unfortunately Is she gonna do the old customer services? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, get some replacements sent out But yeah, but the stickers did look awesome. They were really nice. Um, there's a space man I think if I remember right there's a space one I think that was one of the ones which one thought it was creased was the four space then heads In like the the kind of warholic back to space crash or something
Yeah, yeah We're talking to space crashes and stuff like that. Has anyone seen how Mary yet? No, no, no, I've not seen it yet It's been good good reviews though, but I didn't want to see it, but yeah, my friend says really good I just want to say this. I want to see Harry Potter now. I can't believe we're getting it on Christmas. Hey Christmas day Harry Potter Fantastic That jolly exciting that really is hbo. We've got some good stuff as well. We've got all the DC stuff that I love All the Harry Potter stuff as well because that's that's why you can't get it on Netflix anymore or anything like that. So yeah, looking forward to it All right, well mine you've had a you've had a fantastically excitable week. You have Uh, did you finish on Sunday as well? Did you finish your set? Yeah, I literally had like one small tree left to to build And then I didn't want to overrun the bod so I was like I've got to go. Yeah, don't do everyone. One tree. It's fine Yeah, she starts sending you a abusive text messages. She doesn't mean 809 on a Sunday
Yes Daniel Streeball what She'll send the blood squad round to me and I'll be like Talking sad things and everyone by the way Anyway, I'm croydon you don't mess with You definitely don't know if you know what's good for you What was that? What was that old TV advert guess? Uh, if you know what's good for you. Oh, we're a bit Okay, do you remember that? It's me like it's me and bigs main they were walking like this and you said if you know what's good for you The we are bigs done done done. Okay, but that's someone always used to say okay. Do you remember that one guys? I mean don't The 80s are sorry about that. No, no, you didn't do that advert run. I wasn't born
Anyway, lovely to see you Martin. Thanks for being here mate. Take care. Oh, and that was nice to see him when it lovely leds and all that bloody whipper snapper All right, it's putting back up there. I was leaving. Oh, I forgot rated right. No, no, we'll leave you there We'll leave you there guys is in the middle is it precariously guys precarious it This feels better now it feels like it's like having McCoy and so do at the front there I should go here. I've got a spot on my left. I got Uhara and I'm sorry to my left Is that like uvavu in your run? You ravu. Yeah, that's true. That's a good point actually Um, I mean guys, it's taking me years to say like Hermione. So Hermione Hermione
Well, how good when when you meet Hagrid's big brother to because it's easier to say he calls her Hermie So, you know, you could just do that Hermie's actually quite easy. That's it. Yeah, it's like a Greek god Hermie. Yes, I agree Hermie's Oh Can't hate you in your unmute. Uh, it says something quite funny. They give smile Sounds a bit like a delivery company Yes, or maybe you get my get on your lip Uh, but yeah, yeah, actually it's got a little bit of Hagrid about him. Is it happens? Just saying Uh, it's like a young Hagrid. Yeah, I tell you what Guys, what did you think of Nick Frost as Hagrid? Yeah, I think he's quite good. I think he's good. It's that the show is as well. Because we just got because Mark had he does it unordable as well. I was like Who would you think it? No, he's good. Yeah, I thought he would be too. Yeah, I definitely think he's Hey, we got Mr. O Conrad there. Quick question for Jay. Uh, what do you think of the mad prices of Ninjago minifigures? Yeah, I'll shoot you now. It's it's wild. Yeah. Yeah, great. You asked me earlier if I was being influenced
Then you got distracted with your own trade of thoughts. But uh, the answer is I've been kind of influenced by all the things going around. But it's up. There are things that I've Wanted anyway. It's just I'm being influenced by them now before I go up anymore. I'll show you one. Yeah, show us. Show us. I'm going to go and get one. Not I got from the Boston brick company. Oh, here. I don't know. Okay. So I was this is the DX Ninja, but I've altered them slightly. I've given them This connects to just our money. So yeah, like it's the armor and masks for all of them. And they got all of original faces. I already had kind void, but I I won out and bought the other three. I will say it would Jay in particular. I saw him at a bricks minifigs. He was uh, he was a price. I'm not a real how much it was it was a lot. So I gathered up a bunch of stuff. I went home and I gathered up a bunch of stuff to trade in. Uh, sliced the price in half and it's still the most expensive thing.
The most expensive minifig that I've bought recently. Yeah. Yeah, but I've been I've been completing collection so that I can do things like this. Basically the suits with alternate masks and sometimes armor. And I've I've done that with a bunch of minifigs. Most of these guys already had thankfully, but uh, some of them some of them not so much. But what did I miss, Jay? You hold it up. I was just very expecting. I was showing these guys. Why are they so expensive? What's going on? Why are they so expensive? They're old and they're they're rare. Well, Lloyd especially is rare because he was only an Atari cube. But for some reason, these guys are just just shooting way up. I think it's because it's the 15th anniversary and all the hype is going on for all of these characters. Well, I say you want that. So Lloyd, so the original one, which I have somewhere else, I'm not going to try and get to him because he's in a mess. My my my my floor rating would be very very low. Oh, if we were scoring. Yeah, but I'm
responsible for scoring myself and I can get myself whatever score I'd like. Anyway, yeah. So Lloyd used to hover around like the two 300 range. Now he's a thousand, which is which is crazy. And then Jay's getting up there. Yeah, I was saying, well, you were disconnected Greg that I got this guy from a Brooks and many figs. It brought a bunch of stuff to trade in. Slice the price in half and it's still the most expensive figure purchased recently. Yeah, Lloyd was the only one exclusive to one set. Jay is pretty hard to find because he was only in two sets and one of them was limited edition. Kind call were both in three sets. And then Zane was in two sets, but they were both very, very cheap. A spinner and a $20 dragon. So wow. Yeah, I tell you what, I think Peter who listens to this podcast back on a Saturday. Shout out to you, Peter. He's just collected that special name,
Jagger. Also, I'm not sure if this is worldwide or if it's just in the US, but the character in Cyclepedia, the current one for Ninjago, that's out. Originally came out with future Nia, but for whatever reason, they've changed it. And they are including the 2012, 2013 Green Ninja ZX communal Lloyd, many figs. So if you are after an old Ninjago fig, this book is out there. That's really good to know, man. Sans says, I don't know if there was anything I could hold on to that was worth so much. That's why I recently, very recently sold all my Darth Revens to be honest because I was like, first of all, there might be another one coming out. And secondly, I was just like, I just look at, I don't even know, they're just in a bag. So what's the point? Anyway, one of the Ninjago's that I bought two years ago from the Boston Brick Company, which I came across the other day. I was like, oh, I haven't opened that bag from when I was in Chicago a couple of years ago.
Is this one? You're going to have to tell me who it is. TJ, because I think it's, I think it's striker. I think it's striker. Oh, that's, that's Pythor there. Oh, okay, is that, is that good? Yeah, that might be the original Pythor because I got to make, yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the original one from 2012, a looking up just to be safe. So man, does anything I'll go look at for in it? But yeah, yeah, I got he's because he said he was quite a special one or something on that basis. Yeah, that's definitely the original. Yeah, he's, he was only in one set in the ultrasonic crater, 9449 in 2012, the, the last Anacondri and leader, of course, leader of the serpentine until the great Vauer ate him, but then he's come back in future versions. And yeah, he's, yeah, looking at you, like, used his like 25 bucks here in the US, if you want new, however,
this was new. It's over 50 or $50. It's pretty good, though. It's pretty good, isn't it? But these are, I love these figures. Yeah, he's great. Okay, so look at these figures. Look, oh, nothing like that. I was awesome. Yeah, the, the end is rubbery, yeah. These are, I love them in Jago. I think in Jago, Harry Potter, I don't know what it is, it's something about Star Wars. I just get less and less interested in their, in their sets these days. But I mean, that's, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's just that I can't, you know, when you sort of like, is this something that's being like all Star Wars out? I don't know, Sam, you probably be able to tell me about that. But I'm just like, they're just kind of repeating stuff. And I'm like, well, you know, I mean, I've got the UCS X-wing. Why, why do I need all the play sets in that coming out from? Oh, yeah. Same thing. Yeah. He's not the most expensive
serpentine general, but he's, he is up there. I think the, let me get the most expensive one. Oh, he's got the most expensive one. This is what we want. Yeah, I've got, I've got all five, thankfully. I believe this one is the most expensive fangtime. Oh, fangtime. Yeah, the fang pirate truck. And I think part of the reason why he's most expensive is this headpiece back there. And the printing can rub off. You can see mine's already got some of the printing rubbing off, unfortunately. So I don't storm at a bag. I just haven't sitting on a shelf with the rest. Yeah, he is, um, fangtime. Yeah, he's pretty expensive. I said the magazine. She bought the, the comic recently that came out. The, the, the, the novel, forget the, the name of it now. This one. Strike to the serpentine. Yeah, that's it. Yes, really good. I'm just, yeah, this is a good read. This is great. Yeah, because it will happen to be on that. Yeah, it's got a bunch of the different serpent, all five of the serpentine trucks. It's basically the serpentine war is, uh, is what this book is about. And it's really good.
There's a couple of little like tie-ins with, um, the garment on the chatterspin comics as well. The, because those events are like a roundish, the same, or like the flashback events in the garment on comic are during the serpentine war. And then chatterspin takes place like during the slash before this book. So, yeah, really good read. Woo and, uh, uh, uh, Garmodon. Yeah, let me see. And then they do tease. There it. I want to spoil. I'm not to cover. They don't tease Garmodon. Garmodon, Garmodon will return. So we're going to get more Garmodon. We're going to get more of this. Yeah, it's how he's the top thing. I reckon city in Ninjago and my favorite Lego kind of owned brands, uh, and Harry Potter is far becoming, if not is, my favorite, uh, IP at the moment. And I'm, I'm just going to tell you about me. And I've been like, steady, steady getting into my Harry Potter as time's gone on
over the last year or two. Uh, yeah, Ninjago. It's really exciting. Are you really, have you been happy with the 15th anniversary stuff that they've been doing? Yeah. Yeah, it's been great so far. I'm looking forward to see what else they do. We've got the board came coming out in, and I think maybe end to July. I don't remember exactly. Uh, we got the X-Win Ninja charger. I'm not so happy with the price on that one, but it does look like a decent car. And, you know, we got some other stuff there. The news season, new episodes are coming out on April 2nd, Dragon's Horizon season four part one. This one looks really good. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't want to spoil anything for anybody, but if you've seen the little like trailers they've been putting out, there's going to be some really good stuff. Oh, phenomenal, phenomenal. Uh, Sam made me laugh. He's saying, uh, when he's Garberdon, not never returned. Yeah. Garberdon is basically Ninjago's answer to Palpatine, just say. Okay. Garberdon has not been in Dragon's Rising. Yeah. So, so
he hasn't been around since at least 22 in like the current present day before. Yeah. He's in the flashbacks and the comics sometimes. Yeah. I love the film. I still love the film. I really do. I know it's a kind of what if movie, but in the sense that it's not in the same kind of universe, but I do love it. The sets that came from it. It's a bit like the, uh, the Lego movie, like, you know, the sets that came from that were just unbelievable. Honestly, body, we worked it out a while ago. Every year is the year of actually something. Yeah. I guess it is. I guess it is. I'm the best IP as well as Chris. I expect you to say nothing most of them about Harry Potter. I'm about fixed, Greg. I remember you kept mentioning something about the Iron Patriot Fig. Yes. The Iron Patriot. It's a brilliant figure. Yeah. And then I was like, hang on a minute. I have that. Yeah. This is the one. This is the first figure I ever sold.
