And recently, Kris Rugloski won the race in an epic battle to the finish. And in this episode, she shares the keys to her success and stories from the race!
Kris Rugloski is an endurance athelte for Altra who specializes in ultrarunning, obstacle course racing, and HYROX. She is a World’s Toughest World Champion, HYROX Champion, and has been on the podium of tons of ultramarathons, making her one of the most accomplished hybrid athletes in the sport.
In this episode, Kris shares about her win at the Barkley Classic, what allows her to be successful in both ultrarunning and OCR, and her approach to keeping discipline in her life.
