Kentucky Secures Number Seven Seed, Top Teams Vie for Title

Kentucky grabbed the number 7 seed in the Midwest region and faces Santa Clara on Friday in St. Louis. Kentucky sat at number 25 overall, making them the highest ranked number 7 seed and just one spot shy of jumping to a number 6. Deeper in the list, teams like Houston, Yukon and Iowa State fill out the top 8 while some bubble squads like Miami of Ohio at 31 and one highlight the competitive field.
