Kimberly Hermann breaks down legal challenges to new Title IX rule

Southeastern Legal Foundation Executive Director Kimberly Hermann details the constitutional flaws and potential dangers of the Biden administration’s new Title IX rule, saying “it’s turning things completely on their head and it’s robbing parents of their rights and it’s robbing our children of their constitutional rights.” She argues the new rule punishes free speech and points out “the changes to the definition of sex will override parental privacy rights.” She also urges concerned parents to “go out there and advocate and know what your school is doing.”
