Larry Johnson: The Gulf Is Burning – US Bases Hit as Iran Fires Back
About this episode
This interview analyzes the escalating US-Iran conflict and shifting global power dynamics. It explores why the US backed down from further retaliation, citing severe economic backlash, spiking oil prices, and significant Iranian counterstrikes across the Middle East.
The discussion highlights the declining relevance of the G20, contrasted with the rising influence of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), which united China, Russia, India, and others to condemn US actions and sanctions.
Key topics include the logistical limits of the US military, dwindling missile and drone stockpiles, and Iran’s economic resilience via Belt and Road partnerships. A must-watch for understanding modern global power shifts and the self-destructive path Western nations are taking regarding Ukraine.

With that beautiful fire in the sky. That's so far, Larry, I can imagine it's just how's it going, Larry? It's all good. Busy. Good to be busy. Yeah, it's good to be busy. Exactly. Larry, what did you learn from, you know, from the latest attacks? I think Donald Trump's had enough. I think after threatening to retaliate, he's not
retaliating anymore so far. That's what it looks like. So you've got to step back and say why? He was used to threatening to go to escalate, to get to the mother of all weapons, intramedying possible use of nuclear weapons. And then today, nothing. So we're now at, it's about 12, 30 AM to run time. Yeah, so far, no attacks. Yesterday, by this time, the attacks, attacks had been underway for about six hours. And then Iran retaliated. And Iran inflicted significant damage in Bahrain, in Kuwait, and Jordan. And possibly caused some serious casualties among US Marines that were at a particular base that here before had not been attacked. The other aspect to this is the economics. Trump's actions
elicited, elicited an economic backlash that bit him in the ass. So the yields on bonds were going up. The best thing to spite all of his pleas and begging, etc. Couldn't get anybody to buy a US bond. The stock market fell yesterday. And the price of oil spiked, Brent was up almost $95. So Trump today is backed off. And as a result of backing off, oh, the stock market's gone back. Oh, the price of oil's coming down. So this is all about market manipulation and trying to create a narrative that, oh, things were okay. They're not okay, but they're creating a narrative to that extent.
Are you looking at the latest attacks, the latest round of attack? What was that all about? It was somehow a decision without having, or they had something in their mind when they attacked Iran. You're assuming they had a brain between their ears when they did this? No, this look. They claimed that this was designed to, I guess, further deplete Iran's ability. In fact, that's their story. They said, oh, it's the result of this bombing yesterday. We've now virtually destroyed Iran's ability to interfere with shipping nonsense. Absolute nonsense. But that's their story. They're sticking with it. That's the explanation they're going to go with. Donald Trump today said that they destroyed radars, Iranian radars.
It's just amazing to, do you think he knows what's going on? He receives intelligence? No, he's told. That's one of the things I asked Joe Kent today about. We talked a lot. I was using my experience with intelligence, intelligence analysis, briefing presidents. What was accepted, what was ignored, trying to get a sense of how it has changed since I was there. And sad to report, it hadn't changed much. It's actually probably gotten worse. So it was when it comes out, my conversation with Joe will be I think pretty insightful for people wanting to understand how the intelligence process is working right now, what are some of the dysfunctions within it. But I essentially asked him,
what are we looking at here is that the president's getting the intelligence and ignored it, or the intelligence has screwed up and Donald Trump's a victim of a bad intelligence. And Joe's answer was basically it's the former, not the latter. He's getting the intelligence. He just, intelligence he doesn't like to hear or ignore us, pretends that he never heard it. But then who is he accepting the responsibility of those decisions or he's going to blame it on other people within the administration. What is his understanding of the way that Donald Trump is behaving? Are you seriously asking that question? You know the answer. No, I'm because since you talk with Joe Kent, I'm asking this question. Guy, I want to know what he thinks about Donald Trump. Well, no, I don't care what he thinks about. I mean, I do
care what Joe thinks. But for God's sake, Donald Trump accepts responsibility for something. You've got to be kidding. The only thing Donald Trump does is blame others for his own screw-ups. He ain't responsible for nothing. So, and that was Joe's experience as well. You know, kill the messenger. But don't, you know, Donald Trump is not the first leader in history to act like this. Hirens throughout history had done so. Sorry, I don't mean to give you a hard time, but it's not, it's good because Larry, we have all sort of audience. You know, we have to ask all these questions because I usually, I understand because this is part of what I'm doing
because I'm interviewing you. I want to bring that out that you're interrogating me. No, I feel like I'm being water-burning. That's not my intention. Why the hell? Turn off the lights. They're too bright. Okay, sorry. I give you more of a hard time. You're going, God, dad is cranky today. Yeah. Okay. Karen had my wayward son. That's a song by Kansas, by the way. Yeah. Yeah. Larry, when it comes, you remember, you told me that the Pakistani government is so optimistic before the Nooround of Attacks happening. You said they were so optimistic that they are finding some sort of solution with the difficulties they're facing between Iran and the United States.
