La Atención, un superpoder que muy pocos poseen

La atención se ha convertido en un superpoder que muy pocas personas poseen.

Un superpoder discreto, silencioso, pero potente....muy potente.

Siento que en este 2026 todo va demasiado rápido, muchos cambios a gran velocidad, y la sensación de que te quedas atrás, ¿no te pasa lo mismo?.

Sin embargo, aquellos que tienen el superpoder de la atención, y paran, y escuchan, y en lugar de hacer "multitarea" ponen su foco en una sola cosa, resulta que al final avanzan más deprisa. Aunque esto no es una carrera.

Esto lo estoy viendo últimamente mucho entre mis alumnos. Las diferencias se van haciendo más y más visibles entre aquellos que tienen el superpoder y los que no.

Y yo también quiero tener esa capacidad, y he tomado conciencia, pero no es fácil.

Nada fácil.

Attention has become a superpower that very few possess.

A discreet, silent, yet powerful superpower... very powerful.

I feel like in 2026 everything is moving too fast, so many changes are happening at breakneck speed, and there's a feeling of being left behind. Don't you feel the same?

However, those who possess the superpower of attention, those who stop, listen, and instead of multitasking, focus on just one thing, end up moving forward faster. Although this isn't a race.

Lately, I've seen it a lot among my students. The differences are becoming increasingly evident between those who have this superpower and those who don't.

And I also want to have that ability, and I've realized it, but it's not easy.

Not easy at all.
