On March 13, Lauren Hill is making progress on her finances with a new repayment plan for nearly $900,000 in state tax debt, too, New Jersey. The state filed two leans against her, one for $133,246 and a bigger one at $700, $58,912. Both are still active, but she's now complying to settle them. Her team explained that the debt stems from a canceled tour that hit cash flow hard. That tour was the Fugies reunion gig in 2023, which brought some drama with her bandmate Pras Michel. Earlier this week on March 11, Pras dropped his lawsuit against her. He had accused Hill of fraud, chronic tardiness that delayed shows by two hours or more and trying to grab 60% of the earnings instead of. They agreed one-third split each. With the lawsuit gone, Hill can focus on her taxes without that distraction. She does have a pass with this issue, pleading guilty in 2012 to evading taxes on $1.8 million

earned from 2000, 5 to 2007. These steps forward should help stabilize things for the singer as she handles her commitments and gets back to what she does best.