What are they talking about today when they saw what has happened so far? Oh, they're pissed at Donald. I think handsome manair is not taking Trump's phone calls anymore. He goes up. It's like talking to a crazy person. You know, he, Trump calls us to say, I get me an off ramp. I need to get to a back end to talks with the Iranians. Okay. So manair gets an off ramp and then Trump blows it up. The manair is going, why am I talking to you? You know, you ask, I do, and then you blow it up. Yeah. So I had a lot of frustration on the Pakistani side. And to the point that they've, you know, they've essentially told Trump, you're not going to tell us what to do. To get about. They, Larry, the SEO summit was so important in many ways. One of them was the, in the way that they're trying or they're solidifying, you know, the partnership they are experiencing all together.
Despite having their differences, we know that differences of all these countries coming together, all of them have their own national nationalistic sort of view of what's going on with the war in Ukraine, in the West Asia. But after all, they came together as it was reported by Al Jazeera. It says that, you know, the leaders of the Shanghai cooperation organization have signed a joint statement condemning the US and Israel's war on Iran. This is the first time, by the way, happening this. And Western sanctions on some of their members, basically, they're talking about Russia and Iran, because these two countries were under tremendous American sanctions. And after two days summit in Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, and who signed this joint statement, you know, she, she of China, Russian president, Lamy Poon, Indian Prime Minister,
Modi, and the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shabaz Sharif, and together with all other members of the SEO Iran and other members of the SEO, they all signed it. This is a new, I would say, move on the part of the, basically, having India signed in this, India, you remember many people were arguing that India before, you know, the war happened on 25th of February, Modi went to Israel. Yeah, had a big tuba chapstick, man, he was kissing a lot of Netanyahu ass. That's a big ass to kiss. Yeah. Where, what was your perception of what is your understanding, Larry, of the SEO summit? Nobody's talking about it in the mainstream media in the West. Nobody's talking. Of course, not. They got to, I mean, the G20 finance minister meeting was going on. And Ashville, North Carolina,
except it wasn't G20, it was G19, which is a basically exclude in Russia. No, it, what a, what a juxtaposition. The, the G20 finance minister's meeting produced nothing other than exposing the fact that China was saying, no way in hell, were they going to sign on to a US-led resolution to condemn Iran over the strait of her moves. Chinese said, no, we're not signing that. And then contrast that with what came out of the SEO, SEO, which was a very strong condemnation of the United States, both forced attack on the Iran and its attempt to sanction other countries. It's just to sign of how the world's changing. The G20 is no longer really relevant. And Russia, who did Russia choose to, you know, they had they've been allowed to attend.
They weren't sending a high level representative, just a finance minister. But nobody of any real consequence, not I'm not trying to insult the Russian, but it's just like, they were like, ah, and the same with China, it wasn't, no, okay, the Chinese were there. When the G20 convenes next, again, if they exclude Russia, they're just making themselves more and more irrelevant. Meanwhile, the meeting where all the cool kids showed up was in this deck. China rejected the sign, the paragraph about the strait of her moves, the safe and free passage through the strait of her moves in G20. Yeah, it's just, it's making clear whose side it's play in noise. It's supporting Shanghai cooperation organization, not the G20.
It seems that the Trump administration still believe that they can collapse their own economy by the pressure. But putting that together with the attacks, do you think that they still believe that they can do it without attacking it on just by the use of sanctions? As we've seen, what has happened at the end of the summer? What has happened at G20? If you're a fire to gun and then run out of bullets, no, no more fire to gun. No, I did it. To be honest, I did it when I was doing my military service. I was going to say, I remember that. Did you fire and then run out of ammunition? Yeah, you have to fire. Okay, and when you run out of ammunition, can you fire anymore? No, that's what's happened to the United States with Iran. It's running out of ammunition.
