About this episode

New Episodes Every Friday on all Podcast Platforms

The grocery business is a vital part of any community, providing access to food and essential supplies. However, there is a glaring issue within the industry that needs to be addressed: the lack of diversity in management positions. Although companies have made some progress with their DEI goals, it is clear that more needs to be done to ensure that people of color are represented at every level, from store management to executive boards.

The grocery industry has only seen a slight increase in diversity over the last decade for people of color in leadership roles. In this episode I discuss the diversity issue in grocery store management, and leadership roles.
