Kevin Spacey Settles Sexual Assault Lawsuits

The lawsuits were headed for high court trials later this year, but everything stopped after the agreements. The claims covered incidents from 2000 to 2013. Spacey denies all of it and was cleared of nine related criminal charges back in 2023. Two accusers had already spoken out during that criminal case. They describe encounters tied to Spacey's time running the old Vic theater in London, including claims of repeated unwanted advances and emotional harm. The third man, Rewari Cannon, went public with his name. He says Spacey groped him at a party after a show at the old Vic in 2013, and he even featured in a recent documentary about it. Lawyers had pushed for seven more witnesses at a March hearing, but now the cases are done. No money details came out, and Cannon separately settled with the theater.
