Kentucky Misses Out on Brown, Eyes Morton

Utah Guard Terrence Brown ranked the number, 42 overall player and number 11 shooting guard in the portal, committed to North Carolina. The dude averaged nearly 20 points of game last season for the youth. He checked out North Carolina in Kansas last week, then pushed back his scheduled visit to Lexington on April 17th. Looks like that trip is canceled for good, as he's heading to Chapel Hill to hoop under their new staff. Kentucky fans aren't thrilled, especially after losing Donnie Freeman to St. John's recently. Sure, they've got cam Williams returning, plus zoomed the allow, and Alex Wilkins locked in from the portal, so guards aren't the biggest hole right now. Still, it's things in a bumpy transfer window. On the bright side, they're hosting Washington State shooting guard Jerome Morton this Friday. The Winchester Kid could add some depth, with Cam and Trent Noah holding down the wings. Kentucky's still battling for Buckingitter Tyron Stokes, the Oregon's jumping into that mix now.
