What's up? I'm Corey, and these are your entertainment and celebrity headlines. Fitness entrepreneur Kayla Itzins has bought a luxury mansion on the Gold Coast, just three minutes from her ex-partner Toby Pierce's home. The 34-year-old co-founder of the popular sweat app in her husband, Jay Woodruff, paid $13 million for the five-bedroom property. In mermaid waters, they share a daughter named Arna with Perse and the couple split up about six years ago. The new home boasts over 81 meters of waterfront and infinity pool, tennis court, cocktail bar, and a marble entertainment terrace, plus a, pontoon, and boat shed. I'd seen said, finding the right place was tough at first, but they got help from a real estate team, and are excited about growing their property. Collection Meanwhile, Perse and his wife Rachel Dillon bought their nearby waterfront house in 2023 for $7.3 million. They have five bedrooms, stunning views, an outdoor kitchen, home cinema, and games room.
The spot was originally bought for just over $1 million in 2018 before they built the current setup. Itzins moved to Queens in this year after selling her renovated bungalow and Adelaide for $7.3 million in March. She married Woodruff in December 2023, and they have a young son named Jacks. The move puts her closer to Perse, her former business partner. Together, they built a fitness empire, selling sweat for over $150 million in 2021 before buying it back. Itzins now ranks number 40 on Australia's Young Rich List, with a net worth of $176 million. DNA and a sponsored buyer partner. Check out the episode description. Headphones in a pillow.