It keeps firing these shots at Iran and Iran keeps firing back only a harder, hotter, and heavier. The damage Iran did yesterday, I think was pretty significant. The West strives to be saying, oh, nothing happened here. Did you ever see the money pith on the movie about the Holy Grail? Probably. Okay, you need to watch that. It's part of your cultural education. You've got to get you up to speed here. Now, it's stated that maybe 40 years old, but at one scene in this movie, they pretend they have horses. The guy is jumping around like he has a horse, and there's a guy behind him beating two coconuts together to make it sound like horse hooves. They come up on the black night, this ferocious warrior,
and they get into a sword fight and the night of the whole, the round table cuts off the right arm, cuts off the left arm, cuts off the right leg, the left leg, before you know it, the black night is on the ground. He looks like a base from baseball. Okay, yeah, move. And he's going, it's only a flesh wound. You know, that's the United States. They claim that Iran, he didn't hurt us at all. It looks like Iran hit a Marine barracks, maybe of inflicted casualties on US Marines, that destroyed warehouses, that hiles drones, and maintenance facilities for aircraft. God knows what it hit in Bahrain and Kuwait, but it, it's shallact them good. So that may be another factor why the United States is declining to try to go tit for tat again with Iran, because no matter what, the United States is trying to destroy missile batteries that are along the coast. The problem is they're buried inside caves.
So the none of them were exposed out and I guarantee you some of those, what the United States thought that they were destroying like a radar tower or something, dollars to donuts, those were dummies, fakes, decoys that the Iranians put out just to soak up American, fight, you know, Tomahawk missiles that they're getting, that they're going to run out of. So this was, you know, again, I think this was another example where, when, when, the firing stopped, and I guess it stopped earlier this morning because I still saw a video of Iran was still launching some attacks at about 6, 7 a.m., Tehran time. Yeah, the attacks were on UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait, those attacks, drone attacks. Yeah. Yeah, and the missiles were on Jordan.
Yeah. They hit the Iraqi Kurdistan again. Air Bill, they took out, I was told they hit the US consulate. So it caused some damage there. Larry, would you say that I don't know what is this situation with the production of the missiles, but would you see Donald Trump in a better position? I know after math of the midterm elections, or actually what, that much of difference when it comes to missiles. You mean the US missiles? Yeah. Yeah, Tomahawk, Tiasovs. Tomahawk, because when you go closer to the borders, you, you may use mid-range missiles instead of long-range missiles. Yeah. No, there's no solution inside for the United States to replace
the munitions that it is fired, because they depend upon where Earth minerals coming out of China. And China is just like, no, we're not going to sell you weapons or materials to make weapons that you're going to use against us. We just look crazy. We're not crazy. Everything is just happening so rapidly that just getting back to, you know, 2022, look at the behavior of China in 2022 and today, there's so much vocal about their policy. They're just coming out and saying, no, we're not going to do this. We're going to do this and that instead of doing those things that you're asking for. Well, I think they realized that the Chinese method, traditional Chinese method of communicating is very subtle and that they don't come out and suggest that your mother's having sexual
relations with strangers. They will say something more aligned that it appears that your maternal parent is in frequent contact with foreigners, you know, which, oh, that doesn't sound so bad. But I think they realized that with Trump, you got to hit him over the head with a two-by-four. He didn't get it. And even then, he's like, oh, is this somebody say something, you know, clueless. It's so, where do you find Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE? Because these countries every time the United States attacks you're using these countries. And who are these people? Are they going to be
able to say no? Yeah, they're going to have to make a new movie. There was that movie with Jim Kerry and Jeff Daniels, dumb and dumb. Now they're going to make one with Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE, called dumb, dumb or dumbest. Oh my god, you know, they keep, they keep leading with their chin. Today we'll fire missiles that are wrong, they won't touch us now. Boom! Came back pretty hot and heavy. So, you know, it's sudden, you keep hoping at some point they'll learn, but like I said with dumb, dumb or dumbest, they appear to have a flat learning curve or a negative learning curve. They don't learn anything from one moment to the next and they repeat the same mistake over and over.