Terrible mistake. That was, uh, but yeah, that came with a bit off you. What? No, I didn't like this. I got from Carl bought me this just as like a little gif, like a little, oh, here, have something like poly bag. And it was like, yeah. And then I heard you're talking about, I'm thinking, I've had this for ages, like sitting in the cupboard and, yeah, I think they're quite expensive. But last time I looked, 50 quid. Yeah. Yeah. I think, yeah, used it's a bit lower, but I think if it's still sealed, it's closer to 100. Oh, yeah. That was bought from me years ago. Before I ever got back into Lego, someone just gave it to me. I don't know why. I think it's because I just like superheroes, um, which is really weird because, logically, that's where I should go, superheroes. I remember turning tech. I said, tech, do you know what? I might just turn into sort of a Marvel DC channel and stuff like that. Anyway, no, no, don't do that. Toby C. Bricks is doing all that sort of stuff. I was like, oh, you're good points. I might just saying else. And, uh, but yeah, I don't know, because see, I grew up reading comics. So for me, it was quite normal. But then the MCU has taken
a lot of that comic book stuff and going into a completely different direction anyway. So I think tech was probably right to be honest, but Harry Potter in, because Harry Potter's filmed in around London a lot and stuff like that. And, um, I don't know, it just, it just feels more right to me. It really does. Now, talk about things that make me feel all right. Yes. As your week be, what are you being up to, my friend? Uh, I've been completely lost with what day we're on first. Um, but I've done, uh, I've done some sorting. I did, uh, I was building around slightly on, um, Martin's stream as well, whilst watching, um, because I actually finished my, uh, thieves of tour tour, which I actually haven't done. Oh, great. So have you got it there, guys? Can you show us it? There is too big. Oh, yeah, I would need to get a board to put it on because you've got the two base plates and they are kind of hollows. You can kind of grip on inside, but they kind of,
now that in the bridge would go off and break. Yeah. Sam, you like me. They're not giving this much at all on DC. Though this year, I would like to get a daily planet. That's all I'm going to say to that. Uh, we'll have a look at what Marvel's, uh, new set coming out is all about focus. It isn't actually a modular. Uh, it's, um, hella carrier thingy, uh, which, well, that's, that's the pattern, isn't it? It's helicaria modular, helicaria modular, helicaria modular. That's kind of the, guys, to be fair to Legos, right? Right. It's not quite the same as a Luke's land speeder. Uh, it was kind of ten years since their last big one, but there was that funny little one that came out a little while ago. Uh, yeah. That's maybe one that came out last year. Yeah. It's like when they did that with a Falcon, they brought out a big US one, then they brought out a little one, then they brought out a big one, and they brought out a little one again. Yeah. And a smart, and a smart one, guys, don't forget the smile. Oh, yeah, the smart one. Yeah. The smart one. It's very smart. It's like the new friends. Like you, you kind of, you know, not everyone kind of
gets them or wants to or admit to having them or admit liking them or something like that. I don't know. Uh, yeah, you missed that. The 10 Spider-Man makes. That's true. Yeah, I did miss that. That's one. There is a one. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's been, uh, nothing. Yeah. It's been all right, weak wise. Um, got, um, just getting some stuff ready for the weekend as well. So tomorrow, I'll see you guys. Are you going to wait on the weekend? Uh, so, uh, and I go, it's, then it's a Lego show tomorrow, but I'm trying to not mention it too much because, why don't I take care of it? Why is that? Well, what, what, where's the show? I don't know, anything about this? What's going on? It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's Bournemouth, but we didn't get in because they've run out of tables. No, we, you could go, the cousin's going to go. No, guys, you're doing it on your own. That's going to be terrible. You might, you might have Ian's bricks there. I bet he's going to be there selling, selling some stuff, knowing him. Well, it's got the, it's got the Comic Con attached,
which isn't too bad, but my friends there with, um, the guy plays Davros and Dr. He say, you know, it's all good. Oh, hello, Alex. How you doing? Yeah, that one. Uh, oh, no, sorry, that's Davros, uh, no, Davros, that is. Davros, that's it. Um, not Davros, flatly, I know. So, Carrie, are you, are you going to go, though? Are you going to go there and support guys? Or are you just going to be like, I would love to, but yeah, I mean, we've got the kids to entertain. And it's just a lot of effort to drive all that way for obtaining the kids. I don't know if he was that far from you, Bournemouth. There's no proper road, really. You know, it's, that's the trouble. It's the whole thing. We get in Bournemouth. He's the old people, but everyone from London just seems to be people that work in the city of London. We tire either two places. It's either Salkham in Devon or Bournemouth. Uh, so, yeah, that's just sort of old people. I mean, probably wrong, folks.
What's the question? It was your time at the place. Oh, yeah. It was these four. Yeah, these four is basically Bournemouth, isn't it? I mean, definitely not. One's that way, one's that way. Yeah, you sure, Carrie, you sure? Yeah, it's one's all the way east. Yeah, the full width is like the middle of the country. Oh, is it? Okay. Isn't there like a really come to like stuff like football? Isn't there like a bit of a thing between Bournemouth and Southampton? Oh, sports, sports, sports, right? Okay, there you go. Up the North. Ports. From what I can't think of. I can't think of what, guys. I don't know, I can't think of the word. I can't think of the ports. No. What? Gaza says even worse. I don't really, I'm actually saying Bridgerton, it looked a bit mucky, so I was like, I don't know what's that. Oh, yes, it is. It's not every so. It's just buns and more buns. It really was. I was like, I'm trying to eat a great sausage roll here
and it was just like cheese. It's, yeah. Anyway, so with April, that sounds a bit same. Anyway, so, okay, well, I think I think then what we should do is, well, she's awake. Anyway, I think it's time for this week's sports on the floors. Okay, good. That's not queuing. Look around. Okay. Look around, Ian. Look disgusted. Andy disappointed. All around and give us your score. I'm going to go with, oh, he's going straight in. He's not thinking about it. Don't forget folks. I can talk and think at the same time. Look concerned, Ian. Look very concerned. Look like you're going to give someone a terrible
360 at work. I, unfortunately, don't have to do those. I probably protected the company more than you, Ian, to be fair. Yeah, that's true. Okay, Ian doesn't think he's the point about how they are at work. All right, Ian, what do you reckon? Last week was pitiful. I think that minus one minus one minus one minus one. Why is it minus one? I mean, that's almost positively. Yeah, so I'm a lot of the little bits have been picked up. No, sorry, what? All of the little bits. A lot of the little bits have been picked up. What a little bit for left. What's him out and then pick him up? No, that was hidden. You didn't see that. Why were you hitting me? One of these people who leads me puts things under the rug.
He moved something and I didn't see it. Mine is 67s of building site brand and come on. I just dropped that wrong mistake. Well, you dropped something. I went to go and get a pick it up. I picked up all the other bits. I dropped, but I didn't think of it. All right, so sorry. Let's just go back to the scores again. Last week, so last week's one minus six, so I'll be minus one. It's really good. I mean, that's almost still mine. This calls this celebration. That is still a minus. All right, fair enough, fair enough. So I want to know what sense to be in decomposed here. I think about the wrong word. We already disassembled right away. Tell what it is. That was a little Cornish Spider-Man set. Like this one. Oh, yeah, creator one. Yeah, creator three and one town. Something on the pet shop. I think it looks like a little cute. It was quite cute,
but we don't have any way for it. And it comes in two parts. So the part is this one. She's very agile today. This one. So this one, I can paint the wind village along the front, whereas that one was a bit too modern looking. So this one's got some good art. Oh, you're putting a bit of snow on it. No, no, but it's more like it's not, it was too modern. Yeah. This one's got decent architecture. I think it's a lot of block of flats. Or something came with one of them one year. Yeah, with a tram. It was a bit. Yeah, nice train. It was like, oh, the building is bloody horrible. It's got lava. I just read. I think they're just reading thing. They're more for stars. And that's that is a bit that I'm extending like the bit along the front that's just then. Okay, extending the facade. I like it. Martin, what are you actually taking apart? This assembly. I am disassembling.
Castle nocturnia. No. Yeah, because it used to live there next to this. But then since I've put this in and that moved across, there's no room for it. So this is it. Yeah, I know. Yeah. Well, I've got lots of massive sets to fill up the space. So this needs to go. You're going hammer and tongue with all these set buildings at the moment, aren't you? Yeah, I've got I've received some stuff today in the post. And yeah, so I've been I've been I've been partaking in some spring sales. So yeah, just by honestly did or not. Yeah, I can't just buy it. It's joy by joy. But yeah, joy, but I've used them this week. There'll be a video coming out about that on the weekend, folks. Was it good? Was it bad? Who knows? I think the big green on my face on the thumbnail will probably give it away. But yeah, okay. Oh, where were you at the moment? Are you just taking everything apart that you need to take apart? Okay, so I took apart the Batmobile and an anacondriac
crusher from 2015. Okay. There's seven one or seven zero seven four five. I haven't taken apart the Garberdon shark yet. But I've switched projects to try and to clean up the desk. Oh my god. Stay to that. Because it's it's a mess. Do you want an AN score on the desk? No. Yeah. Yeah. Look, it's just a disaster. It can't be worse than that. Surely. Oh, it was, it was much worse earlier in the week than cleaning. Have you eaten? Have the table right? They eat off it as well. This table was clear and that's what's important. Because this is where I actually built stuff. This is just where things accumulate and I work on projects. I see. Can we see your desk? Can we see your desk? Can we see your desk? Right. You've got really red carry. Oh, it's just the face I have. It's coming in. It's just my face.
The desk is pretty much completely covered. Is it? In food or Lego? And so, Ian's got rubbish and cans over there. Set with building. It's a day of love. Yeah. Every year's he's currently working on. He seems to be some sort of technique thing. I've got my tree. I'm a Lego room sign that I'm trying to find. Oh, I like that. Yeah, I've got it. I think Ian's sister bought it for him. But it's really tricky to work out. I like to put it because we don't have a Lego room. We have a Lego house. Like every single room, things to have Lego. Yeah. So, who knows where it will go? Just put it on the front door. Yeah, we're going to put it on the front door. Yeah, that's very cool. That is bravin. Well, you know, you want to watch the stones you throw in that green house mate.
Yeah. Okay, I think that is a very good cue to start looking at it after that one. Previewed everyone. Here we go. This is why the camera set just here goes. Actually, when I'm doing a build stream, I constantly bring them when I'm doing that. It was, or sit right really close to the table. Otherwise, two weeks to Lego. Anyway, let's have a look at this week's Lego. Now, busts come to mind. There we go. What do you think of all these things? These Lego busts started appearing with all of the sun. I like the Spider-Man bust. We've got the Iron Man Mark IV bust. Check out the surveys. Well, folks just asking everybody what their favourite bust is. We've only got four of them at the moment. Mind. Where will you want to start? You want to go Yoda or do you want to go Vader first? Well, let's just get the bad one out of the way. Let's get to Yoda. Let's have a look at Yoda. I think this one is Yoda. He's got the
silhouette of Yoda. Yoda bust. There we go. Have you got any videos? Oh my word. They've done a video for it. My word. There's something like this. Get some budget like that. There we go. It looks like he's going to flick his head off. Let's have a look at this. Here we go. Bump, bump, bump. Naughty dog. All right. He's putting the stand up. There he is. It looks weird. There you are. What do we think about this? Oh, I don't know. Guys, what are you reckon about this? I mean, he just looks... Oh, the eyes are quite cool, right? But the rest of it is a bit old. Is it a bit uncut? It looks away from the distance. You can kind of see what it is. It's just almost... He's almost too small. He needs more. Yeah, the eyes are a good point. They are really... I think it's because they've just used the parts above his eyes are too big. I don't know. Yeah, they're too deep-setting. He's just quite good at doggy, aren't they?
Yeah. Yeah. I don't know. Mike, give us your thoughts on it. I was looking to get through this in like two seconds. It's definitely not enough for me. I mean, I don't really get the buss anyway, but... Yeah, it's just... Yeah, I don't know. The look in his face is wrong. If the gaze face right, it'd be fine. But because that's the most important thing, you're going to be looking at mostly. And yeah, it's just that part there. It's just wrong. It's... I don't know. It's almost like his eyes are inside a helmet. I don't know. It's just... It's too big. They're too insolent. Yeah, I don't know. It's just... I didn't like it when I first saw it. I don't particularly like it now that I've seen more a video of it. It's just... Yeah. Yeah, it's just the face. I mean, look at the figure and it's amazing. And then you look at it and you go, whoa! I think the arms are quite good. I think the arms look good. Yeah, the sculpting on the arms fight. And the actual, like, the little ears and
stuff is fine. It's just... It's just that bit of the face. The front of the face needs fixing. Yeah, it's almost like they've gone... Do you know why? If I get... Like two semi-circles, they'll be the eyebrows. We get a semi-circle. That'll be the mouth. We can have a semi-circle. That'll be the bottom of the mouth. That's Yoda. I guess maybe on paper it might look all right, but I don't know. Yeah. Guys, of course, the pieces they used on... Is it headwagon? They had like the shield piece, but they just had the eye printed on that. Yeah. If they'd had something that size for the eyes, it probably balanced the face out of it, but it's really peculiar, the way it's been done is a surprise, because they don't usually miss something on that obvious with these. It's almost like it just needs a bit more detail for it. Yeah, this one doesn't float my bow at all. This is not going to sell at all well, I don't think. Even though it does do it like Yoda, I almost has one of the sell... How is Lego always going to be kind of going for the
original trilogy of movies as well? There's more to Star Wars than the first sort of official three films that came out. I don't know. I don't know. It almost feels like sometimes they're sort of flogging a dead horse in that respect to me. Any thoughts on Yoda? Do you have the people you already even care about Yoda? I'm doubt sure there are. I'm sure people care about Yoda. I think Yoda looks okay. It's living creatures that it's just that it's so tough to capture in Lego, and I think that's part of the issue for people. I think one of the two curved tiles are kind of slanted down. It makes it look a little bit better, but yeah, that pose right there, that's a little better for Yoda, but what's on the box where they're just perfectly straight, doesn't look that's good. Yeah, it's okay. It's 75 pounds, which is probably going to be about
$50. $40 over here. Oh, $40, that's not bad. $109 pieces. Get the minifig. Let me get the minifig. I mean, that is one great, that is a big, big positive that Lego has started doing that. Yeah, I think the last time a prequel Yoda was available was the Yoda Starfighter. Yeah, I think that set had to have retired at least a year ago, but yeah, always nice to have a Yoda on shelves. It's a perfect barrier to terror, but yeah, everybody's coming in. That's true, that's true. Yeah, I don't know. Any thoughts on Yoda? I mean, it just doesn't look right, does he? I mean, he doesn't, that's the thing. I don't know Star Wars, but I know that's wrong. Yeah. And I think the problem you've got here is they've included the minifig. So even if you don't know what it meant to look like, they've gone, this is what it meant to look like, and they've not done that.
