Howdy friend, welcome to Homegrown, I'm your host, R.P. Smith, late March 2026. Searching hard for words this morning, a desire to explain, prayers offered and answered, then forgotten, like memories of rain, asking for deliverance from a curse not yet unleashed. What can I do to help those who have met the beast, confusing as I contemplate how blessings become a curse, when last summer's abundant grass now leads to something worse? Each blade and stem now can't lean for any sort of spark, leading us to envy Noah in the safety of the ark. If we could pick our poison, would we rather burn or drown? I will plead

for the Lord's mercy until the rains come down. What we cling to the tidest would be best to release. No range fires in heaven, only floods of our Lord's surpassing peace. I'd like to revisit one from a few years back that I call tribulation grazing. For a rancher such as me that takes it literally, the good book, our gracious Lord, has provided, ranching through the tribulation in the book of Revelation would show stock and self-sufficiency, short-sighted. In the seventh seal is broken before the eagle has spoken, all the green grass of the world is consumed by fire. No exemptions for New Mexico and Arizona, I would call that claim baloney. Total loss of the world's grassland would stir squelch my desire to expand

my ranch land holding in the future's grim unfolding, in a place that I cannot manage through. Genetics and efficiency would all become a fallacy, with no grass there's nothing that that grazers going to do. Yearlings are old cows, neither enterprise allows. Good prospects if your grass it's turned toast. Own your own recustom graze getting through this phase is an option not allowed to most. There are those, I would suppose, that would say CLFOs might be a way to see an operation through, but store in seven years of feed plus all the fuel you'd need in earthquake, fireproof storage would be mighty tough to do. Protect yourself on the board by insurance on this ward. Friend, I'm not making myself clear. Don't be left second guessing. The point that I am stressing, the government

is shut down and your neighbors live in fear. Before the balance does tip we need a relationship with the one who set the heavens in their place. Trust the one who has control in this battle for your soul. Peace will only come through God's amazing grace. The good shepherds well would be that you change locality, bug out before the carnage does begin. Security only captured for ranchers among Christ's drapsured. At the Trump's blow his followers will win. In the twinkling of an eye believers lifted to the sky, leaving a litter of artificial shoulders, hips and knees, first the dead and then the living benefactors of Christ's forgiving, saddled horses and feral stethsons left drifting with the breeze. When the tribulations done a thousand years under the sun, our Lord Jesus will reign and

believers He will draw near, until the heavenly city has descended, and is by God alone defended, defeat of the great deceiver finally clear. The world's final tears are dried when our Savior comes beside and gives us place and purpose on heaven's eternal ranges. The promise has been made by the one our prize has paid. Have you put your trust in Him? Are you ready for the changes? Thanks for riding along on homegrown this morning, hoping that the Lord blesses you real good today, that He is raining on your place, and that our happy trails cross again soon. I'm Arpe Smith.