I think there is something deeper than that, which is the government, there is not that powerful to say no to the United States. And there's so much under the thumb of Washington. The reason I'm saying this, because we've seen the same thing in Europe during the Biden administration. When the war started, there were multiple European countries which were against starting a war in Ukraine, against Russia. And those leaders were saying that Washington just doesn't care about us. They don't see us. They don't care about what we're talking about. No kidding. Hey, check out the big braid on the Europeans, you know. They finally figured it out. Trump ain't your friend. And Trump could care less what happens to you. So, as long as you understand that's how the relationship is going to be, okay. You know, it's like some guy gets married and thinks it's
going to be a monogamous relationship and then finds out, no, his wife says, I'm going to continue to see the football team. But what? So, yeah, Europe has been betrayed by Uncle Sam. But today is not Uncle Sam. They're deciding by themselves about Ukraine. I don't see how Uncle Sam forcing them into anything in Ukraine. Now, it's a terrible. This is the strangest. Well, Alexander McHurrayus and Jeffrey Sack's had a great discussion yesterday on the Iran, with the discussion that Alexander McHurrayus and Alex Christopher do with a guest that Alexander McHurrayus led the discussion.
And the draw in parallels with World War One, because, you know, again, you look back at that war and you try to teach it in school like, what the hell was that about? Because, you know, all it succeeded in doing, I had a couple of successes. More than a couple. One, it basically set the stage for destroying the British Empire. Two, killed a shitload of the UK, French, and German soldiers. Three, so the seeds for the destruction of Russia and ignited the Bolshevik revolution. Other than that, though, it was, you know, what was this about? You know, when Britain went into that war, it was the wealthiest country in the world. And 20 years, 25 years later, which is,
we know now, looking back just like what happened on 2001 to now. That's a short period of time. It was bankrupt. I mean, it was now a dependent country, dependent financially on the United States. And what they were drawing the parallels with the same kind of blind, stupid decisions that the European countries made in 1914 to go to war are being repeated today by the same stupid European countries who are, I think the odds are very high that they're going to wind up in a shoot in war with Russia. And it's going to devastate Europe. Who's in the front line in your opinion? Germany? Because right now, they're talking about Russia, attack them in life. They came out with a new investigation saying that. Yeah, they're using that as a pretext to start attacking Russian civil aviation.
And I again, if they go down that road, I mean, look, Kiev has been getting the living hell beat out of it over, they just had, they're on seven straight day of attacks. Because the previous, they took a break for the 24th prior to that. They'd been like going, you know, three straight weeks of attacks. Russia is not going to let up at all. They're going to oppress this home. So the question is really how suicidal is the West? A European particular. Yeah, Merce is doing it. Don't roll out, bang him. The chucklehead prime minister from the UK. And hell, Macron is still, he's still alive and kicking. So, like I said, the, you got dumb, dumb, or endomest. And none of them are speaking sense about, hey, let's de-escalate
this with Russia. Let's get Russia back as a supplier of energy, cheap energy that our economies can grow. Are they doing that? No, no, that, that made too much sense. They prefer the option of basically committing a former suicide. They're talking, today, Mark Rubio said, they're talking with Ukrainians to give them the license for the Patriot systems. And do you think that Donald Trump, on one hand, you see they're inviting Russia to G20. On the other hand, they're trying to you know, help Ukraine to double down or somehow continue the war. What's that? They don't know what's going on. They don't have a clear mind, you know, the way that gets Russia when you talk with the governments in Russia. What is your policy, for example,
in the West Asia, with the case of Iran? We're supporting them. It means that they're supporting and they're not going to go and help, you know, Israel to do something against Iran or cooperate with Israel, providing. But you don't see that happening with the United States. Yeah, the United States can't decide whether it wants to be pregnant or not. So it's decided to do both. I mean, it's really it's it's it's obscene. And at some point, it's going to rupture. I think it can reach a point where the ability, the Russians will no longer be interested in talking to the United States. I think Love Roth is already there. I think he realized it's a waste of time. This Trump and his team are not serious. These are not serious people. They play these silly diplomatic games thinking that they can get one over on
Russia. And the Russians aren't having any of it. They said, no, no, you know, here's the what Russia's laid out. Whatever relationship here's what you got to do. So far, the United States is to kind to do that. The the US ambassador to NATO, Matt Whitaker, he today he said that Russia is backed down right now in Ukraine and he can't make any progress on the front on the front line. And so it's threat to NATO is is in the near term is low. He basically is mentioning the escalation there. But I have never heard Russia threaten NATO during the war. Well, yeah, they just did the Maria's recently recently. Yeah, yeah, recently. Before that, you know, they were they were
warning NATO, but they weren't necessarily issued a direct threat. Maria last week ago Tuesday, or actually, we could go today said, hey, to the to the breads in particular, you keep up the storm settle nonsense. We're going to destroy your targets here in Ukraine as well as outside of Ukraine, which could mean the UK. Now against that whole backdrop, which seen ammunition weapons factories and several different European countries suddenly mysteriously catch on fire. I believe the Russians have sent sabotaged teams into throughout Western Europe and they're targeting these plants and set them on fire. With a curses, Larry, that the recent statement by the Russian president don't lead me to be optimistic about negotiations. So we need to make sure that Ukraine can defend itself as long
as it takes until we can get that war and what is he planning? What is first of all, what is the importance of this guy with a car? The US ambassador to NATO. And how important is he for the decisions that they're making in Washington? He's he's not a critical decision maker. He's just a water carrier. You know, they fill his bucket up and say, okay, carry this over and spell it out. You know, so you know, he's he's followed in order. He's he's he's not he's not a leading force. He's not set in policy on this at all. He's simply a policy executor. But how how can the United States because this is the same term. It's you remember Joe Biden was you know, his policy was this way that we are defending Ukraine as long as it takes.