I don't know, you should at that point, the comparison and the other side. It's so true, it looks like he's had liquefins, right? It's not right. Yeah, scary. This is scary. Someone said about like, it looks like I can't remember which film it is, but like a robot where the face has been like melted off, so you're seeing the eyeballs moving independently kind of thing, and it's just, yeah. Yeah, that's how many people. I just don't think this is going to go down particularly well. In the survey, though, let's see how he's throwing in the survey. Yeah, he's the least liked one. Third least favourite is Iron Spider-Man, then Iron Man on 16% and then Darth Vader. So with that in mind, let's have a look at Darth Vader things, because I've already had enough of Yoda to be honest. The best thing about this is, well, probably the minifigure to be honest, but I mean, he's Josh Yoda. I mean, yeah,
it's a cool one. I think it's safe. Lighthead is huge, I mean, it looks like, but yeah, it's like a bazooka for him, the size of it. But he's good. I'm glad they're doing the minifigures as well. You know, there will be the people with the collective mindset whereby they will want to purchase all of them, even the bad ones, and that's probably why they've done this one, because they're probably thinking to themselves, you know what, we'll do one really, really exceptionally good one, and we'll do one that's not quite so good. But the good one, the best one, I think out of the four, actually, and the survey very much reflects that with 66% interest to the 66% of people saying that they prefer that. But do you check out the survey, folks, just asking you what your favourite of the busts currently are? Oh, here we go. We've got a video for this one as well. Let's have a look at this. See that looks good. There we go.
What do we think of this then so far? That looks good. This one I might get, because I like Darth Vader, and he's the best character. It looks really good from different angles of courtyard. I don't believe there's any stickers in these sets at all. So yeah, I was starting with you, mine. Is this an upgrade over Yoda? Oh yeah, definitely. But then again, he's basically a robot in these sets. You got all those smooth surfaces to work with, which obviously works great with Lego, that's why Iron Man works and stuff. So yeah, so you ain't got to worry about the organic parts, shall we? Yeah, so yeah. Yeah, so obviously, yeah, and I think when they did the old big bust, Vader was one of the popular ones as well. So yeah, I think this is definitely an improvement, still not going to get it, so don't need the bust. And I've got so many Vader figs. I don't know
what to do with them. But no, I do like it, and I like the fact that I've kept the red inside as well, kind of like the red and the black, the sifts, colours and stuff, that's kind of cool. That's good. I might just buy this one. It's quite good, but I don't want to make it blowing wind on the cape for, it's a bit weird. But yeah, the, I might just buy this one. This would look good with a Boba Fett or something like that, I think. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean, the shaping is all right for the scale, I suppose. But it's not a gas set, but if someone else likes it, that's good. Well, I mean, it's quite, it's quite a niche set, really, isn't it? Yeah, 100% is. Like, I don't think there's anyone on this panel that I'll buy it. I
will probably buy it because it's just Vader and it looks nice, but then equally, I'm sort of thinking it's not in my lane and soul, but I would like it. But he started buying the helmet, so if it's Sarah on now, so. Yeah, but that's the only one I wouldn't get. I mean, technically, my third Lord of the Rings set, but I don't think I'll even buy, I don't know if I'll buy any other Lord of the Rings set. So I'm not going to get borrowed off. I'm not going to get the, oh, what's it called? The Shire? The Shire. Oh, the Shire. There's nothing wrong with them. I really like them. It's just not something I kind of really want, whereas something like Rivendale is essentially one of the best sets of all time. So it's a beautiful set. So I kind of want to, and I got it, I got it pretty well priced as well, to be honest. So for me, that was a really unique opportunity. And I grab it with both hands, literally. So yeah, this is, but I like Vader. That's the thing. It's got this I would buy for the building
techniques and just to see how they got the shape in and stuff like that. But I'm with you guys. I'm not going to, it's not a day one for me. I'm interested in how many, how do you look out there? Let me know which one is your favorite? Check the survey. But let me know if you actually would buy it. Is it a day one for you? Or is it something you might get, I don't know if it's in a sale price or something like that? Because price-wise, again, this one comes in at the same 44. Or no, it's a bit more expensive. It's just $10 or 10 pounds more expensive. But I think they do that because they know Vader's going to sell. Like they could see which one's the better one. Yeah, my dude is looking at Yoda who's going to look better, so they priced it lower. Yeah. This thing working, we'll still put it out. Yeah, okay, take it off it, yeah. Green sheep, apparently.
Green sheep. Sarron did with me over. But that's Sarron, it's a really good figure because I've got Sarron for the figure more than anything mine, so that's what I do before. It's an amazing figure. And that figure is 60 quid anyway, so you might as well buy that and get all the grey Lego as well with it. It's really weird, I saw two people that I saw, both from land, by the way, that decided they were going to get a pen marker and color it in. Yeah, it's really weird. Like I just was weird. It was just happens to be people in land that did that. Yeah, they were like, oh, this isn't shiny enough, and I'm like, oh, god, that's it. It did look hideous, but they kind of wanted to make it look hideous as well. Well, yeah, when you get Lego for free all the time, well, there is that, there is always that bit of mindset as well. Anyway, whichever way you look at your focus, you can't help but be in a slightly different mindset when you do get given it. Not that I'm saying it's a negative,
I'm just sort of saying you are in a different mindset. Now, Carrie, I've got to be honest, this year more than any other year, I've noticed that we're looking at sex that you guys are never going to buy. This is one of those sex, but do you get the feeling as well that there are just more sets around now that you're not going to buy? I think we're just, we are trying and personally to not buy as much. We still have enough to build here already, and there's only so much space, but we never really pay attention to the Star Wars ones, and I'm not sure how many there are of them. We just go, oh, some stuff we don't have to buy here and sort of bluff over it. Do you think you're getting a bit saturated though in your collection? You've seen a lot of the same stuff coming out, so you tend to buy less. The longer you're into Lego, the more likely you are to be on that cycle, especially if you're a Star Wars fan, they do just rinse and repeat because
they're aiming at the young audience for the smaller sets, and so they are just making the same stuff. The same as friends, like you'll see a set, and you'll be like, oh, I like this one, if you wait another four years, you'll get the same kind of thing, and maybe start to get better. That happened last week with City as well, Clujan about the firehouse, and you were like, well, I've already got a firehouse in my city, so I don't need another firehouse. I bought loads of firehouse sets over the years, because one day I was thinking, one day I'll have a really big firehouse, and I'll use all these parts and everything, but I don't think, I'm sort of like, I think I'm done with the firehouses. There's that new fire truck that's out at the moment, which I really like. I like the style of vehicle that it is. That longer one for the Apple. Yeah, it looks like an airport one. I think it is an airport one, but I don't know why. I think as it goes back to the like in space 1999, it kind of looks like those sort of space vehicles. Yeah, they're kind of quite
flat and stuff. There's just something about them that I really like. Bonnie is saying, unless it's Disney, once in a blue room, something is decent. Yeah, but Disney go back a couple of years ago, just like friends, both those themes went through a real rich vein of form. That said, I was in the Lego stock a couple of weeks ago, and I saw some really really nice friends sets, like the houses and that. It looks really good. They're like sort of miniature birch books, sort of houses, and I've got that set to build as well. But yeah, I'm just kind of... Do you know what, Al's breeze on the way to Birmingham as well? I can just like, he goes ten miles off and just popping into retired sets or maybe even brick traders and just set off a bundle more sets in all honesty. So this is what I'm, see what you're doing. It's not meaning I'm not, I'm definitely not getting out of Lego quite the opposite of anything, but it'll be, it'll be more in Birmingham
to pick up. Exactly, I'll just go home and buy some more. So there we go. Yeah, and what can I say, I've already got my stuff in Birmingham to get as well. So I've got some pre-orders on the go. We've Lego Expanding Portfolio and spread across so many IPs, Lego Team B, to attract new people to the hobby we choose purchasing is inevitable. Yeah, and I've just kind of hit that this year, it feels like. Plus I'm literally selling off hundreds of sets and it's barely denting the back log, which is kind of scary, but I mean, it was brick-tastic and did I have a little spend on that or not, but I think everybody did as well. Whichever way you look at it, that is an expensive time. What was it, a hold of 66s out there? Hold of 66s. Sorry guys, that's me going. I do apologise. Says, as a Star Wars collector, I pretty much stop buying new and switch to three ones and speed champs for good parts and mock with. Speed champions, I just go from strengths to strengths, they really do. The funny thing with speed champions, I've gone on a slightly different route with
them. I don't think you can see them, but there you go. Yeah, I've got down here the F1, Lego City cars. I just didn't want to, I'll get still the odd F1 speed champion sets, and I love speed champion sets. It's one of my favourite scenes, it really is, loads of them. But those, I just fancy getting the sort of smaller cheaper ones. I don't know why, just fancy doing it, kind of going in the groove of that. So I think I've just about got all those sets now. But yeah, I like them. They're just a bit different, a little bit out the norm. TJ, TJ. Now, I'm pretty sure that this is going to be one that you're not interested in any at all. If anything, I'm more interested in the boom box behind it. But for you, would you like to see like, I don't know, something like maybe an injago bust collection or something like that? Yeah, that'd be nice. Nice to get some in the jargobuzz. Lloyd would probably be the one that
they'd go for. Lloyd or Kai. Those are the two most popular. Yeah. Yeah, those would be nice. You could do the main four, or five, or six, I suppose you could brew as well. That'd be quite cool. But it's just, I mean, yeah, I'm using that, that's the hall fit. Yeah, but if they do it with like the mat, like I'm thinking like the CX outfits specifically, if they do it with that and then maybe have like the eyes behind it, it might look, probably wouldn't look too bad. Yeah, I'd say so. Yeah, although I'd want some injago briquettes first. For them to actually make more, we never had a briquette of any of the four original in Angel. We've had, we would Lloyd for the movie. And we had the free pack with golden injaloid, season four Samurai X, Nia, and first born the dragon. I got the golden dragon. And that's it. And I think, I think this would have been a good year to do a briquettes pack of the original form, maybe get the ZX suits. Since we've got those as like CX outfits, but like I was opted not to.
I'm just I'm just wondering if gas is going to be getting a teenage movie in Injato as well. What about you, mine? You've actually even sent me a picture of some briquettes this week to show off during the brick picks section. Would you buy it in Injago once? Are you a briquettes fan? I didn't think you was that. Well, yeah, because, well, I think you have some of my funka pop collection. Yeah, they are, they are Legos answer two funka pops aren't they? Yeah, I do, I do try and limit it. Let's try and limit it. To Star Wars Harry Potter, which is not small. And, that's all. I've got some Disney ones. So those are the ones I tried to limit it to. Yeah. But yeah, so I've I've got a few. And again, like I said, they're always good for just little get you over the kind of threshold. Oh, I have Lord of the Rings ones as well.
I have those ones. Yeah, so yeah, I tend to put them as add-ons when I'm buying from Legos to get me to a threshold or something and or when there's like double points on or something. I think because they're exclusive, you might as well grab them and there's a special offer on them or something. Yeah, so I've got I I do like them and I do build them and most of them are still built because they are small and they're really chill builds. I built them on Monday, actually, that's what I build on my stream Monday. After having a big build, they're very simple chilled builds, which is a nice step away from doing a big complex build. But you just want to break it up. You do a big big set, like you did on the weekend. I craved in a small little city set to do or something like that, you know, like a £12 set or something like that. Yes, yeah, yeah. Yeah, brickheads, yeah, brickheads are good for that. And then yeah, and they're highly collectible. If you don't have a great deal of space,
they are obviously collectible. They're all numbered as well. So you can work your way through it. I think brick clickers got the best collection of those that I know. Yeah, I clicked in a month about 50. And then at the end of that, I was like, this is there's no way this is ever going to end. Guys, we'll talk about brickheads. Are you were you buy the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle brickheads? No, no, no. I'm glad that they're doing them. And it's great that there's more for people to do click them. But I've got many figures. It's like, you need them. It's a funny scale. And I don't mean you need stuff that I'm, no, it's not for me. But I won't ever take it away from anybody who does like them because I know that some people it's that sort of niche that Funko Pop has as well. It's just nothing but something that I'm interested in at all. Yeah. And that's fair game. That's fair game. I'm just sort of thinking that they are,
they are quite niche. But I buy, I collect brickheads, but I only, I don't buy them all. I just buy literally I buy the ones that I like. That's it. They have been a little while since I built anything actually. I think the last ones I bought were the Harry Potter ones from last year that were retiring. The critich ones, I think it was. And the nice thing with those guys is I might never know this being a character of them is that you do get some really nice little prints with them as well. Full prints, no stickers. Yeah, which is always. Bonnie's got all the Disney castles. That's a pretty cool game. Bonnie, have you got that one? The, what's it called? The architecture one that's kind of is it is built is in Germany. And all the Disney castles were kind of the niche. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I should have. I should have. Out. No, shfamstein. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I know that one. I'm leaving. Go on.
