Eine Instanz, die eine solche Prüfung in Deutschland übernehmen kann, ist der TÜV. Im TÜV AI Lab in Berlin werden Methoden und Standards für die Prüfung insbesondere sicherheitskritischer KI-Anwendungen entwickelt.