You haven't heard Trump say that yet. No, it still looks like their policy is such that that maybe true. But you know, given Trump's volatility and erratic behavior, you know, one minute he'd be claiming, oh, we're going to we're with you to the end. And then all the sudden things grew bad in the Ukraine's like, man, where are you? He goes, well, this is the end. So the ends come and goodbye. Good luck. Yeah, I'm giving the pressure continues at the pace that it is. I think Ukraine will be lucky to survive to December. He with the car he said that about Iran, he said a as a bankrupt country, they're not going to be able to pay anyone in their military, anyone in their civil service and anyone in their government. And they're they're not going to be able to subsidize their society. So certainly the people
of Iran will not be happy with the current state of affairs. And they should blame their government. This is what they're dreaming for in my opinion because Scott Besson today said the same thing Larry. And I don't know if you heard Scott Besson today, it was basically mentioning how to collapse the Iranian economy. Here is what he said. Isn't necessarily to collapse regime could happen. Maybe the people will. They rise up 100% inflation lines, the military not being paid. The central banker was in panic last week. But as President Trump said, he believes the reason the MOU failed, the Iranians were not ready to make a deal. So we're going to make sure that they want to make a deal. And they keep look, they keep repeating their fairy tale. That's all it is.
Scott Besson's telling a bedtime story. You know, oh, the the army, the IRGC's not getting paid. Right. Oh, there, you know, the economies in free fall. Sure. So that's the case. Oh, you know, Iran's going to surrender any day now. But it's not the case. Yeah, there's some economic problems in Iran. Yeah, there are. But they've also got options that they didn't have two years ago with respect to their economic ties to Russia, China, Pakistan, Turkey. And Pakistan, Turkey, surprisingly, have been very, very adamant and opposing the US efforts to try to course them into backing the US effort to isolate Iran. And we're back live during a flex alert dialed in on the thermostat. Oh, we're pre-cooling before 4 p.m.
folks. And that's the end of the third time to set it back to 78 for 4 to 9 p.m. Clutch moves by the home team. What's the game plan from here on out? laundry. Not today. dishwasher. Side lined. What a performance by team, California. The power truly is ours. During a flex alert, free cool, power down and let's beat the heat together. They have two options, Lery, to China. One of them goes in the northern part of it on the other,
goes through Pakistan to China. They have the communication line to my understanding as those four million barrels that, let's assume, because they're talking about some four million barrels getting out of the straight every day, every 24 hours, something like that. It seems that Iran is sending some of those barrels coming from Iran and it's not just about and do you think, Lery, the blockade, I think the part of the blockade is the sustainability of the blockade and how long does the United States want to continue the blockade and the capabilities of that, considering Bahrain, considering you mentioned Jordan, the attacks on Jordan, and they have to go to Diego Garcia. It's far away from the Persian Gulf.
Well, look, if the blockade was really effective, let's see, we should see an announcement every day about multiple ships being stopped, turned around or confiscated. I haven't been seeing those reports, have you? No, no, I haven't seen. It's not like the United States is going to keep that top secret. So it is, it's just a reminder that despite all this tough talk from Bessett and others, situation is radically different. Just let me just bring this up here because it helps us to to see what's going on with the Belt and Road Initiative. Lery, this is the Belt and Road Initiative. And look at the Iran has two connections with China. One of them is here from China,
goes to Uzbekistan, to the communist stand, then goes to Iran, then goes to Turkey. Turkey was at the SCO summit, Larry. The other one comes here from Pakistan to Iran. The Chabahar. Yeah, Chabahar, exactly. The Chabahar is that port that India was investing or somehow trying to cooperate with Iran in that port, which under tremendous sanctions from the United States, they have decided not to continue the cooperation with Iranians. But after all, it's so difficult to look at what China is doing. It's just amazing, Larry. I would, the other day, I was talking about Ethiopia. Ethiopia, what is the importance of that? But you see, it's all connected. It's all connected. It goes to, you know, even goes to Europe on some parts. Eurasia is totally connected by the Belt and Road initiatives.