Anyway, we're carrying in. We'll never get a veida. I'm sort of on the face. No one sort of jumping in the bit to sort of get it. So I don't know. That's the veida, I suppose. Anyway, let's have a look at the switch to Marvel, shall we? What about something like, oh, I don't know, a heli carrier or something like that. I put a heli car in there. We didn't even find it. There we go. Let's go. Heli carrier, shall we? Definitely on there, right? Because I know sometimes they have revealed it, but then they'll wait for a couple of days. You're perfectly right, guys. It doesn't always. Sometimes you've got you'll find them in on another, like Australia or something like that. They do, as well. Which is old. And you're completely right. Anyway, let's see if we've got a video. I mean, I've got a video for this one, yeah. I don't know. I think that really good release video as well. Fun. Yeah, they've not uploaded it yet. Sometimes Lico, the worst place to look sometimes for new
Lego stuff is on Lego, which is like super annoying. Of course, it winds Jane right up. It does. Anyway, let's have a quick look at it. Oh, it's good traffic for Jay's website, because he's always got all the info and it's like, five Jay's brick block it is. It's like, yeah, yeah. And most of it, 99% of the time, I'll go straight to Jay's brick block. I do. Sometimes I just fire up a browser. When I'm in the office or work or whatever, I'll fire up a browser. And sometimes without even thinking, I'll go to Jay's brick block. It's like, it's a bit like sometimes I walk into the kitchen and I open the fridge door on auto mode. I'd be like, well, what did I open this door for? Did I make this? I mean, so uses just opening it up and, I don't know, getting old with a handful of maltese or something like that. In the fridge? Oh, no, not chocolate in the fridge. Oh, guys, yeah, maltese is in the fridge. You've got to do maltese is in the fridge. Chocolate. All right, let's ask the panel then. Let's ask the panel at mine. In the fridge, you're
out of the fridge as for malteseers. We tend to put a lot of our chocolate in the fridge. Yes. Good man. He's in there. Look at guys. It's disgusting. Yeah. Chocolate in the fridge or out of the fridge. I would say generally just eat it. Yeah. Exactly. To even taste chocolate YouTube, you actually remember what it actually even tastes like. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, there's a bar of Cadbury's bar. What was the bugles like? And what have you got right now, you two? What are you eating right now? What are you eating right now? What are you eating? How are we weird? Yeah. I like it. Yeah. I don't know, man. It's bizarre. Anyway, what I could say with this, we've got a whole client. So let's have a look around. We've got some good figures as well.
I do like Coulson. People think I used to look like him. You don't know that. Yeah. He was quite a cool character, actually. He was quite cool. Oh, that's a nice sticker. See, look at that sticker. Look how white the sticker is in how off-white the tire is. What the hell is that all about? I mean, that's supposed to be the bridge. And they're not doing nano figures. They're not doing nano figures. Now, the studs represent the people. I don't like that. I don't like that for a start. Look, don't give me wrong way. That's not a kid. That's a sticker. That is a sticker on that table because he's not even straight. See the eagle. Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, what I'm going to say, Lego, if you need to learn a little bit about the stickers, I'm your man. Well, honestly, though, nano figures. I'm sure the original one came in nano figures.
Yes. I don't want to be at nano figures that were printed as well. Yeah. And I like collecting nano figures. I really do. That would have been more appealing. I don't think this is really for me, to be honest. In some respects, it should be, but I don't know. I don't know. I mean, I never thought I'd get moving down right now, but I did. Didn't know it. Yes, sure. Yes, sure, dude. I shot a big, guys. Lion and sinker. But anyway, I'm wondering what the dogs think. Kid, there's a dog in that cage or so. Look it up, guy. What the hell is this guy over me? Well, this is a dog in the cage. What's the thing with this? Especially next to a radio as well. Literally cool. Get hot dog. Anyway, guys, talking to hot dogs. Guys, what's your thoughts on the, on the Helicarrier then, the latest Marvel Lego set? So even though it's a new Helicarrier, and as I've may have alluded to,
we seem to have had a lot. I do think this is probably the best version that I've in my opinion. I think he's on there as well. Yeah, and I quite like the fact that there is that sort of range that they're doing outside of, not Lego, because this is like outside of Star Wars. It's kind of like UCS-ish. So you've got this and you've got the enterprise that they've done, and they, but they are including figures as well. So I quite like the way that they are doing that more, just to get like the bigger vessels, ships, and so I think that's quite nice. And I just quite like the fact that it's quite wishable, or swishable, because like, when they're designing, we're sharing in the video, it's like, oh, he cows, they're really fun. And the figs are great. I think the figs are really good. I like it. As much as I love them. Is it the first Maria Hill we've had? Is it the first Maria Hill? No, there is an older Maria Hill in the older one. She's in a, she's in like a darker blue outfit. I like the winter soldier. Yes.
Is he the winter soldier in this? Is the winter soldier in this one, yeah? Yeah, and that doesn't look really good. Like the figures 10 out of 10 Lego as far as I'm concerned. They look really good. And George Maldives for America, I think, is George Maldives legs? Yeah, yeah, he's in his stealth suit as well. And he's got a print on the legs as well. Oh, that's quite cool. Okay, that's good. Yeah, Hulk High looks really good. Yeah, guys, that, uh, that final arrow looks excellent. Yeah, did they have that in, in the CMF one that they got out for him as well? Oh, good shot, I can't remember. Can I have some weird stuff? No good figures as well. I tell you what, right? Anyone out there that's into the, like, uh, making up these other characters. You could make that new version of Snape quite, quite nicely using that outfit. I like that. Yeah, that's very, very cool. You know, there's the, the, the YouTube channels.
Yeah, Harry, Harry's one of them, CPA file. They, they just create other mini figures, other sets and stuff like that. Which by the way, I've been wanting to do one for about three months since the Enterprise came out. And here in the room, as I heard this week, I've got, I've got to, I've got to hurry up. The, the OG, uh, heavy carrier is still on sale in Lego Lane, Windsor. Is it really, really? Yeah, that's the only place I've ever seen it. Actually, uh, when surprised me actually, I could have shot this out a bit out there. Yeah, no, you're totally right there. Um, but I think, I think this is the better one out of the two. And yeah, yeah, I kind of like it, but who's, like, who's it for? Like, I mean, for example, Andy, for example, Polar Brits, he's one of the most fanatical Marvel fans that I know. And he's like, now I'm not going to collect it. So, yeah, it's kind of like who's it for? Um, I, I'm a maybe on this, to be honest, having seen the figures, I might actually quite like those.
Um, I mean, Carrie and Ian, they're not going to buy this. This isn't anything. Um, it's easy. Well, actually, we're doing the airshow though. That's a big stream for the airshow. Something different in there. Expand it. Carrie. Yeah, we take up twice as much room with that in. And we locate some of the ones that are in the show on to it. You do the force perspective, you know, have it in the background a bit. It's just a being gray and boring looking. And it's not even Star Wars. There we go. It's probably gets a nice technique. You look at the instructions when it's out. Yeah, yeah, yeah, guys, they're going to be a soon good build techniques in there. Those, um, turbines look quite cool. Yeah, the way they're setting. Um, what are you working? I mean, this face it, this is basically, uh, what they call those, uh, ships with the aircraft.
Yeah, craft carriers, I suppose they call them, uh, career craft. Um, but yeah, it's essentially an aircraft carrier in space. The issue is, of course, if one of the turbines go, uh, on it, it's, uh, it's going to be a, a wobbly ride, uh, so we weigh in the MCU. They didn't last particularly long. Uh, what are you reckon, TJ? I mean, this is like, uh, Marvel's answer to the destiny's bounty, isn't it? Yeah, kind of. Yeah, it's, it's a nice model and, um, but I, I don't think as many people would be considering if it, considering it, if it wasn't for all the fix, all the exclusive, very nice things with that are exclusive versions or, you know, very rare versions, like all the other appeared in one other place in that particular design. Yeah, yeah, that's, like you'll notice that. They're using to draw people in. And once again, using that kind of like early MCU nostalgia that people have at placing those, the early MCU, exceptional fix.
Yeah, yeah. I'm placing those exceptional fix in this set, and that they locked behind, was it $400, $400 paywall? And then, uh, there you go. And people will get it for those fix. Well, I think it's $430 pounds. I mean, to be honest, this is really well priced. It's a good price, yeah, it's a, it's a decently I mean, as with anything like it could be cheaper. But yeah, it does look like a really good model. It looks really nice and the figs are exceptional. I'm glad they, they did a really great job with the figs. Yeah, it holds no interest for me, but yeah, it's, it's cool that it's out there. There's a lot of stickers in this, that's for sure. I will say, I do like the fact that even though they are like studs, that they do have that whole bit that slides off the middle, you expose the inside, they have tried to put some kind of scenes in there, something in there, rather than like the Veneto, which is a great big model, that is hollow. You know, so you know, at least they've attempted,
they've learned from that and gone, okay, we need to put something in here, because people want some inside their build. So I really want to buy that Veneto, but I know they'll, if they do a place it, it'll be so, it'll be much more with what I've got as well. We're having the, I've got the Star Destroyer, I've got the Smoke Star Destroyer as well. Yeah, the first order one, yeah, that's it. And I've also got the, it was more of a sort of a cruiser, the one from the Mandalorian, yeah, Imperial, like cruisers, that's the one. Yeah, I've got that. Oh, I'm sort of tempted to sell it, but then it kind of goes with them, and you know, you get some pretty decent characters in it. Like, I'm off Gideon, I think he's name. I want to watch all the Mandalorian series until the new film coming out, but, I mean, the new film, I'm fairly excited for, but if anything, I'm actually more excited for the Ryan Gosling one that's coming out. Oh, you know, Starfighter, yeah. Starfighter, because it's just something new.
You know what I mean? I agree, there is a lot of Vincent and repeating. I think that comes from, though, Pete, is that, if you've been in this game for a while, you're kind of seeing the same old scene coming along. I do think this is a really good, a helicopter career, though. And if you haven't got the original one, and you kind of wanted it, I think this is a really good one to go for. Shame about the nano figures, but that's no big deal. They're actually main mini figures. Actually, it's really, really good. Hawkeye looks absolutely brilliant, and the, the winter soldier, oh, that just looks great. If I don't buy this set, I'm going to want that mini figure. That's for sure. Do we think this might have a GWP? Yeah, I mean, who knows, Steve? Oh, I hope not. That's the thing that can always get us. But then, saying that, Lego Team B, myself, guys, especially, we bought the GWPs, didn't we? When we was at British testing here on the ship. Oh, I'm getting another one tomorrow as well.
Guys, what one are you thinking of buying tomorrow? Oh, boy. So, I'm getting the stranger things ones tomorrow, one tomorrow. Because I know somebody who's selling this, is like, oh, do you want that? I'm like, yeah, okay, I'm just pleased. Oh, guys, that's really good. No, I got it. There's, I think there's a sticker in it that makes it kind of unusual. But again, I get zero interest in buying the Krill House in all honesty. And personally, this might be an unpopular opinion. I think it's an overrated set. I really do. Like, I really do think it's overrated. So, but that's just my personal opinion, that's all. It's still a nice-looking set. But I just think when it comes to the point of where it all kind of separates out, it's like it almost disappears from what it does. But never will we ever probably see cues like we did. Or on January the 1st, like we did this year. Because we thought that's what the Pokemon was going to be about.
You know what I'm saying, we're going to do like that. I literally thought every new release, it was going to be like that. And what I will say is, what I like about these Pokemon sets that are coming out, they're quite fresh. You know, and I know Mega Blocks have done them, but we're talking Lego here. They're fresh for Lego. And if the rumors are right in what we're going to get from them in the future, maybe molded figures and stuff like that. I might have to jump on bold at that point, because that is definitely something I'd be interested in, that's for sure. Do you reckon the key thing, though, or the lack of keys for Pokemon, was because they did the pre-order, whereas I don't think they did for the Creole House, did they? I think you did right. I think I did in the Creole House, it was a combination of no pre-orders. So I agree with you there, TJ. But also, they literally dropped it at the right time. Lego brought it out at the very right moment, the strange things he was coming to an end as well. Peter's out there, says, I drove up to Glasgow today,
and back in the same day, this was just how I'd say it. What did you think of it, Peter? Did you like it? I mean, the stall looks really big. And if anyone wants to know anything about retired sets, and the coverage that they got recently from opening up a new store, I think it was like three weeks ago, or something like that, do check out Bonnie Bricks' YouTube channel, check her out over on Instagram as well. You'll find that she did a really, really good job on covering its kind of opening first couple of days there. So do check her out. And also, as well, talk with Bonnie Bricks and check her out, please do check out everybody who is on the panel tonight as well. Nicole, a.k. lady, but Bricks, she was due to be on, and she was in the green room as well, just before we started. However, she came over not feeling too well, so she decided to sort of duck out. But anyway, Nicole, lady, but Bricks, get well soon. Right, I don't know.
