0:00Let me get to Kodai Sangat. This was really encouraging. This was Kodai Sangat making a start on quote-unquote regular rest. I was skeptical if you've listened to the Rico that he would make this start. I thought that this was an easy chance for the meds to have inserted Sean Manaya. Obviously that changed once Manaya pitched on Thursday, but in the lead up, you know, looking at the St. Louis trip, I thought, it's an easy excuse. It's an easy, we need to get Manaya to start. We push Sangat back to Tuesday at City Field. It gives him a few extra days, but it feels like the meds challenged him. It feels like the meds said, you know what? We could do that. It would make life easy for Sean Manaya. We'll give him a start. Make life easy for Kodai Sangat. Keep him with the extra days, but it's like the meds said, you know what? We need you to pitch on regular rest. We can't always change things for you. So it's early in the season. It's not

So when the sixth inning, when Sangat gives up the blue fit to Patrick Bailey, he gets the next two guys out. He gives up an RBI double to Matt Chapman with two outs. Paul was hit hard. He's at 86 pitches and Rafael Devers is coming to the plate. And I thought Sangat was done. I did. I thought he was done. I would have taken him out right that in there. And I guess because he never really warming up. If really was warming up, you just go to him. I get's easy. Rarely against Devers. But we've talked about this before that Wascar Brazibon struggles against lefties. And Brazibon was the guy warming up. And I

So I want to call this one like a stalemate. I disagreed with it. I would have taken him out. But I don't get any victory here because Sangat gave up a bloop to Devers. It's not like Devers hit one 110 miles an hour. But I thought he was done. And with a pitch count at 86 in your second start of the year, on regular rest, I just I didn't think there was any chance they would keep him in. So it feels as if it was another example of the Metz challenging him of the Metz saying to

Brasibon does a great job as always gets out of the sixth pitches a one two three seventh, which had its controversy. If that didn't happen, Devon gave up a two out hit to Helly at Ramos. But then he strikes out Jungho Lee. And so so far so good for Devon Williams, he hasn't given up a run. He gets the save, even if he was helped out. And we have ourselves a pretty impressive victory. And a pretty impressive bounce back by this team, especially facing some of these early season injury questions, like what we're dealing with right now with Juan Soto.