These are, this is so important for the future and nobody seems to care about it in the West. Or do you think they're intentionally ignoring what's going on? Or are there people in Washington who understand what's going on? No, a few, a few understand, but I think they've got on to accept that it's narrative. They're locked into that narrative and they're not actually the kinds of questions that would challenge that narrative. Here is Larry, let me just bring the Marco Rubio. He was today, he was talking about the situation with Iran. I mean, we've provided that in the past and obviously, as you know, the whole world
is asking for more air interceptors. It's become the number one defense need on the planet, not just for Ukraine, but on the planet, countries in the Middle East. He's talking about interceptors, Larry, here. Yeah, but I know Iran wishes they had interceptors, which they don't, which is why we're able to act the way we do and do some of the things we have because those things were wiped out by us. But multiple countries around the world, it's just a question of availability. And obviously, I have to remind people, the United States has needs. Like we have our own defense needs, we have our own defense requirements. And before we can help others, we have to make sure that our stockpiles are always sufficient. I think there's a lot that's been reported inaccurately about what US stockpiles are. I think dangerously, too, because I think it's some ways our adversaries read that stuff and think it's true and they try to test this and it could lead to conflict. He's talking about you, Larry, because you're seeing me every time saying that. Me, it's all about me.
I mean, it is. The United States is a, we're a mediocre war machine in search of a mission. And with no strategic guidance other than an emotional based response directed at. Avan. Not it's not, it's not between Iran's holistic miscapabilities at all. And it is, I mentioned to you a bit ago. It's not beyond Iran to be using decoys to attract US fire, knowing that that fire is going to destroy things that are meaningless, useless, not important. I think he says that countries in the Middle East want it, want the interceptors. I know Iran wishes they had interceptors, which they don't.
And I have never heard Iran being interested in interceptors or. No, they're going to get on the Lockheed Martin distribution list. Hey, can we have some? No, they've got, they've got Chinese systems, I believe, and some Russian systems. I think the Russian systems superior to the Chinese system, but you know, they get to chance to see what's useful in combat. I don't know who or what has been shooting down. They've lost their third MQ-9 Reaper this week. Yeah. They said that they have improved the air defense system in Iran. And you basically see that the MQ-9, RQ-4, two of them were hit yesterday and the day before. It seems so far they have hit 50 lary drones.
50 drones. I don't know how much does it cost every drone? It could be a lot. Well, it depends on what kind of drones. If it's like FPV drones, etc. Those are, you know, maybe of course, at $50,000, probably less. Depending upon how you trick out. You know, the system. But again, it's not economically viable. That's the problem they've got. United States can't afford to continue. They can load up, help fire missiles on the MQ-9 Reapers. They can fire, but ultimately, more of those Reapers get shot down. Here, there are the US infantry.
They're not building more. That's the problem. Where are those Lucas drones? They call Lucas in the Iranian version of Iranian drone. Shahedron. I thought that they're going to have a lot of them, but we haven't seen that much. Well, because the warehouses and factories of a building that have been destroyed. Larry, how do you see the bricks summit in India? All these countries are going to go to bricks. And what would be the important mission on the part of bricks getting together? We know the SCO has its own bank and its own experience, which could help the bricks. And where do you see that? How do you see the bricks, which is coming? Well, yeah, I mean, bricks. Modi, I think, has been positioning himself to be the gracious host.
It means to be seen how much work has been done before. A big meeting like that takes place. You have working-level people from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from the general staff and from other organizations, banks, financial institutions in Russia. And so they'll come together and negotiate. They'll work out if there's language. They'll be working on a communique. So by the time the leaders show up, there's already a communique written ready to go. Just a matter of them approving it. So we have to wait and see. Is Iran going to- I don't think Iran is willing to hang on for more negotiations. I think they've made the decision. We have no choice but to attack the feet of the Americans. Thank you so much, Larry, for being with us today.
All right. As always. We'll see you tomorrow. You're ready. Yeah, see you tomorrow at the same time. All right. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. And we're back live during a flex alert.