What do you think about this? She's really important. TJ, could we, is there any set that we could get that's anything like this, sort of scale that we could get for Ninjago, or anything like that? My name was just alluding to the Venita, which I think would be really good, because those Venitas have got mid sections, and they're, they're really a great little design, where you get like, there's just places for ships to dock, smaller ships to dock, like the gunships. When it comes to Ninjago, they've got anything like this sort of scale that they could do that's absolutely like, I don't know, floaty. Trying to, there's, there's nothing like that absolutely massive in terms of vehicles. I mean, there's some big vehicles, like a Destiny's Bounty, like a smaller, because the Destiny's Bounties, or the set versions are always a bit undersized, compared to what's in the show. I think misfortunes keep the big giant flying pirate ship from season six. That was a pretty big ship in the show. But yeah, not too much beyond that. I mean, there was, there's other stuff like locations,
maybe like some flying locations like Jinjago, that was recreated also in season six, massive floating city. But yeah, not too many like, or like the Cloud Kingdoms, another one that comes to mind, another floating city. But yeah, as far as massive vehicles go, we don't really get a whole lot of those. And then Jago, no, no, there isn't, is there? But yeah, no, just thought, yeah, just a bit of a thought. I say, mate, always likes to tap into your Ninjago knowledge. You'll really do. I don't think we've got really too many more new sets to look at this week. I mean, Tredo, I mean, Tredo, let's have a look. What have we got coming up? Coming soon, let's have a quick look at that to see if there's anything we've not covered yet. This one is an interesting one. Oh, where are we? We've got X1 Ninjago Charger coming soon. What's all this about? Now, see, it's your own. I think it would be really nice to look at this.
This actually looks quite, I mean, this looks like an F1 car. Just a little bit more of a body built out. So check out the tyres, everybody. These are really good. TJ, have you seen this? Yes, yes, I have. Yeah, this is our, this is our last 15th anniversary set that we're getting. This is the final one. And it has the final anniversary fig, dusk, the master of shadow from the Serpentine War. Also has tizy x-minifig and a legacy general crypto, which is interesting choice. We never got a legacy crypto back when the original legacy waves were going on. So it is a nice completion, a completion to the collection. Yeah, and then we've got this big X1 Ninjago Charger. I think the big thing with this is besides the bike popping out feature that the X1 had in the original and then the legacy version had. It doesn't quite resemble the X1 Ninjago Charger.
Yeah, it's not quite the same car in terms of how it looks. I mean, there's nothing wrong with that, I suppose. I like the design of the car. I think it looks really good. But it's not necessarily the X1. Unless they bring it back in the show and they call it the X1 again, then that kind of makes sense. But yeah, it very much deviates from the original design. Yeah, and it is an odd choice as well as a legacy set, because we already had a legacy set of it back in 2021. So, and meanwhile, there were some other vehicles and things that didn't get legacy sets. A Cole's Tretis Salt. If you want to go rebooted Ninja Couchter, because that's where this is from, season 3 rebooted. So, yeah, it's an unusual choice. But it's... Yeah, Peter's saying he's got the original one as well. I think, um, X1 Ninjago. I think I've got this as well. X1 Ninjago. Yeah. I've got original I and legacy and even the part bag.
Yeah, seven of those. I'm pretty sure. Yeah. Uh, uh, uh, X1, let's do hybrid sets. X1 Ninjago, I'm pretty sure I've got that already as well. And... Yes, I'm pretty sure I have. Oh, it looks quite different sort of vehicle. And I'm pretty sure I've got a small one as well. It was like a 4-plus set, but I like the shape of it. I think that was the one. There's a small word car anyway. Um, why do you like about this, though? This is kind of like... This is like Formula One car meets Tumblr. Uh, and there you go. Folks, anyone who wants to do a review on it, this is the thing, yeah. You've got the Tumblr section here, but we need to look at this or maybe the above angle. That's like, that's the Formula One car. Like, really is. It's just got a canopy on it. Um, I like it, though. I do like it. Um, that minifigure looks absolutely splendid. It really does. Yeah, she's great. The thing with her, so the only thing with her is that her hair piece
is not accurate to what we see in the show because the hair piece that they use in the show was the pretzel girl hair piece, which has been out of production for at least a decade and never appeared in the proper color. So they, they chose to go with this piece of it's stuff, which I think is the closest match from what's currently available. Yeah, I like the swords as well. Yeah. Because they, they're not really traditional sort of Chinese swords. They're, they look more like medieval sort of swords today. Yeah. And nonetheless, very nice. So what do you think of this for the price, then? Now, how much is it? And this is $90 over here. That is, that is a lot. I'm, I'm not quite happy with that price. Uh, when, when this comes out August 1st, I am most likely going to redeem some insider points to help get the cost out, but I do want to get it right away. So I want to support the legacy stuff and tell like, know that I want more of these types of things.
Yeah, but I'm also going to show Lego that, hey, this costs a little too much. So I'm going to cash in some of my points to help bring the price down. No, that's a good idea. And that's, that's, that's what we collect those points for. Uh, nimble filaments in the house. Good to see you nimble. So you got to talk to me. Lovely to have you here. Really is. Uh, they've got folks. Please do get the stream to thumbs up. It really helps the channel. Helps me grow a little bit. Uh, and I always appreciate your support. Uh, let's have a look, see what anything else is coming out. And, and yeah, that is a, a set that is a June 1st for the rest of the world, the August 1st for North America. Oh, see, if it had been, if it had been a reasonable price, I probably would have arranged for someone to bring it over. Yeah, yeah, but because it's not a reasonable price, because I want to use some points on to bring the cost down. I will wait. Yeah, and do you know what? Yeah, you, while you wait, you might as well just, because America's getting it later, because we're in that's, it's funny that we're, it's every year there, it's like this,
uh, when we get the sets, yeah, uh, the horrible America's don't. Um, this one I was, yeah, I was hoping the Ferrari helmets were coming out in June, uh, not June, rather, uh, in April the 1st, but they're not, uh, which is a bit of a bummer. Um, do you know what? I think, I honestly think, uh, I don't wait the Mandalorian in Grogu, uh, they're okay, but it's like what? Um, this one, uh, the, uh, I'm sorry, Brickhead's, I even love him more, I hate them. Um, I, I didn't really think this is one of the best sets that's coming out. Uh, this, uh, this April, and there isn't really that many in all honesty. Uh, but yes, anyone's sort of thinking to get in this, because the weird thing with this panam set is the more I look at it, the more I sort of think that looked great in a city that would, uh, I think. If you could, if you could wire it up flying over the city, just leaving that port or something, yeah. That's great. I was even thinking about that with the Helicarrier, with, with the ways the room's designed. I, I specifically chose the lights that I've got,
and you can't see the lights that I've got as well. Uh, so that's a bummer. Uh, but anyway, if you, if you know, you know, uh, but yeah, I was going to show you what lights I've got, but I've got the, the cameras at the wrong angle for it. I'm not going to fiddle out with it now, folks. So, um, but yeah, I don't know, I don't know, it's the panam one. But is anyone thinking to get in this panam one at all on day one? I like the figures. I actually like the figures more than that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I got, I got to be honest, Pete, I have exactly the same problem, but I do. Uh, Pete is saying, uh, did you see the thing about the smart bricks when they go with deep sleep? If you're not used for 12 hours, uh, you struggle to wake them back up at game. That's like me on a Saturday morning in all honesty. It really is. Uh, Waffles is saying it's an American market thing. The big retails won't give shell space to indoor toys during summer. Okay, interesting, interesting.
As well, but let go of ourselves pretty well. Uh, as soon as we've been in the trend, uh, that's for sure. But anyway, okay, I think that's, uh, that's enough for this week. Uh, it says that we're a few things. I think, um, one other thing is what we've got is the Camino training facility. That's back again. I think you've got to spend hundreds, I think it's $160. So that's probably going to be more like about 130 pounds, something like that. Yeah, I think in the UK, it's 140. I think it's 140. That's not too bad, man. Because a lot of people were pretty kind of happy about getting that. I think I've got two of those guys. Yeah, I've got two. And did you, uh, guess that's one to get as well. GWP, if you want to, uh, have a cool Star Wars one with an exclusive, uh, figures in it as well. Didn't they, do you know, you know, um, well, so you've got the Mandalorian sets coming out, though. The new ones in mid April or whenever it is. So why do you think they were sort of maybe somehow linked that up to there? If there's not going to be me to the GWP,
he's probably going to be out further for the May anyway, isn't it? Exactly. The new ones. So use the old ones at the forehand and get people to buy the things. And do we even know what the UCS sets going to be this year? It was well, by the way. Uh, rumors of it being the N1 Starfighter. Ah, okay. All right. Potentially. But what I've, um, I've got to be honest, I want to get the cell barge this year. Yes. I've got to get that. That's, that's a brilliant set. That is, um, we can say, uh, what's Peter says? Is, uh, yeah, N1 Starfighter has to be Star Wars. Yeah, I've got that. I remember, I was about a year ago, we were talking about that in the beginning with that. But yeah, so many things this year, one, four, five, sure. Oh, that, that's the problem. That's why I'm sort of quite happy. I'm sort of getting into my lane of city, Harry Potter, Ninjago. They're the ones I've sort of bounced around and then, um, think odd things here in there that I like. Wiggling designer program, being that one and Lego icons.
Star Trek, Star Trek, Star Trek, yeah. Be me out, be me out, Scotty. Uh, there we go. Yeah, it wouldn't be, it wouldn't be crazy if Lego did a set one day. It came out exactly 1,700 and one pieces. I mean, I'm blowing. Uh, as, uh, as Ron Weasley said to Harry Potter on the drain. What can I say? We are totally down in the kids tonight. Uh, but anyway, in a moment, folks, we're going to be teeing up, uh, this week's mock the week. Uh, settle in there, go settle in. Uh, let's see, uh, settle. Oh, yes, baby. It's from me, guys. Uh, Joe, uh, let's, let's see what mine's doing. Martin, how is the, uh, disassembling going? Good. I've just got this bit left. That's it. That's all that's left of the castle. Look, look. Castle pieces. Lots of castle pieces. Lots more castle pieces. So, yeah, it was like a pirate's hat. That does what you got there.
Yeah. And then there's smaller pieces in there. And then all the, uh, figs and printed and sticker pieces in there. So, oh, I like it. Yeah. Do you know what? I saw someone do a video this week. Uh, is someone I've just recently started following? They do Harry Potter content, believe you or not. And they're quite designory. I think maybe they're out of half or maybe they are, um, like a proper sort of cinematographers or something like that. We'd like the way they shoot their footage, uh, or in a bought a new camera last week as well. There we go. Another DJ, uh, so I'll be using it. I'll be using that for different angles on things. So, that's quite exciting. Um, but, yeah, I, I don't know, man. It was, it was really good of what she did. She did, she basically said, like, you know, she said, we didn't actually say anything. It was just quite cool music. And in fact, I think it was Bridgerton music. And all of this. And, uh, because I mean, I seem to look, see these days at the moment. It's true, though, guys. Honestly, I tell you what, right? I've watched a lot of Harry Potter stuff at the moment. And I can definitely see where people get these,
um, got these issues with social media. With it being come and addictive. Because I tell you what, right? That algorithm is just designed. If you look at something new, and next thing, you know, you're getting it again, again, and again, and just getting it just keeps pushing for you. I can see why they do it. But equally, it's, it's a bit of an unnatural thing. It is. And I think that's what's kind of missing with the, the, the, the human factor. Uh, I don't know. Anyway, there's all sorts of stuff in the news about recently. But yeah, it is an addictive thing. As is Lego, I guess, uh, in all to intense and purposes. But anyway, talking about brilliant Lego stuff. Oh, well, yeah, sorry. Going back to my point that I was making, um, she basically disassembled one of, uh, Harry Potter sets to, to make space, uh, for another set. And I was like, um, good content idea. I'm going to do that as well. So yeah, there we go. Uh, I can't, I can't just do stickers. And just do videos that I'm just turning around with the box
for the rest of the days, you know what I mean? I, I've got to give other videos for people to copy as well. In that right, mine. Uh, right. I need to do a video with a fan now as well. I just got to learn how to flick it. And which, by the way, I, I love your video, by the way. Check out mine's live video. He's got one of us, uh, where I kind of say, Thor gets flicked, like, oh god. In all the white places. And anyway, there's some great acting, uh, some great overaxing, uh, from the School of William Shatner. Uh, and it's, I'm really, oh gosh. If he's seen, he's bringing out, uh, heavy metal album. Oh my god. What is that all about? What is he doing at 94? Like, he's relentless. He's got some amazing cover versions. Behemian Rhapsody has to be heard to be believed when he comes to it honestly. By the end of it, he's having some kind of episode. It sounds like it's, it's, it's. Dude, it's so fun.
