Kentucky Basketball Hires Familiar Face for Player Development

0:00On March 24, Kentucky men's basketball coach, Mark Pope, has added a familiar face to his staff with the hiring of Keegan Brown as Associate Director of Player Development. Brown joins after serving his head video coordinator for the Wisconsin herd, the Milwaukee Bucks's G-League team, and spend five seasons working under. Pope at BYU, there he started in video coordination, and rose to Director of Video and Strategy, plus Director of Player Personnel, handling analytics, scouting, and roster work. Pope has called this back office role crucial for round the clock modeling on salary caps, win shares, and roster building, especially with spring, changes ahead.
