Keon Homes Delivers 30 Homes Ahead of Schedule

Pound development in Birmingham, beating their schedule by a good margin. These two and three bedroom houses are part of the Ickneel Port Loop project, built for housing association Midland Heart. This marks a big step for phase 3, which plans for 124 Homes total, including some apartments along the canal. The project phase setbacks when two earlier developers went into administration, but Keon stepped in with the promise to deliver on time and up to standard. Local leaders are thrilled with the early handover, seeing it as a win for urban renewal and affordable housing in the area.