Right. If you love, I love William Shatner. Like, I hope he lives forever as far as I'm concerned. The guy he's a really interesting guy. You might not see it agree with him. He says, acting ways though. He, he's funny as anything, right? Look for it on Google, folks, or YouTube more to the point. He's literally, he's propper late 70s, early 80s. He's smoking a cigarette, right? He's live in front of an audience and live on live TV. And he's seen in space-oddety by David Bowie. And he's, he's, he's, he's smoking a cigarette at the same time. It's like pure, pure genius. It is, it really is. Anyway, talking to genius, time to see a mock builder genius, I think. In the form of this week's mock the week. Okay, Gezza, what have you got for us this week, my friend? So this week it's a Swedish broadcast,
and it goes for it. It stands for Lego on Instagram. I was also in one Lego master's Sweden. And just the, just the first week I'm prepared, just the artist really in his builds. The, the dust thing he did, early on as well from the Stranger Things was really great. Because it just catches the essence of the reactor and the character here, which I think is quite fun. And he looks like he looks like he looks like a character from Stranger Things with the Balschalakta mask on. Can you see that now? Ashe Bol, you say selector. Again, there's a bit of a reference for my nighties, but Craig, tell you said.
Maybe, is that why is it sounds like something else? Um, but yeah, we also got like an Elvis week. It's really cool. I don't know Greg really liked the Batman from the 60s Batman. Oh, this is, this is this thing here. This is brilliant stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So this is really fun as well. It just, because he's done these ones, like in these little box frames, like this, well, the frame series, as he's mentioned there. Nice, that could go a piece as well. So it probably falls into it. But the one that put my eye this week, yes, which is my, which is one I really love, because, I mean, I'm love Asteroids anyway. You just didn't read all the comics or books. But what I love about this one is it completely captures Oblix, the character so well, because it's just the casual way he's just looking at the Roman that he's just smashed through the ceiling of this frame, which has broken it. And all this left is his sandals at the bottom.
And it's just spot on it really is. And you can see that he's just looking up. So, oh, he's gone through there. Oh, look at that. And it's just, I like the way you use it. Where it's been boxed. But the way he's using the box, guys. Yeah, whatever. And it's kind of sort of makes it part of like the scene, isn't it, as opposed to, you know, the framing device for the scene. It's just, it's almost like actually, because obviously they're all in like comic panels in the actual, in the book series or comic series for Asteroids. So it's quite fun that it's actually like that. And he's actually just smashed through like the boundaries of the scene that he'd be in. And some great little fun views here. Oh, that's a good shot. Looking down. But where is it? You've got the close up then of the, all those left of the poor Roman. Yeah, but it's just fun to always done it with the, uh, with piece there, sort of just curled around on some, uh, snow skis just to make this, like, that's all those letters in sandals with a Roman.
Oh, I just think it's such a great little fun build. And again, it just appeals because, you know, Asteroids as well as I say. But I just just love some of the techniques as well. So you've got like some sausages here, just plugging into like these, what we call that, the Rolly Pop type pieces that they've got for these big tails. And then this new clip piece, which is just ridiculous versus, with ridiculously versatile anyway. And then you just casually with his arms behind his back like, oh, you off again. So you know what? The amount of detail in this is almost like what how potentially maybe this is the way Lego should have gone with that Yoda. Yeah, yeah. It's almost like the, in part, there's a lot of detail. The eyes are really detailed, but the rest of it isn't. It's like this. It's almost like, no, you need to go all in. You need to go all one way or the other. Yeah, this looks so good. This is, this is absolute brilliance, uh, being able to do this kind of sort of mock.
Yeah, it's just really eye caption as well, because what's the long shot? So you can see it, because there's not much color in the background of the frame. So all your attention's drawn to like the figure obliques down here. And then you can just see them. He's looking up. So you're like, oh, what's he looking at? And he's like, oh, what's the whole about? And then you then the whole scene sort of comes alive in as well. Cause he's like, oh, he's just left his stand as well. I just think it's brilliant. You know, there's many a panel in the comics that he just like, there's always just there. He's usually got one eye behind his back in them and just, you know, smacking the room and into the middle of next week. So it's just such fun. It really is. I just love it. Um, but yeah, as I said, this guy's got some really, really brilliant stuff on his page. Like we've got this from Sword and the Stone. This is a very, very clever. And it's such a great scene in the film. If you're familiar with Sword and the Stone as well, we're learning a pack bag as well. Ox in there. We have to shrink the size very small.
We've got to make enough room for all people to pop on the book. What do you mean about my 80s throwbacks? Yeah, I like it. So what the now look at the now on there. Yeah, I was just looking at that. Trying to work out. You know what, I see one of two things. I see for a pin with a plate on top, a one by one round plate, or you can get those pieces that you get with rail tracks. You know, when you buy tracks, does anyone know it's a track? When you buy tracks, Lego tracks, they're pinned together. You can take the pins out of them and it's still regarded as being a Lego element. Look at it, guys. That is perfect. Have a look at this. Oh my god, look at the figures. Look at the actual fingers. What they are. Oh, yeah, that's clever. Oh, yeah, that's amazing part of the usage. Yeah, it is really good. And you get an idea as well at the scale of the fact that he's magnifying, he's magnifying glasses.
For the god that he's using it. No, I can't tell what those nails are, they... This is probably the best view of it, isn't it? It's going to be something completely left in your lens. Is it those like skinny ones with like the wider band in? It's like a little connector. We've got some up there. And then something on the end. No, no, no. It looks quite around the aisle on the top. Yeah. It's really good. That is. I mean, I don't even know what the sauce material is, but that is a beautiful sauce. It never seems stored in the stone. How could you not have seen the sword in the stone? The sword in the stone. It's about there. It's Disney. And... Yeah. It's not there. What? I don't think, oh no, is this meant to be, is he Merlin? Yeah, that's Merlin. Oh, all right. Well, I thought it was really winkle. Merlin says there, Merlin, isn't it? Merlin from Disney's Old Sword in the Stone.
And he's got his owl, our comedies. Our comedies! That's his name. I'm a dino, I was, yeah. Smooth and he has a slight crunch in the middle. It's, uh, yeah. Guys, I was drawing more to the figurine than the rest of it. Yeah, it was close. This is amazing. It really is. It is. Cary, did you have the element there to hand? I saw a little finger. Oh, the pneumatic piece wasn't anything. There it is. It was running like that, but I'm not sure. You see, like, with the... Yeah, I think it's like a little bar. I think it could be, yeah. But I don't know how you attach the... ...a bit of the top. Because that doesn't really... Yeah. And this is an upside down, or a side on piece. Like, um... Yeah. Something like, uh, a headlight brick or something like that. It could be, you know, I don't know. Hmm. This is like a tool, you know. I don't know. That's the whole thing. Cacking wow.
Kitchen wow. Okay. I thought he was laughing. I thought he was taking the dig at my laugh. It was like, I said like a, uh, uh, cacking wow. Can you have a seems to think it's a unicorn horn? A unicorn horn. Yeah, the nail. Hmm. It's a unicorn horn. Maybe. It could be a creature, by the way. Is she there? Very adaptable, aren't they? Like, the tough piece is fairly... I think it's got underwear on she goes. I don't think it wears underwear on the surface. I think it's a dumber mirling, yeah. Now I know, yeah, yeah, yeah. Talking about that one. Yeah. Yeah. That's it. Yeah. V either can... Oh, in this case, dumber door, the blue. There's a lot of things in Harry Potter fans just been triggered. He's one for the pods as well. Oh, look at that. I love this. I was learning about them today from Carrie. I said I sent her a little main thing.
They're actually ruffling their feathers. They don't like having their feathers ruffled. Nope. They don't like the wind. Can I get blown away a bit? It's not... It's not on for them. They're quite light, really, aren't they? Yeah, absolutely. Well, fat in the mouth, guys. I'm gonna... I'm gonna... I'm gonna... Pop me in the slope, because the 12 hours... LOWER. If you main, you won't eat it, then it's the rules. Really? Okay. Yes, for sure. I think that's not my old chicken. I'm going to put a little flag on it, give it... Call it a name, or something like that, Aimee. You're not allowed to eat it. The rules. I'm gonna say chicken. Oh, like these eyes. That comes, how comes, right? Stain is my Lego, can do brilliant eyeballs, right? But Lego can't do Yoda's eyeballs. What's all that about? What? Hard to say. I like that. I like the, I like the geezer. I like the bowl chalecta from Stranger Things. I like it.
Oh, this is Iron Man vs. Man of War from the game. Man of War, yeah. Something, yeah. Oh, yeah. Man of War. And again, it's from where it is. Yeah, but there was a game where there was both together. I thought it was Street Fighter. Yeah, yeah, side-scrolling one. Oh, side-scrolling. Oh, those simple times of mine. Oh, yeah. Still couldn't complete them. I just said, I'm going, like this, you end up with creature. You just stand up there. Yeah. It's a crazy dance thing. And you couldn't turn the computer off because you'd lose your place. Oh, you didn't have a safe, you didn't have a safe back then. No, ZX plus two spectrums in there. Yeah. Kids don't know their ponies days. I don't know why he does all this frameage in that, but it does work. What does it like? It's like a comic strip.
Yeah, exactly what he does is a comic strip that he brings to life. This, I think again, it's because one of the things that does work, there's what I mean, the frame obviously stands out because it's like a lack of gold. But then the backgrounds are not as, you know, they're quite muted color-wise. And then you have been the main points of focus. I always read the bright colors. Really good. So you guys are drawn to what's going on, which is really smart wave balance in them. Yeah, he talks about this in this. He's been working on a concept of frames in action on nostalgic icons. This one, the Mega Man from my old Nintendo eight memories. Very good guys. Lovely. Yeah, he's really, really great. And just, you know, he's got more of these builds going on, on their way. So just be interested to see what comes next really. Yeah, so. That's a good Nintendo eight as well. Yeah. And you can then kind of use, you know, you can use space in the frame as well for different bits as well.
You know, it's good because Kaz mock it as, let's put a comment on it. That's how you know it. At port TV. Yeah, right? She's brilliant. She is. Is like one of the best Lego mock. Artists out there that I've ever met in my life. She is. Sublime. Do you completely. Oh, you know, you know, you know, even box code put something on there as well. There's a, if you scroll down, he's got like caricatures. And there's one of. Baby Jones. It's so good. Baby Jones. Yeah. Oh, baby Jones. Yeah. Baby Jones. It's the one that's like on the wall. It's like a, like a head trophy piece. How is it? He's a master. Oh, the master gallery. Oh, these. This one here. There he is. Look at that.
That is really cool. Yeah, but the eyes are perfect on that. Are they? Yep. Yeah. Yeah. You should. You should have. You know what? I like to see him doing an adaptation of Yoda. Yeah. Yeah. Put on this page. Leave a comment. Leave a comment. And, uh, Well, follow. Well, follow. Follow. Stand by Lego. And, uh, leave a comment. And, uh, you know, might. Yeah. Might do a rebook. Or something. Well, guys, this is a brilliant one that you picked up here. I've been doing this for over the years. Uh, and that, uh, uh, Dumbledore, Dumbledore Murmurator, uh, is absolutely top notch. Guys, uh, that was this week's. What the week? Ah! Ah! Excellent stuff. Right. In a moment, we're going to be bringing you this week's soapbox tastic grid.
Um, but let's just jump in, uh, with the bots and see what they're up to. Uh, Ian, uh, are you working on your mock for the next? Yeah. Yeah. Kind of. Yes. I'm trying to work out the best way. So. The mock going to move. I need to be able to like push. A bit that goes forwards. And then the sides need to kind of go out at angles. So just trying to work out the best way to do that. It's quite a large movement that's needed. And so we'll try to work out how all sport at all. You just said we. It's just you. That's mainly me. I'm not doing anything. I occasionally ask you questions and you try. And I go, ooh, I don't know. Yeah. Um, um, just thank you. So this is a bit of a challenge for you, Ian. Uh, can we use it because you don't only, I don't know, maybe technique mechanisms don't really interest you or is it something you're trying to try? I wouldn't be any help. And I don't care. Can we, you are really good. I, uh,
you're an excellent player. Not one thing. Like, yeah, it's just not, just not right. Ian likes it. It's a little challenge. I'll make it pretty. Yeah. All right. Very cool, very cool and deep. Uh, I like it. I like it. Uh, TJ, have you completed all your dismantling for one day? I have not. I've just been working on clearing out my table a little bit and trying to figure out where I want to connect. I still have the shark Mac thing to dismantle. But I'll get to that eventually. Very cool. What do you think is like that you go with that? Was there any sort of standout figure? Uh, so that's the figures when I purchased the set we're missing. And I've already sorted them actually. So I got, uh, Garminon was in it. And, uh, he's pretty common. Uh, one of the shark army villains was in it. Yeah, he was like, uh, yeah, he's one for unfair. Yeah, I like Garminon before I was, man. I think so. Yeah. And then one of the, um,
one of the civilians, listen, let me get that one. The Ninjago city citizens. And this one was important because this one's more valuable. And not the most valuable than the dog of big, but it is. It's more than a few dollars to get this. It is this. I think it's more than a few dollars. Oh, the one with the price. Yes. And, uh, I think what makes her valuable, though, it's, it's not going to focus. Because why would my camera cooperate? It's, there's an M-tron logo on this torso. Hey. Yeah. That okay. Nice. There. Yeah. Yeah. And then so they thought the hot dog guy was included as well. And I have it here. It turned out to be fake. Oh. Yeah. It's also not the accurate fig. It's not the entire, but this is based on the CMF version, but it's still fake. Yeah. There's, uh, I was looking at it. Bad fake. Bad fake.
The hot dog looks a bit off. And then you look inside the hands. There's holes in the hands. The legs just are way too stiff. And they're not quite right. Face looks weird. Yeah. I got them to knock $10 off the price because of the fake. So that was, that was good. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. It's a fake. You gotta know what you probably drop it up to. That's it. That's it. It's fake. It's fake. It's fake. It's fake. It's fake. It's fake. It's fake. It's fake. See you in the microwave. That's where it is at the moment. Okay. Oh, there you go. Honestly, you want us to make an attainment for about 20 seconds. Put some metallic in the microwave. It's literally a... I'm still waiting to cut. Literally. Well, that's the other one. Bricking a washing machine. Oh. Honestly, those videos. Oh my lord. Yeah. take what we say seriously. This is not actual advice for people at home. No, this is the picture of Wixel. Let go of Wixel, exactly.
Right, okay, enough about that. Something that you can wholeheartedly believe in. It's so box-tastic. Alright, Mai, over to you, my friend. What have you got for us this week? Yeah, so we've got the results now from heats 15 to 21, 21 finished today. We're now currently on heat 22s, do go over to the box-tastic Instagram and go vote on that. Oh, yeah. Very good. Never one. Wow. Yeah, we would have had a shout-in contest because Nicole's in it as well today. Yeah.
Yeah, so that's live until five o'clock tomorrow. We have two more heats until the end of round one. So we'll have one that's going from Saturday to Sunday as well. Yeah, so yeah, sorry, one more heat after what this one. So we've got this one and then one more and then we're done for round one. And then we'll have round two from Monday. Yeah, okay, that's good. That's good. How did it go this week? Plenty of people voting? Yeah, yeah, still good, still pretty good numbers on the voting across the board. I think it has slightly died down. We have been going for three weeks, so you know, it is expected that some people aren't as energetic to keep popping on every day, but yeah, but still good numbers and a couple of close calls as well in the, we like a close call in the voting, so yeah, one or two votes to get some people through, but yeah, but we'll go through the votes, the heats
and we'll see who we had up. So heat 15, we've got the planter being driven by Captain Maverick and this is from Aero Brick in position two. We have blockheads nightmare and this is blockhead and this is by Matthew McGuygan, who's also known as Slurpy from Callhan Luke's streams, blockhead is their kind of unofficial mascot who turns up in their short animated videos that they've got on their streams, so he's other teammates from our friend in the chat, Nimble Sorspin was also in this heat, we've got a chimney fire and he's put, I love this because he put this all in the title of the cart, made using only Tram Trafford centre pad part challenge. That is a good little challenge, I know Callhan Luke was of a similar vein and why was it a Trafford stay there, he made it through anyways.
Yeah, I didn't even use a part from the foot of the wall, he just used his own printed flag. Yeah, and this is the dead gesture, so this is obviously one of the figs that was part of Pab back in February, February's bam sorry, built a mini-figs and then we've got a lovely KO who's in the chat, he was old and off, he built the tractor and his drive was called Farmer Faster, so any guess who's on who might have won this round? Tractor, I vote for the tractor in this one, oh okay, we'll find out at the end, so oh yeah, he's 16, we got our friend Jake Sturds in position one with the Sturds he would see floating time, which was a very, very impressive build, a kind of miniature version of his actual large mock, a common ball, what that's called, there was a specific term for that. Ten secreties, yeah, ten secreties, they go, ten secreties build, yeah, being driven by
Jake Sturds himself, oh yeah, that beat mine, yeah, this went down the ramp once and that was it, yeah, it's not, it's not made for Sturds you know, so, and then in position two we have May the Force be with you, being driven by Oleg from Oleg's bricks, this was kind of a take on the, the micro fighter that we got, oh we got, what's that, Captain Rexing, so it looks like, oh is that, yeah, yeah, it's a Y-wing, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so there was that one, in number three we've got the dark soapbox rises, which was a little mock build of a tumbler, it was very nicely shaped actually, this was a popular one for the kids to put down the ramp, dreamed by Batman, and that was from Mockahead, and he number four, again another friend of the chat, echo bricks, he built, it's a soapbox cart technically
being driven by the technician, and the funny thing about this one was that he built it with the propeller turning at the back, and that round blue like tire on top turned, but the mechanical resistance of that technique that this always was, it's just slow, it's going to help with it, yeah, the guy study how to do these parts, yeah, the end yes, not too, I'm going to go for echo bricks, yeah, he's done it again, I know, he's done it okay, can I just ask, is it, is it, can everyone hear, oh okay, I think your mic might have gone a little bit skew wiffy, Mr. Madlib, oh is it, oh, oh no it's fine now, that's fine, that's good, okay, sorry, yeah, it's probably because I'm facing that way, I'll get over here, there we go,
hi, sounds good now, we want to hear you, that was all, no it's fine, right in first position, we've got Chad Ventiland, yay, I've been driven by Ronda track, I don't know, you see the red there, yeah, Ronda was there, yeah, we met Ronda, and this is the luggage cart, so yeah, so this was kind of a little bit like a Lego suitcase, and on the back of this, he built a little pair of pants, which was sticking out the back of the luggage, that's quite cool, yeah, that was nice, in position two, we've got Giovanni's low rider, being driven by Giovanni, this was quite a nice big build actually, being done by Bob Spricks, this is a, you can see the Pokeball, this is a Pokemon reference, so I don't know Giovanni, I think it's Team Rocket, so somebody from Team Rocket,
yeah, in number three, we've got Tom's 8 wides, who's a returning contestant, who's done forking around, I have to make sure I say that properly, yeah, being driven by Warehouse Wilf, which is a very cool forklift truck, very nice, counterbalance one by the look of it, by the way, and then in fourth position, you've got the Viking car being driven by Victor, and this is from Mystic Brick Realms, so, yeah, oh, there you go, Giovanni is a Bosnian Team Rocket, thank you, so any guesses on who might have made it through from Heat 17? It's got to be one for me, the look is, yeah, yeah, I did like the Warehouse Wilf though, maybe tell you, maybe the forklift, maybe, I'm going to go forklift then, yeah, so did forklift, I think that's the one I voted for, I can't remember, I don't go by people,
because if I know a more anything like that, because I'll always be biased, because that's the nice thing, when you go to St. Box Tastic, the post, you can look through them there, yes, you read the description, you'll then read who they are, but I don't, I just go, I like that one, and go very quickly, go with gut feeling, yeah, I think I went for the forklift on this one, awesome, well you'll find out by the end, this one was a really cool film, guitar, the Stratocaster guitar, been driven by the Rocket, by Sir Malcud Sid, by that person, you know, in trouble getting your tongue ran that one, aren't you? Yeah, it looks like you should say something, I don't know, yeah, very cool, again, a very popular pick on the ramp, that was the guitar, actually surprisingly kept itself together pretty well, going down the ramp as well, in position two, we've got the fortune cat cart,
being driven by Lucky Bear Bear, and this has been created by Joe C, I think this is from the Lucky Cat Brickhead that's not on come out, yeah, I don't know, yeah, in third position we have this gentleman down here, he and Rick Bards, these Octopus Hunter being driven by or being hunted by the hunter, that's forklift, yeah, that's really cool, yeah, very different that one, yeah, yeah, tentacles never stayed on, thanks here, I mean, you know, they would fall off before you got it to the starting point, so it's fine, just send it down without him, it's fine, we'll all make sushi out of it with something like, Calamata, Calamata, yeah, in full drop, yeah, you got little Kaz's spaceship on about Kaz Mockett, she created this one, being driven by
little Kaz, which obviously is the classic spaceship, we've got Mock, they're very cool little Mock, again, pretty popular little racer there as well, so any guesses on who might have won this heat, Kaz is one maybe, I think it's the right sort of shape to go, yeah, yeah, we'll find out, heat 19, we've got in position one jeep in a heap, being driven by Colin and Simon, this is one of the few vehicles which had two people, two passengers, extra weight, yeah, this was built by Breaker of bricks on Instagram, this is like a miniature version, these are the big build people, you know, the Wallace and Grimmick, and they built this jeep full size, and then one of them sat
in it and broke it, oh, I remember seeing that, okay, in position two, we have the Barracuda Black Seas, which is very good, I've just built, I've just had a set, which is kind of think to this set, being driven by Captain Redbeard, and this was created by Matthew T, in the third position, again, one of our panelists created this one, little of the guys below, created Mikey's party wagon, oh, being driven by Michael Angelo, so yeah, rubbish that one, have you got any come back, he's not going to bother me, I'm just going to eat my banana and just this into the South grapes coming from up there, I love you really guys, and you've gone against another good friend of the channel, Trevor's video,
yeah, oh Trevor was number four, wasn't it? Yeah, the Hulk andator being driven by Holt, which was a ring, like a take on the rides one, the new rides set, basically, reject that into a soapbox, which is very cool, so I voted for Gases one on this one, because I'm biased, I was always wrong with this one, but Trevor's one was good, he's good, there's no bad ones here, yeah, yeah, the good thing about this, obviously the good thing about soapbox sets is everyone's advertised, everyone's got their names linked, so you can go and follow all the people on Instagram, so I did, everyone who enters I follow them on Instagram as well, just so you know, so I can heart their stuff and also like and link them to all the posts as well, right, going on to heat 20, we've got from our friend Lamborghini Waffle Source,
we've got the soap, buncle canister, I don't know what a soap buncle is, but apparently it's one of them, it's something normal for him, believe it, yeah, I think I'm guessing it's bionicle stuff, yeah, you've got scrunchle, scrunchle tastic tar who is the driver, yeah, yeah, if I say that, scrunchle, I think for next year everyone should come out with some hideous names of mine to come out with, oh god, okay, yeah, cool, I'll put it in diary now, yeah, in position two, we have the soapbox emergency admission, this was being driven by the nurse, and this was from brick GP, who we were actually with, he was right behind us at so a brick plastic, he's the one who had the big helms deep build on the table right behind us, which was really awesome, he's a nice guy, and his kid came and helped out rebuild some of these soap boxes,
that was very kind to him as well, and then we've got Nicole, again, if she'd been here, bless her, hope you're feeling all right Nicole, we've got a green brick lady being driven by Nicole, so this is her sig fig in green, obviously a little bit brick, which is obviously just the green green brick, which she's redeveloped to put on the soapbox and kept a little cut out in the middle for the sig fig to sit in, which was very nice, and then in fourth position, we've got phoenix fire, being driven by a baby phoenix, this is from Charlie Bricks, now this soapbox razor doesn't have any wheels, it's on skis, oh yeah, this is, I remember, I came in for this one, yeah, it actually went down the hill really well, so maybe a little trick for next year, put the things on skis,
they do, it does actually keep it pretty upright, so yeah, don't know if it's the fastest, but at least it won't break as often, and he guesses on who might have got through this round? Nicole, I think the whole one's be honest, you know, soapbunkle canister with scrunched plastic, a hoog, he's always a winner just for that name for me, I've just looked at something the guys asked me to look at, it's the most hideous thing I've seen in a long time, oh I don't remember what he put in the private chat there, I've still got, I've still got some to eat here, I'm not looking at it, look at him, okay, cool, this is the final, the final heat, heat 21, which finished today at five o'clock, in position one, we have Elstrom, Alston, Alston, Alston, duck, yeah, Alston duck, mech shark, he's anyone's one dream, right, he's got his will
teeth in today, I don't know, what's an Alston, Alston, Alston, yeah, a storm of ale, I mean, we had an Alston yesterday, yeah, there was an Alston, yeah, I see bowls, yeah exactly, it's not very big though, yeah, be through the bars, it's dark, every relative, bye, yeah, yeah, this is by Gooby, no, not Gooby, Gooby, Gooby, Gooby, Gooby, Gooby, Gooby, yeah, Gooby, yeah, yeah, yeah, that was enough, the little duck was very popular as well, a little pirate duck, yeah, okay, okay, oh no, okay, in position two, we've got the ocean racer car, no driver name for this one, but this was built by one with the stud, who is also somebody who
frequents Callham Luke's team, yeah, yeah, yeah, nice light, yeah, nice guy, yeah, in position three, we've got cats, classic space, all-terrain soapbox, I love, being driven by Red the Explorer, created by not the Ian Wright, so yeah, cool, classic looking spaceship type build, very cool, and then finally, the last soapbox for today, we've got in position four of heat 21, Winnie the Pooh, being driven by Johann the Yellow, and this is by Brichardium Leviosa, one, oh, Leviosa, that sounds like very Harry Potter stuff, ears, yeah, yeah, it's a Leviosa, not Leviosa, yeah, so yeah, yeah, yeah, and he guesses on this
final one before we get into the results, who won this one, I've got to be honest, for technique, I'd give it to our storm duck, okay, right, so we're going to the results, you're going to tell us, you're going to tell us, you'll find out at the end of this, right, heat 15, the winner is the planter by driven by Captain Maverick from Aero Bricks, so yeah, congratulations, congrats, it's a very cool set, I love the fact that KK says he should be going, so you don't have to go in that case, don't KK stick around, I should be going, I should be going, but no, feel free to stick, yeah, that's a good winner, I like that one, yeah, it was very good, very cool, for heat 16, we have Echo, Brichard, Brichard, he's gets everywhere, he's A-A, it was very good as well, by the way,
so even though he didn't actually win a race, he's won his round, so very good, yeah, next number 17, you're right, it is the fourth, it's eight whites, oh look at that mate, it's very cool, I would do a nice job, I can't believe it, heat 18, the winner is Cares, yes, great build, look at the rocket, so underneath the wings, look at the messa, there's a really old part, really really old part, so man, she's freaking class, I even love the fact she got the green and red lights on the side, the way that you do with the spaceships and air, aviation, aviation, that's the one, yes, yeah, they do have them in space, in Star Trek, they do use them in Star Trek, right, number 19, heat 19, here we go,
well I'd like to thank the academy, obviously, I'm not done guys, yeah, cool, cool, yeah, you're into round two, which starts up on this, further than last year, right, moving on to heat 20, it is Nicole, it is true, with the green switch lady, Nicole, yeah, and finally, for the heat 21, our winner is, yay, the duck, that's all I've got, you can just call it a duck, for sure, yeah, like, eight duck, yeah, being driven by a shark, eight duck, yeah, yeah, this duck is losing its head, I will say that, so, yeah, so it's not very calm duck, it's like one of them Pokemon side dogs, it's head,
go in, yeah, so, yeah, that's it, that's our winners for round one to today, we've got heat 22, live now, heat 23, going from Saturday through to Sunday, and yeah, and then we start round two, which is six heats from Monday, so yeah, and that's all, yeah, we can carry on, we're going to keep them going pretty quickly, because we need to get them done before a Black Contribute show, obviously, for Christmas, yeah, well that too, yeah, well good stuff, mine, what can I say, keep the votes coming folks, mine and head, when we want to vote, how do we do it, well, who do we look for, where do we go, yeah, you go to the soapbox tastic Instagram page, there is a post, which shows you the pictures in full, and then there is a story with a poll in the story for you to vote on, to pick number one to four, and it goes live 5 pm every day,
for 24 hours, so you have 24 hours to vote, there you go, very good mine, so that was this rigs, soapbox tastic. Okay, we are at three hours and 21 minutes, 321, so let's go around the panel and find out what everybody is up to in this coming week, starting with, coming in, coming in, what have you got on your chart, it's obviously here, I'm going to show us what we're halfway through this set, so we need to finish it off, it's a diddy doggone, now I need to know, is this actually any good, are you enjoying it, because I've seen it going, been discounted recently, and I'm like, I do
quite like it, but yeah, I like it, it's nice, Ian's always a big fan of the microscale builds, yeah, I've always tried them fascinating how long they take to build for the size, because they're semi-pointing part, yeah, it's going to make a nice space out, where are we going to put it, I'm not sure, but I've given Ian the, all the buildings that are in the big guy are going to be, so I don't have to build those twice, okay, but could you hold them like behind your city, so it kind of has a sort of, yeah I could do, we're not really, because we've kind of built up to the wall, so we'd have to not walk through to do that, but yeah, you, one could do that if you wanted to, it was the commitment, it's the neighbours, right, I have an issue, it's better to get them to move out by their house then, yeah, it's okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, very good, all right, good indeed, all right, good stuff, and what time are you starting,
830, you take time, bar, bar of course, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so just remember folks, we're going back to five hours different, so it will be, when the brickboards kick off on Sunday, 330 pm, eastern time, which is, and I caught, oh god, it changes all the Australia, actually, Lego Team B, the clock's changing in Australia as well, over the course of this weekend, did we go further apart, I think, then we go forward, then we go back, yeah, if we go forward, the time difference gets greater, doesn't it, yeah, be 12 hours between us and Lego Team B, yeah, that's a shame, that's a shame, folks as well, just before we get to gas and find out what he's up to this coming week, please do check out the survey, just asking which of these is your favorite Lego bust, is it the Iron Man Mark IV bust, is it the Darth Vader bust, is it the Yoda bust,
or is it Iron Spider-Man, let me know your votes, close that off in just a second, gas, Mr Who, what are you got coming up, is coming week my friend, when, what's the date, next Friday, is it the second or the third, third, okay, so it's not that week, he's coming up the week after, okay, that's fine, yeah, so I'll be doing an stream on Wednesday, provisionally sorting, but there might be something else, but it all depends if I can get this stuff to work. I love that, as committed as ever, well it's just I don't, because I don't say, oh it'll be this, and then it's not an effort to be like, okay, so, can I like anything that you do anyway, apologies I missed your stream this week, I didn't go from work, I got home last week, and I watched Martin stream, which was great, because I was actually at home cooking when he went live this week, I was still
in the office, I was like, ugh, this was my week, all right guys, well anyway, whatever you do, so you're most likely, whatever you do, you'll be doing something potentially on Wednesday. I know, it will be on Wednesday, it will be something, it's just what I'm doing, so it's probably going to, it's aiming for sorting, we got a long weekend coming up as well folks, we got a lovely long weekend, oh I think this is what I'm really needing, like I really we got Lego Team B Insane in Australia, yeah, Easter for us, next weekend, okay, so we go away, oh, so there'll be, oh it might even go back another hour guys, so if we go forward in hour, that means Australia goes back an hour, it might even be another hour after that if their cook's changed, because there'll be, I don't know if they're going backwards or forwards, but anyway, I'm trying not to think about it, it's too much, but there's, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, what time's
only been, a EDT or something like that, anyway, Martin, then, mad Martin, Monday, Martin, Monday, madness coming up, yeah, yeah, yeah, mad day, Monday, six o'clock, as usual, I don't know what I'm building, yeah, they go, you can go further back, vouch, yeah, sorry Lego, I have had some new sets come in this weekend, so we'll see what we've got, yeah, there's been some sales on, there's also a few, big for two, August as well, he's not committed to telling us what he's going on, so expect a whole video coming soon, there might be some things going, yeah, content creator, I know content creator when I say one, I won't commit to anything, but it's coming, yeah, apart from that, yeah, I've just planned to go into town tomorrow, there's actually a cherry blossom event happening on Sunday in town, so yeah, to, to, because all the cherry blossoms are coming out on the trees, oh, London is there,
beautiful with them at the moment, yeah, so like, no liars, yeah, we've got, we've got one just outside our flat, just out the front, we've got a cherry blossom tree, so it's, it's all people don't know, yeah, we're gonna go on Sunday, take dog, if the weather's all right, we're gonna go into town and go see the little thing that's happening up in Brindley's, Brindley Place in Berlin, and yeah, and hopefully, have some street vendors out and stuff and we'll be able to have a little bite on the street and stuff at the end, and I just, can I just say as well, the reason I was doing so much gardening last week as well, and what he did, I listened to a lot of podcasts and stuff last week, it was so good, the audible was from Mary Potter especially, it was so warm, it was so warm here last week, it was, it was lovely, this week is called a lockdown, but the weather's very undulating at the moment, should we say, the next week or so, so yeah, not the mighty never knows anyway, because he's barely leaves his house, but this week, yeah, best way to be,
yeah, they don't do 4k outside, that's why, yeah, fair game, fair game, all right dude, I could stuff, for anyway, look for to, I'm going to be working from home Monday, so I'm definitely tuning in, so I'm looking for to that, TJ, Mr, TJ, so as well as growing your hair, still, next week, you're going to be doing some, I'm guessing some serious Twitch action, yep, I will be back on the usual Monday time, I've been starting at my official start time, it's 7pm central, I've sometimes been starting a little bit earlier, so maybe you can catch me, although, plus likely, no time changes happening, for all of those in Europe, but yeah, but doing that, I think the next set I'm going to work on is most likely this, this Ryuse set, because the Joggle is releasing new episodes next week, so I want to, I want to celebrate a little bit with Ninjago build,
yeah, what's the, what's the one on A, it looks like the character at the Mandalorian, the bounty hunter, who's the one on the, it looks like he's got a big eye, he's got the funny hat on, oh this one, that's a mutation monster, so these are our elemental monsters that the Ninjago are facing off against, we don't really know too much about them yet, but they're there, and the other draw of this set is Dragon Form Nia, only in this set, yeah, so this is pretty nice, good outfit in that one, yeah, I have all the other Dragon Form Ninja already built, because I got Jay from the magazine, the treehouse is coming, the treehouse battle I have showing up sometime next week, but yeah, I have all the others from sets, and then of course, Nia is the only one who hasn't been built yet, so gotta add her to the collection, and yeah, so I'll be doing that, if I finish, if I happen to finish early, which is unlikely, because I gap too much on my streams, I could, I could build other stuff, who knows, and then
there will also be a clicking bricks episode next week, it will be a solo TJ episode, because Amber Laya is unfortunately busy with work, but I'll be covering the April releases, everything from what Lego snuck in this month with Crocs, and some of the Nike stuff, to the random April first releases, to the April 26th Star Wars releases, so the covering all that, so if you guys didn't buy yourself as well, yeah, yeah, all by myself, I had to do that for March releases as well, because Amber Laya has been very busy, but yeah, yeah, good forward to my time, so I'll be covering all that, that's at 730 Central, 830 Eastern on the clicking bricks YouTube and Twitch channels, and you can always watch back the replay on YouTube if you miss it. Good stuff, all right, good to know my friend, and if anybody who's watching this back at any time, even if you're listening to this back on Apple Podcasts and whatnot, you can always get everybody's details down in the description of the podcast, coming up from me in the next week or so,
well, tomorrow I am going to be building this with with young Chris, which I'm looking forward to, I'm going to be building that, the clocks haven't changed quite yet, they change on the Sunday, about 1 o'clock in the morning, I'll be building this with Chris, tomorrow, one brick star, from 4pm UK time, that is 12 noon Eastern times, I'm looking forward to that, we'll be talking Harry Potter stuff, of course, as well as the new HBO trader that came out earlier on this week, and everybody is chatting about good, the bad, and the ugly, I personally, I'm super excited for the whole thing anyway, so for me it's an opportunity to kind of relive the Harry Potter stuff for the first time as it kind of unfolds in front of us, which is jolly exciting. Now as far as the survey is concerned, we're asking you lovely look out there, which of these is your favourite Lego bust, Darth Vader came top unsurprisingly, with 62%, I think that's going to sell very well that one, in second place was Iron Man, the Mark IV bust for 21%, then Iron Spider-Man on 12% in Yoda,
poor old Yoda, got 5% of the votes, I think that was just one person the votes for that, literally the first person that we were putting for the voting on that said Yoda, and that was it, as a surprise, what can I say, unsurprisingly, poor old Yoda came last, so that one I think is going to be discounted very very soon, and when soapboxastic grid is done and dusty with, Martin's back to doing these mad deals, I think Yoda, Martin, between you and me and everybody else, is going to be a frequent on the mad deals section. Anyway folks, like I say, I'll be back tomorrow with Chris, building the Harry Potter sets, but of course, I just want to say thank you to everybody for being on tonight, especially to Nicole, who was kind of here but not here, Nicole get well soon, otherwise TJ, thank you for being here, you too Martin, lovely to see you my friend, and have a lovely weekend with the cherry blossoms as well, it is, when the weather's nice this time of year,
all that blossom and stuff like that, it's lovely, it's kind of spirit uplifting, it really really is, guys lovely to see you here as well, and of course, the brick bod's too, anyway folks, what can I say, I just want to say thank you so much for everybody for tuning in tonight, the likes of Steph, Snot, LeBois, we had nimble soul spin out there as well, KK builds, we had KO, Bonnie bricks, just a peeler, and he's bricks and pieces, and he could see you out there as well, super appreciate it my friend, the beautiful Lego team B as well, Justin Chris, Slam BKM, Plushy D, we also had Holder 66, Brandon, one brick stud, Polar bricks, it's a name but a few folks there, if you take two things away from this dream and two things only, just remember this, I'll be live tomorrow building the Harry Potter set at 4pm UK time, 12 noon, and Lego, Lego, it really is a wonderful thing, and each and every one of you out there are to take care, keep waggling your towels, and I'll see you all very, very soon, good day,
